Comenzamos a comprar regularmente en este lugar, tienen gran variedad de platillos. Cuando es para llevar los sirven bastante bien acomodados. En una ocasión los frijoles charros y estaban muy salados, a la siguiente vez que compramos me ofrecieron una porción para que los probara antes de comprarlo. Por lo que considero que es un buen servicio. Lo único es que cambiaron un poco su menú o los cocineros no saben lo que lleva la orden, pues en compras iguales en diferentes días nos han puesto diferentes cosas en el pedido.

La comida estaba bien, pero nos sirvieron una salsa y estaba echada a perder, nos dieron los totopos para botanear, y probé esa salsa como pico de gallo y mi lengua la sentí como ácida, y ya después la comida no me supo. El personal muy amable, solo eso sería mi disgusto.

Nothing new here, a good place for baked potatoes and tacos. I recommend the al pastor or the fogón tacos if you like avocado. It's not a big place, and the service depends on the server; I had excellent service some times and not so good others. The place is very hot in the summer and very cold in the winter, and there's not much in the way of ambiance. It's a family-friendly place with affordable prices and decent service. Also, at least in my experience, the food quality is good.

Good place for dinner, although the service could be better. The air conditioning doesn't work, and the dining area feels very hot. The dining room is spacious and somewhat clean, and the staff is friendly. They can turn on and/or repair the extractor fan to reduce the heat and smoke.

Pedimos medias papas fogón y eran simples papas herbidas; decía en el Menú que con salchichas para asar y NO TENÍAN SALCHICHAS; el brócoli estaba crudo, no medio cocido, no, estaba crudo!!! Desafortunadamente, como fue para llevar, no nos percatamos de los errores. Lo que es cierto es que no volveremos, porque además de la pésima comida, sus precios son exorbitantes!!!

Super mal servicio, el local sucio, las mesas igual, a las charolas donde sirven las salsas no les haría daño una limpiadita de vez en cuándo, además la carne en la pirata que pedí brillo por su ausencia y muy caro para lo que sirven. Los meseros estaban más atentos al fútbol que a los clientes. Hace falta supervisor ya que son puros adolescentes ( o eso parecen)

El día de hoy tenían el anuncio de una promoción que no respetaron. Es molesto encontrarse con este tipo de situaciones, es publicidad disfrazada y deshonestidad. Al hablar con el responsable de la caja, pues el mesero lo asumió el error, no se retractó del cobro excesivo en la cuenta. Muy mala experiencia.

It's unbelievable that they're so poorly prepared on potato promotion day! The service is incredibly slow! I think it would have been faster to go all the way to Ramos than to be here in Lourdes!

Terrible service, I just bought these tacos and what was my surprise when I got home, the tacos were horrible, the tortillas and the meat were super tough, you must be so angry, and they took a long time.
