A lovely café under the arcades, with well-appointed interiors both inside and out. The coffee is quite good, but I wasn't thrilled with the desserts: they look beautiful, but I wasn't entirely sold on the taste. Still, it's a pleasant place for a break.

The place is beautiful, historic, with a terrace under the porticoes to the side of the Santa Maria di Saluzzo Cathedral. It's a shame that in the summer, the glass screens/screens that block out the noise and exhaust fumes from passing cars are removed. Perhaps late in the evening, when traffic is limited, you can enjoy the cool air by sitting on the armchairs. But during the day and early afternoon, it's decidedly hot. Especially considering there's no air conditioning inside, it's difficult to relax. The place is large, with plenty of tables inside and a small lounge. Excellent wine list and sparkling wines. In my opinion, I wouldn't keep an entire wall of empty bottles! Even though it's not a wine bar, for those who want to admire the bottles on offer, it's not pleasant to find all the empty bottles. The staff, made up of very young women, is friendly but poorly trained. When asked what type of aperitif or cocktail is available, you can't just say whatever you want... without presenting a menu. Along with the classic, very light Spritz, they serve appetizers of your choosing. Ultimately, after booking, we sat down with a group of friends and chose a table, as everyone was available at the start of the evening. After our aperitifs, we quickly left, due to the heat and the annoyance of the few flies that wanted to play with us... to go to an air-conditioned pizzeria... too bad, maybe next time we'll have better luck. Anyway, we wish the staff the best of luck and invite you to study the menu...

Caffè della Vittoria is located in the center of Saluzzo, one of the best-preserved medieval villages in Piedmont. Caffè della Vittoria is simple and very welcoming, though it's a shame the staff is indifferent and poorly informed about the products they stock. I gave the service two stars because I believe it's worth offering a smile to the customer even if you have to work on May 1st, and to learn more about the table service options. I plan to return in a few months to see if the service has improved. I recommend anyone visiting this historic town to stop by for a quick visit, as it certainly offers a better welcome. €€-€€€

Very nice bar, shame that it is very poorly managed (empty tables with cups etc. left like that for quite some time, we waited too long for them to come and take our order) which is a shame because the place is really nice.

I went today for an aperitif. There was an endless wait, even though there were many waiters. We then had to ask to be considered for a menu. Then, after half an hour with the menu closed, we had to call back to order. When the tray arrived, I couldn't believe it. The Negroni was a third of the glass, it looked like a digestif, and with it, nothing, not a single chip, not a single peanut. However, they immediately demanded payment when the meager aperitif arrived, just to be polite. The young man I asked if there was anything to accompany the drink rudely replied mockingly that there was a small plate (obviously forgotten by the excellent staff). Then a sad little plate arrived by popular demand with three tiny things. A terrible experience. Never again.

Ordered mojito, but got Hirohito. Lemon in the mojito, yikes. And the sediment of the brown sugar on the bottom. Do not recommend ordering mojito. It is better for this place to remove it from the menu
