Slow service, the burgers are poorly made, the staff are stressed... and on top of that, they try to make you look stupid by telling you that the McFlurry seems to have less because the cup is bigger than the mini McFlurry's... the photo clearly shows the same amount in both cups. McDonald's is getting worse every day!

I want to thank Mauricio for his smile and greeting as soon as I walked in, but I also want to report the abuse I suffered. Carmen, presumably the manager, came over with some tickets that weren't mine, asking me to scan a QR code that my antivirus said wasn't secure. She took my phone from my hands and started fiddling with it... all to get a good review. Obviously, I left everything very satisfied because she was glued to me, staring at my screen... I think it's awful to take advantage of people and bother them while they're eating for that reason.

Terrible service with Glovo. Every time I order, items are missing. I suppose it's not just me. The restaurant is to blame for not providing items (today a burger from the McDonald's menu, napkins, ketchup, straws for the drink...). I will never use Glovo with this restaurant again; I can't trust them at all. The product arrived with the seal intact.

We ordered McDelivery through the Uber Eats app, and only the drinks arrived. I think it's a disgrace that before handing an order to a rider, you don't bother to check that everything is in the order. I've worked at McDonald's, and honestly, these kinds of mistakes are very serious. I don't know what kind of people you have working there, but this doesn't happen at Mas Gri. The worst part is that you don't even answer the phone; it seems like it's just for decoration in the office. You must have some serious problems.

A bad experience at the McDonald's in Espai Gironès. The employee who served us at the counter showed very little empathy. Our daughter dropped a chicken wing when she opened the box, and we asked if they could replace it. The response was a simple "NO," with no explanation and rudely. It may seem silly, and if it had been for us as adults, we would have put up with it, but the child felt bad, and we felt it was a total lack of consideration. Such a small detail makes all the difference in customer service.

Hicimos un pedido en las máquinas, nos entregó el comprobante de pago y por algún motivo se canceló. Al hablar con el personal me dicen que el pedido no está pagado. Le muestro al encargado el pago en el banco y más de lo mismo. Que no me podían entregar porque en el sistema salía cancelado. Poco más y nos tratan de ladrones. El trato del encargado fue pésimo, no nos daba ninguna solución y se burlaba. Luego de mas de 10 días nos devolvieron el dinero, no sin antes hacer varias veces el reclamo. En conclusión, nos fuimos con mi hijo del local, sin dinero, sin pedido y con ganas de no volver jamás a este local. Y eso que somos clientes habituales.

I bought a meal with ice cream at the register. I asked for the ice cream afterward (who eats ice cream at the same time as a hamburger???) The "manager" refused, arguing that the ice cream was already being made and that it was my problem because I didn't select it from the machine (even though I paid at the register and asked for it before paying). McDonald's is increasingly declining in its customer service and experience, which is always terrible. I've had cold fries and melted ice cream, and next time I'll go to Burger King, which smells much better and looks much cleaner. Staff treatment: terrible. I won't go back.

Escribo esta reseña para informar sobre lo ocurrido hoy con una empleada llamada Carmen. Fuimos testigos de cómo se dirigía de manera muy inapropiada y con falta de sensibilidad a una compañera con discapacidad, algo que nos resultó muy desagradable de presenciar. Además, nos sentimos muy incómodos cuando la propia Carmen nos instó a que escribiéramos una reseña positiva mencionando su nombre delante de ella en ese mismo momento. Consideramos que esta forma de actuar no es profesional y que el trato que observamos hacia su compañera no representa los valores que debería tener este establecimiento.

We're regular customers! Unfortunately, an adult with four children came today, and the service was terrible. Apparently, they've changed the staff, and it was very bad. The machine put things on that weren't right. I went to change it, and the service was very bad, as was the man in the waiting room. I would have put his name, but he's not identified. I think it's pretty bad. We definitely won't be back. (I could write more, but it doesn't matter; we don't recommend it.)

Terrible Service at McDonald's I ordered fries with extra cheese, and despite paying extra for it, the cheese they gave me was almost nonexistent. I decided to speak to the employee, Mauricio, who indifferently consulted with the manager, Irene. Her response was unacceptable: "It already has extra cheese." But, obviously, it wasn't enough, and it was noticeable that the cheese was barely there. I decided to explain to Irene that if necessary, I would be willing to pay even more to have more cheese added, but her attitude was completely dismissive. She told me "that's what it was," without offering me any solution. After a long while of complaining, a guy appeared and charged me an additional 0.30 cents to add a little more cheese. Completely disrespectful. The manager Irene's lack of attention, arrogant attitude, and unwillingness to resolve the problem made the experience very unpleasant. McDonald's should take note of the quality of service and the attitude of its employees. I definitely won't be returning to this establishment.

We ordered two ice creams for almost 4 euros each, served by the manager, who seemed Argentinian or Uruguayan (judging by his accent). When I looked inside the ice creams—and I repeat, almost 4 euros each—it was like he'd just put a single scoop of ice cream in the cone without even adding the Kit Kat topping, and the other one was Oreo. His excuse was that he might have made a mistake, haha. A mistake, really? If he's the manager, he should take a course on how to properly serve ice cream instead of trying to scam or deceive customers with the kind of advertising they have in the menu, which leaves much to be desired. 🙅 I'll never set foot in this McDonald's again, even if Burger King doesn't have ice cream. They actually make it properly there.

We came to eat on January 26, 2025, at 12:35 p.m. to be exact... The time the order was paid for at the self-service terminal, with a request for a later McFlury refund since we hadn't eaten our menus... In the end, it turns out that the kitchen manager made the McFlurys and didn't want to set them aside or remake them for us after we'd had a chance to eat... OK, no choice, we sat down while waiting for our platters. The orders finally arrive: cold fries, no drinks, a large part of the order is missing. We wait, the waitress, very kind, arrives with the second tray a good five minutes later, well beaten... I tell her the fries are cold, that we got them like that, it's edible... She apologizes but leaves. I get up because of the discovery after discovery on our respective trays. I go to see the manager to show him that we just received the order, that this is missing, this, that, and this, that it's cold, in short, nothing is right. No apology, extremely unpleasant manager, unhappy that I came to say something... I remind him that, on top of all this, he also made us the McFlury before we even ate, and that consequently, they are no longer ice cream but water. Ditto, he doesn't give a damn. Reception, friendliness, service level zero points. And hygiene, let's not even talk about it. I strongly advise against it, even if your belly cry famine

Tonight my daughter and I were passing through, so we thought about taking the menus home. * First of all: The self-service payment service wasn't working (queue for the machines, it was 9:00 PM). * We queue again to pay, and it's 9:20 PM. * The staff was in an incredible mess and the queue was incredible. At 10:00 PM, we left and asked, "Are the fries and sauces here?" They said yes. We got home, 20 km away, and the four servings of fries and sauces were missing. 10 phone calls to complain, and no one answered. Today's service was shameful. I must say that two days later I made a personal complaint and they delivered my entire order. The service that day was excellent.
