Excellent restaurant in the center of Salice Terme, with a wide selection of pizzas to please both those who prefer traditional flavors and those seeking more unusual combinations. Pizzeria Gabbiano in Salice is a historic place, but after many years, I found it much renovated, with a large veranda overlooking the fountain square. We were tempted by the idea of ​​sharing fried calamari as an appetizer, and it was a perfect choice: delicious, crispy, and dry. We then ordered four well-made and well-topped pizzas, confirming the memory I had from several years ago. A pleasant evening that we will repeat.

Good morning, I'd like to give a constructive review for both the restaurant owners and the customers... There were four of us at dinner, and the table we'd reserved was given to other customers because they waited 10-15 minutes (there was no parking given the traffic) and they probably thought we wouldn't show up, but in any case, we hadn't called to cancel the reservation. The food was good; the only flaw, for me, is that the portions are a bit too small for the price, especially the desserts and ice cream. The location is quite welcoming; the restaurant isn't excessively large—in fact, I'd say the opposite. However, when there aren't many people, it tends to feel quite intimate. In my opinion, the service could be improved with a little more friendliness, considering that our visit occurred on a busy evening. Overall, I'd be hesitant to recommend it as a restaurant, but it's a shame because I'm disappointed and I think with a few small adjustments to the overall management, a good standard could be achieved. Thank you and I apologize if anyone was offended by my words.

Utterly disappointing — and outrageously overpriced. €100 for ordinary Italian dishes served in child-sized portions? That’s not dining, that’s daylight robbery. But the food wasn’t even the worst part. The staff’s attitude was the real insult: cold, aloof, and borderline rude. The pizza guy actually turned his back on me while I was politely asking if he could slice the pizza. Just walked away. Unbelievable. This place clearly believes it’s above its customers. Newsflash: overpriced food and arrogance don’t make a great restaurant. They make a great reason never to come back.
