I rarely write reviews, but this place exceeded all my expectations. Silvana gave us incredible service, the entire staff is extremely attentive, and the food is delicious and fresh. I had an Aperol Spritz, and it was a 10 out of 10—even the best restaurants I've been to don't make them like that. The prices are reasonable, even quite affordable. It was a great experience; I would definitely return, and if I lived nearby, it would be my favorite.

Honestly, this place surprised me. It's a place with an incredible view of the pyramid, ideal for relaxing and having a good time. The food is delicious and the portions are generous, just as they should be. The mixed drinks are delicious, but the mescalinas... wow, very, very good, totally recommended. The atmosphere is calm, perfect for going with friends or as a couple, and the prices seem very fair for the quality and quantity served. Overall, a place I would definitely return to. :)))

It's become my new favorite seafood restaurant in Puebla. The entire staff is very attentive and friendly. The portions are normal size during buffet time (Monday through Friday, 1 to 5). We ordered broth, tacos, tostadas, and aguachile, and everything was delicious. Even though it took us a while to finish the broth, they offered to reheat it and were always attentive to our table without being intrusive. I highly recommend it.

Terrible experience. Upon arrival, they ask if you have a reservation because, supposedly, there's a wait, even though there's hardly anyone waiting. Once inside, they tell you that you can sit wherever you like, but after they take your order, they keep saying, "No, we don't have any more, we're out." You order something else, and it arrives incomplete because they're also out of portions. Honestly, a very bad experience. They could have mentioned at the entrance that their menu was running out and they didn't have much left, so I could decide whether to stay or not.

I don't usually leave reviews, but in this case, I want to warn other diners. I came because of a TikTok video that recommended this place, and it seemed like it would be vintage and cool, but when I arrived, the place is just an old, neglected house. It does have a terrace, but it's disappointing. I made my reservation via WhatsApp for 4 PM and asked what time they closed. They told me that with a reservation they were open until 6 PM, and I asked about any birthday promotions or anything like that, but they didn't respond. My family and I arrived 5 minutes before 4 PM, and to our surprise, they didn't let us in. We waited around 15 minutes, which made me wonder why I made the reservation at all. When they finally gave us a table, I noticed they had only cleaned it quickly, throwing the food scraps on the floor, since the floor under the table felt sticky and slippery. The service, which I admit was quite friendly, didn't make up for the fact that we waited approximately another 10 minutes just to get the menu. That day (Sunday), there seemed to be only one waitress and another girl who was somewhere between a hostess and a waitress. The food took forever to arrive, even though we arrived at 4 PM and didn't start eating until 4:50 PM. The buffet menu isn't extensive, but for most of the things we ordered, we were told "I don't have it right now" or "I'm out of it." My grandmother was with us, and she didn't order from the buffet; she only ordered a steak à la carte. After an enormous wait, approximately 4:55, they told us they were sorry but didn't have any steak. So we had to choose another dish and wait again. My family and I ordered several things a second time. The waitress politely told us that the kitchen was about to close and that it was the last time we could order; it was 5:11. I told her, "But I was told service ends at 6." She replied that she was sorry, that she had already received those instructions. In the end, of everything we had ordered, they only brought us two shrimp cocktails, and the waitress said she was sorry, but she had been informed that the rest of what we had ordered wouldn't be available. However, she offered us a couple of desserts. Dissatisfied, we left, but we will never return. This is the only review I've left on [website name]. My life is solely for the purpose of saving others the trouble and inconvenience, and so that what should be a family moment or celebration doesn't turn into an unpleasant experience. While the price isn't excessive, it's not worth it at all.

My family and I went there for lunch yesterday. The staff were nice, but the service was terrible. They barely had anything on the menu, the food took forever to arrive, and after a long wait, it was all cold, tasteless, and hard. We definitely wouldn't go back, but I hope they can improve.

I was swayed by the reviews I'd read, and well, almost everything was wrong: 1. We arrived today, Sunday, for the buffet service, and they told us there would be a wait. When we got there, there were about five empty tables, and it didn't make sense to make us wait. 2. When they finally took our order, we asked for two Pacifico beers, but they only brought us one and claimed they were out of stock. 3. When it came time to order food, they told us the first three items we ordered were already sold out. They suggested something else, and we accepted. It took them ages to bring the food, and everything came in stages. We ordered a mug, and it never arrived. We ordered salsa macha, and it arrived after half an hour because we insisted. We asked about the recommended dish after 30 minutes of eating, and the answer was that they were out because they had just run out. We told them we had ordered it on time, and their response was, "Don't hate me, it's the kitchen's fault; I did put it in on time." Almost everything on the food needed more salt. The shrimp cocktail was very good, very tasty, but the portion was literally tiny. The bill arrived with the two Pacifico cocktails charged on it, even though we were only served one. And I still don't understand why offer a buffet if you're not going to have the dishes available? It's worth mentioning that we arrived around 11:30 PM, and the buffet starts at 1:00 PM; it doesn't make sense that we'd run out of everything. In short, it's a place I won't be returning to. I don't know if the reviews are paid for or if I just had incredibly bad luck today. And the last straw: even though there were tables on the ground floor, they made an elderly woman with obvious mobility issues go up to the second floor. I helped her because it was extremely difficult for her.

If you have the opportunity to come... WASTE IT! We came for all the good comments and reviews on TikTok, but everything was BAD. From the moment we arrived, they told us they didn't have any dishes because they had an event the day before, so we started ordering limited items, but that was only the beginning of them not bringing us ANYTHING we ordered and when they brought us things, it was what they wanted. They didn't even know what dish they were bringing and they literally told us "I don't know what you ordered" and it took them TWO HOURS to bring us ONE of the things we had ordered. The waiters were very friendly, but unorganized; they ended up giving us complimentary desserts, but that didn't stop the bad taste in our mouths. And when it was time to pay, they didn't know how to charge us with the terminal!!! On top of everything, we were with two older adults and they took us up to the terrace, and there were many empty tables downstairs.
