The service was incredible! One person in our group had a walker, so they quickly accommodated us at a more comfortable table. The milkshakes and water were delicious, but the burger and tenders were a bit too salty.

Eddy's has one of the best burgers I've tried in Saltillo. They're simple, but the quality ingredients and great flavor are noticeable. I like that they're light—even though they're burgers, haha—but their flavors aren't overwhelming, and the portion is just right. The bun is soft and not too bready, so it's enjoyable. The fries are classic American style. Personally, I like them that way, and they're tasty. My experience has been both takeout and dine-in, and I receive the food in perfect condition. I definitely recommend them.

Excellent burgers, but terrible service from the staff. The card terminal was malfunctioning, I mentioned it and they did nothing to fix it. I had to make a transfer since I didn't have any cash.

The service is good, and the atmosphere is nice too. However, the burgers, specifically the meat, leave much to be desired. It does look good, and the cheese tastes good (masking the bad taste of the meat), but it tastes and smells like old meat, so I admit I ate that burger with some trepidation. The fries are nothing special. I expected them to be much better.

I don't know what kind of meat they're using, but it tastes awful, smells and tastes like rancid butter. The cheese doesn't melt either, and the bun is cold and stale. I've been coming here for years, and the quality has declined drastically. I certainly won't be back; the burger was so bad I ended up throwing it in the trash. And to top it all off, their portions of fries are a joke—they give you four pieces if you upgrade to crisscut fries.

What an unpleasant visit! I don't know if the waiter was new, but he didn't bring our drinks until we asked. The cheese was hard, not melted, and the bread was cold. He brought us an order of onion rings, but they came with BBQ sauce, which we thought was for dipping. He offered us dressings, which I didn't see on the menu, and he offered them like napkins. We said yes, ordered two, and then they charged us for three dressings on the bill—70 pesos! First of all, he should have said they were extra. We thought it was like Carl's Jr., where they offer them for free, and we thought that because, like I said, they weren't on the menu they gave us. And then he charged us for the dressing that came with the onion rings—we didn't ask for it; it was there, and they charged us for it. I don't plan on going back. The waiter tried to clear our plates when we were halfway through our burgers.
