Was in town, my mom was in the hospital near there. Food was fresh and hot. The whole atmosphere, and customer service was Absolutely Amazing!! Seeing smiles and positive vibes made it a great lunch!!

This Church's location, although in a gas station, is probably the best one I've been to. Always fast, always hot, and always polite workers. Very rarely is there a wait but even when there is you can rest assured that when you get your meal it will be freaking scorching hot 🥵. Great job to this Church's location 🤘🏼👍🏼

We did takeout from here yesterday for lunch. We ordered the 8 piece family chicken meal with macaroni and cheese and honey butter biscuits. We also ordered the 8 piece chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and gravy, fried okra and tea. The food was well seasoned, freshly made and very tasty. We would return again to this location and would highly recommend you visit their restaurant.

The chicken was flavorful and cooked perfectly. The mashed potatoes were good. I did not like the coleslaw at all though. It tasted gross, like it was not fresh.

Got the Tender Combo with mashed potatoes and a biscuit. Tenders were chewy, not so fresh. Gravy was super hot but made the watery mashed potatoes worse. Biscuit was the best part. Service was polite but nothing special.

ive been going to this location for couple years but lately the past couple months, i dont know if its the new staffing but lately whoever is cooking the chicken is doing a poor job. I usually order the spicy mixed chicken or tenders. The first time the chicken looked overcooked and when eating it was dry and tough and overly spicy. Im thinking its probably a bad batch. I ordered the 2nd time the spicy chicken and again same deal. So last time which was like a week ago i order online on the app and did the regular mixed chicken and i waited at the counter for at least 15mins while these new staff members ignored me while taking care of people in the drive thru. Again i get the same crappy chicken over cooked, dry and tough. the new staff are rude and they tend to roll their eyes at you when youre addressing an issue with your order and usually the 2 females at the counter with poor people skills smh. But i wont be going to this location anymore they need better employees to do their job right.

They rip you off on the mashed potatoes. You are supposed to fill it to the line just before the top of the canister. Well they only give you barely 2 thirds of the amount. Then hat say that's all they can do and that is full. It is not full. You are paying a lot of money for it to be ripped off. And the french friy portions are sooo small. And if you ask for spicy gizzards, the same spicy batter they use for the spicy chicken, they say they can't do it. And you absolutely can. Just ask any other churches. Don't come to this place! They don't know what they are talking about. I used to be a supervisor at a churches some time ago and this place sucks now. Don't done her. All the other churches give you your money's worth

Very sad this was my favorite Churchs in SA. Everything use to be super fresh and the manager was so sweet as well. Came in today didn’t see the manager lady but my food not fresh at all , the mash potatoes had nothing in it and the cashier was clueless. My feelings are hurt cause I won’t be going back unless I find out the manager still works there. Then imma need to know her days off so I dnt come smh

A couple of months ago I did a review which was a positive review because everything was excellent. Yesterday I went back and thar was a horrible experience. The Young cashier I believe her name was Monique or Monica was horrible I mean the service was terrible. As usual me being a chef I always ask for my chicken to be fresh and don't mind the wait when I asked her for fresh chicken she told me I would have to wait 30 minutes. I then explained it does not take 30 minutes to fry chicken she said yes it does. I said well I believe I'm right since I am a chef and I have two culinary degrees she then just walked off and threw her hands in the air even the manager that was there noticed what happened and he politely apologized for her rudeness I'm not sure why she was so angry maybe because her lack of education and ignorance makes her mad I do not understand why people get jobs they don't like and take it out on the customer so I then did not order anything and left. I'm reaching out to her boss because I don't think she needs to have a job there with a attitude like that the lobby was crowded and everyone was frustrated and she couldn't even put food in boxes properly it was a bad bad experience yesterday. My suggestion to Monica or Monique whatever her name is is maybe go back to school and get a higher education to find a job you actually like.

The only reason I'm giving a star is because I have no other lower number to critique. Also I never ever have put a restraunt on a bad review. But when I hear the manager tell his employer the chicken he wants is going to be little as if I'm not right there. A bell rang in my head. Of course that's gonna happen to me. Sure enough I get home and literally wanna cry. I think it's so old that the meat disappeared somehow. I dug and dug around it was hard the rub cage can be seen more than meat is. Just so disappointing when there were literally 2 customers in the store. It just is not worth a 2nd try. Sorry guys I feel a bit saddened putting this review for the beautiful humans of this planet can see!

Consistently Slow and Unprepared – Disappointed Every Time I’ve been to this place several times, hoping for a quick meal, but it’s been a letdown every visit. The food is almost never ready when I arrive or order — long waits, delays, and sometimes they even run out of popular items. For a fast food spot, this is really frustrating because the whole point is speed and convenience. It feels like poor management and lack of preparation, which makes me hesitate to come back. If they improved their timing and stock, it could be a good place, but right now it’s just unreliable.

Chicken was HORRIBLE! Bought the 10 piece legs & thigh Family meal. All 10 pieces of chicken were dry and looked like they were leftovers from yesterday’s batch! Since we live 5 miles away it was not cost effective to take the chicken back. Called the phone number on the receipt four times and no one answers. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY THERE! See pictures…they say it all!

Church’s Restaurant 10428 Serves old food get your $$$ stomach ache. It is the worst the new owners are short changers and will sell old food that is stale and rubbery cold and near rock hard from sitting under that lamp all day. Charge $35 for old food and has the nerve to get mad cause I actually called to let them know they are selling old food that a gas station would sell. But that’s what to expect now I will not be wasting a dollar at that location. It was better before but it’s franchise so FYI go somewhere else or eat gas station food it will be just a bad maybe better
