I go to Dunkin’ since it’s the closest one but the coffee is always hit or miss. This time the vanilla latte was good, but honestly, it’s different every visit. The person taking the order at drive thru was not really listening to me. I was asking a question several times about the creamer used for my coffee order and he just kept saying “ok how many creamers”. I told him no I’m asking a question about the creamer and he responded yes we have creamer. I then attempted to order a breakfast croissant sandwich and he said sure we have them. When I got to the window 2 people came to the window to ask me about my order. One lady asked how many creamers and I told her and so she took the coffee back to fix it which is fine. The next lady came and told me they didn’t have croissants so what else would i like. I asked for a warmed bagel with cream cheese or if it’s not equal value then that’s fine I’ll still take it. They then handed me a cold stale bagel with a cold cheese, cold egg and barely warmed bacon. This was at 6:40 am on Oct 1st. For a breakfast place this was a very poor experience.

Went about 3am said they had fresh donuts, but they were cold, no longer have anything with cinnamon or apple crumble donuts or long John’s or Bavarian cream donuts, sad ! Come to find out the next day that all their donuts now come frozen, no longer cooked in house, so sad! The doughnuts were fresh but the frosting was very very stingy in the application and the chocolate frosting must not have been mixed well bc it was tan. This Dunkin is awfully slow maybe I’m used to NJ time but I’ll be waiting for over 6 minutes for food and drinks. It’s unbelievable for then the food to look and taste burnt.

My bride and I stopped in to place a simple order. My bride ordered a croissant (plain) with a frozen iced coffee. At first she asked for a bagel but was told by the manager they were not ready? I ordered the coffee and the sausage egg cheese croissant and a toasted coconut doughnut. We sat and waited until they called out my sausage egg and cheese croissant. When I opened it, the cheese was hanging on for dear life (picture included)! It was tepped, barely warm. There was zero chance of my cheese melting. I could only take one bite. They then called out our coffee's as we sat my bride realized she had not received her croissant. She took the receipt and proceeded to the counter. Apparently, if you request a plain croissant, it doesn't deserve the attention of the chef! The young lady at the counter went to the meal pepper and asked for the croissant and was denied. She then proceeded to the order taker at the window and asked her to warm the croissant, which she proceeded to do. It was not a pleasant experience. By the way, none of this is due to the young lady that took our order. She tried!

Where to begin. From the moment we pulled up, The manager (or who I assume to be the manager) was short with us. Everything we ordered seemed to be out. We finally settled on bagel minis, a kolache, one blueberry donut, two iced coffees, and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a croissant. When pulling up to the window, I was thrown off as the lady read my order wrong. I corrected and thought all was well until I got my order and my bagel minis were plane and I was missing a donut. I ask her if I can get everything minis as that’s what was ordered and what I received you can see in the photos. Absolutely disgusting. My sister worked at Dunkin and flat out told me that when they are lazy, they will sometimes spray water and throw the seasoning on top to avoid making a new batch. This I don’t mind, but the least you could do is add more seasoning. We drove off and I had the suspicious feeling that something else was off. Sure enough, I had a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. To which, I am somewhat allergic to sausage. Fantastic. On top of that, the only thing correct was the coffees and donut. The food tasted like freezer burn and the kolache was clearly undercooked. If you are craving good Dunkin, don’t waste your time here like we did. I recommend the one in Leon springs. Also, she continued to ask us to speak louder even though I was yelling and our receipt also seemed to be incorrect to which by that point I didn’t bother going back. Either they have a listening problem or they just aren’t that bright.

Online order. Didn't have any donuts we selected. And these are the worst donuts I have ever tasted. How can donuts be nasty. Very old and stale. No one’s has yet to succeed to eat a whole donut it’s 9:49. Some tried but same response stale.

This is the closest Dunkin to my house, but all the Dunkin’s in the San Antonio area are horrible. I ordered from this store through DoorDash this morning and my sandwich was BURNT. They NEVER have any flavor donuts, no matter what time you come. Idk who operates/trains down here, but in the northeastern part of the US, you can go to Dunkin at ANY time of the day, and get ANY flavor donut. I thought all stores could as well. My dog enjoyed the sandwich. So, thank you for that. Only got 50% of a refund through DoorDash. ETA- Whose stingy self is in charge of the frosting up there??? This place is trash.

Every time I come they are out of what I ask for. I come early and they still don’t have what I ask for. The drink I asked for they couldn’t make it cause they were out of the stuff to make it. They were out of donuts that I asked for, isn’t this A Donut Restaurant with no donuts 🤔 . The donuts they did give me were dry and definitely NOT FRESH. They look like they were Day old donuts . Not coming back here again.

Sad donut to the eyes and to the taste buds, they all had little to no frosting and only two glazed flavors were available (chocolate or vanilla). They all looked like this with no frosting. It was mostly dry bread. Service was not great either unfortunately. Definitely not going back.

Worst Dunkin ever. They never have over half of their menu in stock. I have yet to interact with a staff member that isn't rude. I ordered an iced drink and what they gave me was completely the wrong drink. I told them that it wasn't the right sink and she insisted it was and shut the window on me. Served me four milks that were expired by 2 days. Attempted to call the store with no answer and no voicemail setup. Attempted to call corporate but of course the number wasn't working. Then tried to contact us via email. So now I'm out the money I spent for food that is expired.

Just really annoyed with this place today. I get there at 9:27 and order a dunkalatte and the lady told me they can’t make me that drink because of the expresso machine . I pulled up to the window because I have to pay the other drink I got I ask her what time they close she’s says 10 I already knew that I asked her what time do you clean your machine she says 9:25 asked her so I’m basically 2-3 mins late and she says yes . Got here at 5:10 in the morning and it's about to be 5:30 a.m Wednesday October 22 2025. Never got acknowledged by the guy working the window. He's on his personal phone and the drive through headphones. He took care of 5 vehicles still hasn't acknowledged me or the girl behind me. This is the absolute worst service I've ever seen. Wait you have to get served first in order for it to be considered service right? This place is absolutely terrible. Hope you all got more than 10 minutes of time to stand around and wait for nothing.

I don't know what happened to dunkin donuts. It used to be a good place for a snack but lately it has gone downhill. The donuts were all dry and seem a bit smaller. I asked for a dozen donuts and all they gave me were cake donuts not a single jelly filled donut.will not be going back.

I went today to buy breakfast for my son and my family because I saw promotion on my tv about the 5 dollar meal , my hubby always gets food from there and talks how good the food is there !!! So I was like why not give it a try by myself since he was at work . I get there and the guy that took my order was very rude and told me and my sister what we wanted and told us to look at screen . Mind you this is my first time here so I was asking him what kind of coffee they had and he just told in a rude way to look at the menu and screen . Also I was also looking around the menu and I was ordering a couple more things and he seemed to be in a rush he kept telling me what else . My sister started ordering after the first order and also was rude towards her and telling her I can’t hear you but we were literally next to the screen and speaker . At this point I’m this close on driving off and going somwhere else . I felt like I was treated very poorly and that kind of got me upset I never been treated this way I was on the merge of crying because of how it made me and my son feel . I choose not to drive off because I knew how happy my son was when he saw the menu he instantly wanted bacon and made him happy . So we drive to the second window and the guy opens the window very hard and looks at us and tell me how much our first order comes out to . he’s like it’s 9 something then I ask him if he takes a 50 and he doesn’t even check and tells me if I have something smaller or card and I’m like okay let me get my card . I open my wallet and I hear him make a rude comment under his breath and says “oh my god “ and rolled his eyes very rudely , short tempered he seemed to be in a rush so I was patient and just left alone because maybe he wasn’t having the best day but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt . Proceeded to get my card and then gives back to me and tells me here ya go . Then my sister pays and also decides to ask me if it’s my first time and I respond yess in a nice way and he proceeded to say “ that’s why and closes the window . At this point I drove off to the next window and I’m just trying to get my food . I decide to speak to the lady in the next window politely and ask her if she knows the manager or someone I could speak to regarding to this incident that happened and turns out that he is the manager and she apologizes to me for his poor behavior and that he’s like on the daily with them and they’re used to his poor behavior that sometimes they try to calm him down . I told her that his behavior can really affect other people and business that they get . She apologized and was really nice and gives me my food and I noticed my food was already cold I open my bag and my sons tortilla tacos were very hard and the star donut I got him was smushed in the bag . I didn’t want to go back in there so I drove home . It was the worst experience I ever had and I will not be going there ever again .

We have gotten donuts from here in the past and they have always been good with good customer service. This time when we got home to enjoy our donuts the donuts were hard and taste old like they were sitting out all day. The munchkins were hard and barely had any glaze. The service was not bad but could have been better especially considering they served us old donuts. We weren't able to eat them and wasted our money. Not worth the 30min drive to this specific location. We were so disappointed.

Arrived at 849 pm on 07/31/2023 at this location and this is all they had to offer for donuts. I asked if they were bringing more out and she specifically said no that was all for the night mind you it’s a 24 hour location. She stated that they won’t bring anything out until 5am. DO NOT EVEN GO THROUGH DEIVE THRU. Arrived at this location at only to be told that they are not taking orders at this time because the systems are updating and it’ll take 30-45 minutes. I called other locations to find out if they were updating as well to avoid the drive and the manager mentioned to me that updates do not take long but about 10 minutes. I’m not sure why this location did not want to serve anyone. Money lost for the business.

Stale donuts went back twice only drive-thru was open at that time, called before going and the manager Juan said they are making fresh donuts, husband goes to pick up again and once again stale. They looked to be sitting there for hours, white power to barely nothing, normally fresh ones have lots of white powder to where you shake some off. Very disappointed.

My order was correct and my service was quick, however each item I ordered didn’t taste good. My caramel craze had EXTRA ice in it, the picture taken was over 40 min after I ordered it and after I drank a little - but the cup is actually leaking. My drink tastes like burnt coffee with a splash of milk and a hint of caramel - everyone knows you don’t order boujee coffee for it to taste like coffee let alone burnt. My munchkins were stale, one of them didnt have filling and my croissant had a strange after taste. This is the first time I’ve had a bad experience at Dunkin, but also my first visit at this location. I won’t be back.
