Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality! The food was absolutely delicious – we enjoyed the risotto, pasta, and appetizers. The cocktail prices were pleasantly surprising, and the staff were both friendly and professional. A special touch we truly appreciated was the white tablecloths on the terrace tables.

Google ratings can be wrong, as this restaurant is an example. Everything is great, the food is super. It is not clear why Google has bad ratings. I recommend it to everyone. We are coming for the fourth time in 10 days.

Really kind and welcoming staff. The food was great, and the portion sizes were very generous for the price. It is the best value for money in the area. I do not have children but I was very happy to see how calm and kind the staff are with children. I would highly recommend this place.

Aprovechamos la calma de enero para disfrutar de La Tagliatella sin las prisas estivales. Atención excelente y platos en su punto en general: el Carpaccio di Manzo resultó correcto, aunque algo plano y falto de carácter en comparación con la intensidad del resto de platos. La Fondente alla Lombarda exquisito y las Pappardelle al Ragù Antico con Stracciatella contundente y sabroso. Cerramos con un Croccante di Mele muy acertado. This place is delicious. My family had lasagne, pizza and pasta, all of it was top tier. Unfortunately it's brought down a bit by slow service. The staff are polite and welcoming, but we had to wait a while and it was difficult to get the attention of our waiter (despite only a few tables present and four waiters!). Still the best food we had in Salou of the 5+ restaurants we went to though by miles. Food is generally only serviceable around Salou, but this place is actually lovely. Great food, service could be better. Update: We visited again a day later when there was only one other table present, service was pretty much instantaneous. Just needs some management work when the place is busy I think.

Tagliatella siempre es una apuesta segura. Si esperas algo espectacular este no es tu restaurante pero si buscas algo que seguramente esté bueno es una buena apuesta.

No ha sido una buena experiencia. En 2 minutos vinieron 2 veces a tomar nota, con el restaurante medio vacio, cuando no estábamos ni sentados todos, porque faltaban la mitad que estaban en el baño. Nos trajeron la pizza helada, y un plato de pasta, tardó 10-15 min más que el resto de platos. Para postres, no cuadran las cuentas, no aplican correctamente el descuento del 10% del club amici... Desde mi punto de vista, lo considero caro para lo que es.

Fuimos 6 adultos 2 niños de 6 años y 2 bebés. Pedimos un plato de pasta cada 4 adultos y los otros 2 una ensaladas. 1 de los niños grandes se pidió otro plato de pasta y el otro compartió con su madre. Como extra se pidieron un par de panecillos de esos con varios sabores. De postre 1 café y un postre especial. Total a pagar más de 150€ 😵‍💫 es verdad que son generosos los platos, todo sea dicho. Pero los precios no tienen lógica ninguna. No olvidemos que es pasta. Para 2 cafés tardaron un poco y para la cuenta ni te cuento. Nos levantamos de lo que llegaron a tardar para irnos visto que después de pedi la cuenta más de 3 ocasiones nadie venía y a mitad de camino hacia la salida entonces si que nos dijeron de pagar. Suerte Con el tema de cafés uno de ellos se pidió con leche natural y llegó con leche fría. Lo rehicieron y llegó con leche volcánica. Lo dejamos por perdido el tema y la complejidad del asunto para ellos. En cuanto a la calidad de la comida enlatada, todo estuvo bueno y como ya comenté en cantidades adecuadas.

Muy buen ambiente, la calidad de la comida como en todos los restaurantes de esta franquicia, muy bueno todo. Lo único que no me gustó nada es el servicio, son amables. Pero no creo que se tarde 1 hora en preparar un plato así, el restaurante no estaba hasta arriba por lo que deducimos que no había mucho personal en ese momento. Por lo demás todo muy bueno

We were drawn in by the inviting atmosphere—warm lighting, stylish décor, and what felt like a relaxed Italian dining experience. Unfortunately, the food didn’t match the setting. Everything we ordered was underwhelming, bland, and lacked the richness or authenticity you'd expect from an Italian restaurant. It wasn’t terrible, but it was nothing special and certainly not memorable. To make matters worse, as the evening went on, the atmosphere changed. The club across the road—City Hall—became very loud and disruptive, making it difficult to enjoy conversation or relax. It really spoiled the ambience and made the whole experience feel chaotic rather than cosy. Service was polite, but overall the experience left us disappointed. We wouldn’t return, especially considering the noise and the forgettable food.

Friendly staff, but difficult to gain their attention. Left with empty drinks for quite some time and no salt/pepper/condiment’s offered when served. Food was nice but nothing to shout about. Went for an Italian classic, spaghetti carbonara which was a bit bland. Overall, a nice place to sit and eat but not worth the prices they charge.

Me and my parents just had a meal here at the start of October. It was very quiet, only us and three other tables were there. I had read several reviews criticising the food and service, so I was apprehensive. We arrived and were welcomed by the staff who seemed friendly. There was a language barrier (I am British visiting a foreign country after all) but we mostly understood each other. We ordered a Sangria (which was delicious) then placed our food order. We ordered 2 pasta mains, and a children's Bolognese as my mother had a small appetite. To our surprise, the food came out amazingly fast, just a few minutes after our order was taken. When the food arrived, it was mostly very nice. The pork with pasta and focaccia was delicious, however my mum's 'children's bolognese' was quite bland (and massive - but more on that in a minute). After our mains we ordered a couple desserts; a Tiramisu and a chocolate cake and ice cream kind of thing. These took longer to arrive than the mains but that wasn't a problem, we were enjoying the Sangria. The two desserts came out and were both very nice. We asked for our bill, and this is when our experience got a little negative. Firstly, they had charged us for an adults Bolognese even though we ordered the children's one. The waitress had even commented when she cleared our table that we had left a lot of Bolognese and we said 'It was very big for a child's portion' but perhaps she didn't understand the point we were making. Anyway they did knock that off the bill with no fuss. After I paid on my card and we were working out who owed what, we realised there was a mistake, the desserts had both been entered twice! So we paid around 14 Euro too much. Again, I explained that this had happened and they refunded me the cost of the desserts in cash (but not the 10% added on top which I think is for a tip - annoying). All in all, I'd say that the food was nice but we were disappointed by the extra charges. Given how quiet it was, it does make you wonder if it was intentional to try to take a little more money from us. I would recommend a visit, but I would suggest to definitely check your bill before paying.

Pedi una pizza Melanzana, la cual desde mi mesa veia que estaba en el pase de la partida de pizzeria y el otro camarero que se paro delante de mi pizza un par de veces, no se digno cuando menos en preguntar de que mesa era (entiendo que es por temas de rangos) pero no lo justifico. La pizza me llega fría y sin cortador, el argumento de la chica de la barra es que tenemos muy pocos, tampoco los justifico, porque yo he pagado el precio total de la pizza con los servicios que conlleva. Lo mas sorprendente fue que el aceite picante, era incomible, no se si es una estrategia para que el cliente consuma menos cantidad. Cuando me acerque a la chica de la barra para comentarle tanto del cortador como lo del aceite, su respuesta fue "es que todo se hace de la misma manera". Quiero aclarar que soy conocedor del tipo de preparado y gramajes que tiene que llevar el aceite picante como extrabajador de la cadena se muy bien de lo que hablo y lo que reclamo, con lo cual el argumento que se me dio o excusa no era el que esperaba. Siento decir que no volveré mas a este sitio.

Era fan de las pizzas de la Tagliatella, pero definitivamente las últimas veces que he ido he notado que ha empeorado. La calidad y las cantidades han bajado significativamente. Casi ya no les ponen nada de ingredientes a las pizzas y cada vez son más finas. Esta vez me he ido decepcionada por la pizza que he pedido, ya que no era lo que esperaba. Por el precio que pagas ya les vale hacer unas pizzas como dios manda. Adicional a esto le comento al camarero que a mi pizza le faltaba un ingrediente y me ha contestado de forma grosera que eso era todo lo que llevaba y que si preguntaba en cocina le dirían lo mismo que le me ha dicho a mi. Simplemente no vuelvo a pisar ningún restaurante de esta cadena. Se salvan porque ya tienen nombre y siempre estarán a reventar.

El peor tagliatella en el que hemos comido, una hora y cuarto esperando la comida, y el comedor estaba practicamente vacío,la bebida se la olvidaron. El que hay en las gavarres le da 100.000 patadas en todos los sentidos. Ni lo recomendamos ni volveremos.

Muy mal entramos a la sala nos atendió una señorita nos dijo que sin reserva no podían atendernos llevamos una invitada diabética se nos negó mesa le encargamos comida y esperando entró una pareja sin reserva viene el camarero y les da mesa por la cara no volveré nunca más !! Porque no puedo darle menos, la comida bien como en todos, pero el servicio lamentable por parte de una encargada no se puede tolerar. No responder a tus preguntas, contestar mal y ver esa cara sin ningún ápice de simpatía, pues no es muy agradable mientras vas a cenar, me contení porque yo sí que tengo educación pero, seguro no volveré nunca y si alguien me pregunta recomendaré otro establecimiento.No dudo que debe ser duro trabajar en hostelería pero si no te gusta lo que haces no deberías estropearle el día a los clientes.

We had a Dissapointing experience. Initial service was good , we were a large table and were accommodated well. However one meal did not arrive. When asked we were ignored. When we asked again around 10 minutes later we were told to “wait one minute”. Once the pizza came all others at the table had finished. No apology, no free drink no nothing, we were then charged for a meal that arrived 20 minutes late. Very very bad way to handle a situation.
