En general está bien, solo que pedí mis papas lemon pepper e ignoraron completamente mi petición. Los boneless están ricos, pero estaría mejor que los bañaran por completo y no que solo le echen a los de arriba, porque al llegar al final tus boneless no son más que nuggets de niño.

A great option when you're craving boneless wings and fries, the price is good and the portion size is generous. They have a good variety of sauces, both sweet and spicy. It's a good option for eating in your car or for takeout; the service is quick and they come to your car to take your order, plus the staff seems to have a friendly work environment. It was a great first time visiting and trying this place, and I wouldn't mind going back.

Las papas son muy buenas no lo dudo, pero si vienes en carro te atienden rápido si vienes caminando, les vale madres, pasas preguntas y ninguno de los niños te atiende, el servicio es grosero y malo, lo bueno son las papas y el pollo la verdad!

Antes estas papas estaban mejor, cada vez las dan con menos de los ingredientes que pidas: esta última vez apenas y percibí la salsa bbq. En fin...

Es un sabor genérico, mis papas estuvieron medio crudas, pero los boneless y las salsas muy sabrosas.

Súper tardado, precio/calidad aceptable, no realmente buena. Si de plano tienen tiempo de sobra es opción.

They've significantly lowered their quality. When they only had the Zócalo branch, they were super good, the seasoning, they delivered what you ordered... Then they opened more branches, and you think it would be the "same," but you realize it's nothing like it... I went to the branch on Valdez and Peripheral Avenue twice, and they delivered it reluctantly, with ingredients you didn't ask for, and if you complain, they give you a dirty look. Today (July 14, 2024) I went to the branch near the Walnut Grove, by the civil registry, and three times I had to tell them they didn't have the ingredients we had ordered. It was only because the girl noticed and the rest of us decided to open our cones. Otherwise, we came home and realized we had bought almost 600 pesos and they had given us what they wanted. A very bad experience. They are definitely NOT what they used to be.

They were good, but I got the boneless wings dry, like they were over-fried, and with very little sauce. I also ordered the fries with cheese, and they barely had any. I had to add it at home. I think they're overwhelmed by overproduction.

No sé si sea por que ya tienen mucha clientela, por que ya tiene más sucursales o que, pero ya nada que ver con lo que preparaban hace unos meses, tristemente las últimas 2 veces que compré no estaban bien los conos, estaban fritos de más y eso les da una consistencia desagradable.

We buy from them often, they taste great, it's a shame they don't know how to take an order. Three times in a row they got the order wrong. I told them I wanted cheese and cilantro, I repeated it, and I repeated it again. The last time I ordered triples they gave me doubles. Next time I'll just tell them to sell me whatever they want. They're good, but who knows what they'll put on your order :) $450 pesos for the order, and it was a miracle they got a salsa right.

In particular, a cone of Las Papas Saltillo without toppings doesn't taste good. Boneless cones without toppings or sauces become fried chicken. For that, I'd literally buy fried chicken somewhere else. The fries only taste good when they have toppings since they're frozen commercial fries. The cones are a decent size, the amount of fries is good, and the boneless ones look like boneless fries, not nuggets. ✨ It's recommended to eat your cone there because the toppings are unlimited, but you have to ask for them again and again, since they add them almost in small drops. On several occasions, I've bought to-go items and when I get home to eat them, I realize the toppings are excessively abundant; they don't even cover all the boneless fries except the fries. They URGENTLY need to train their entire staff because they don't give orders the way you ask.

If I could give zero stars I would, I frequented the place a lot, they often made mistakes with the sauces (they didn't put them on) but I let it go, until today they gave me something disgusting, I will NEVER go again, if you have the opportunity to go, waste it, don't get sick from eating what they deliver there, everything raw, the chicken is still red and the skin is all white🤮

If I could give this place zero stars, that would be the ideal rating. The fries taste like they were bought at a secondhand store. Frozen somewhere in the Third World and brought to Mexico like garbage. Terrible taste. Terrible service. Don't go to this place. It's awful. After tasting them, we threw them in the trash.

The takeout service is terrible. They give you everything separately without a single bag, not even a paper one. You can't even fit all the little items they give you individually in your hands. Someone traveling alone wouldn't know whether to handle or hold each little container of sauce, and they even give you the forks separately. They're awful at packing for takeout. They could really use a course.

I only ordered yellow cheese on my double cone and it didn't have any cheese at all. I had to ask the manager to add more because the guy was really annoying, as if it was difficult for him or the owner, I don't know. That wasn't the worst part and the inconvenience. The worst part was when we got home, the boneless ones tasted horrible, they tasted like refrigerator and were cold and hard. No, no, how disgusting. I'm never buying here again and I'll go to Monkey Papás. NOTE: I went at night, almost when they were closing, and they told me they were going to cook the boneless ones and that it would take 10 to 15 minutes. I told the girl that it was no problem and we would wait, but wow, they came out fresh out of the oven.

This has happened several times now, and they've delivered the wrong things. Since we have to take them home, we only realize it when we get there. We let it slide the first two times, but the third time it seemed like they were doing it on purpose. Honestly, we won't be going back. It's a shame because they're delicious when you order them the way you want them.
