Bruuh I came here on Thursday November 5 around 1:30 and I must say the staff working here is exceptional. Not only was the food Hot and fresh! The staff was on point! Great attitudes and by far puts other KFC Taco bells to shame. I'm not sure what's going on here but keep doing it! I definitely will be coming back!
I've gotten some pretty mediocre service at this location before. But today was amazing. The customer service was outstanding. The gentleman at the window was polite and engaging. The donut chicken sandwich was delicious. The donuts weren't soggy and the chicken was crispy.
Took a while, but it's cause they made it all fresh!!! Well worth the extra couple minutes. As I checked my order then asked if I needed anything else and I answered no it just took a bit. They just look at me like wait till you taste the fresh goodness and they where right! Turn what I thought was them wasting time to me finding everything great!! Way to change my mind!! Good job!
Great service at around 230pm on 1/16/2022. Although I did have to pull around to wait for about 5 min for my order since their staff were on smoke break, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the new beyond chicken was and it was all hot. The "chicken" is made from peas (interesting) but the taste is no different from the original nuggets. I didn't realize what I ordered until I had my 3rd nugget and wondered about the texture. I would liken the texture (Not taste!) To that of a thick slice of spam or balogna. But the taste had no difference.
Ordered the Classic Chicken sandwiches. They were great although the staff wouldn't honor my coupon for a free sandwich after I took a the survey on line and received a validation code. Staff said I had to use it within 7 days. The receipt clearly stated that you have 7 days to DO the survey and you 30 days to use it. Didn't argue with them and called their head office. KFC Head Office said they should have honored it and said they'd straighten them out, lol. Sandwiches were great!
Everything was fine except for the service, and the condiments on my food. The service wasn't lacking at all, those ladies were very attentive, polite, and competent. It was just the wait time that sucked. I also got little, to no mayo on my two Chicken Little sandwiches, and NO pickles at all whatsoever. I'm like, "Hey goober, where are the pickles?" Other than that, everything was superb.
There's a lot of expectation for a chicken sandwich these days. This sandwich has became a contender for one of the top ranked sandwiches. It has a little ways to go to be the best in my thoughts. The piece of chicken in the sandwich was larger then some of the competitor chicken sandwiches. Sandwich was crispy and juicy.
I don't go to KFC often but wanted to try the new wraps. I decided to go into the lobby instead of the drive through. I will probably never return to this location due to the slowness of this location. When I first entered no one greeted me for about 15 mins. While waiting a man came in and asked for a refund saying that he had been waiting for his order for 20 mins. I should have just left at this time. Finally the manager who was doing a job interview or hiring process next to register took my order. She did ofter to comp my drink since she apologized for the wait. That was nice of her to acknowledge. I placed my order for 2 wraps and a drink then the real wait began. I tried to get my drink. Almost all drinks were out in the lobby. I asked a worker if they could please get me a Dr. Pepper or Pepsi from the back. He said they were also out in the back and suggested to get whatever was available. That was disappointing since I also don't treat myself to sodas often. After all said and done what should have been a quick in and out visit took me almost 45 mins! That is way too long for supposedly fast food....y'all need to figure that out and do better. All people I dealt with minus the last girl who put my food up were polite though and food was good. That is why 2 stars. But very slow service!
Ordered 3 deluxe tacos. came without tomatoes and cream. Had to take them back to fix. Friend ordered 2 piece meal. The biscuits wasn't fully cooked. They gave her 2 more.
I ordered an 8 piece family meal 2 sides of mash potatoes and gravy and 4 biscuits. What I got was a young lady who shouldn't be working in drive thru. She couldn't repeat order and instead of giving me my total and pull forward I get weird noises and 8 pc a side of mash potatoes no gravy and a side of Cole slaw and 4 biscuits.
I really want to say good things about this place, really. I come here all the time, especially since one can order Taco Bell @ the same time! But customer service has consistently been slow. Really, it is ludicrous that it is quicker to sit through drive-thru than it is to walk inside. I've had a mixture of nice employees and rude ones, but even the nice ones cannot seem to do anything to make service any quicker. Alas, this being one of the only fast food places literally minutes from me that is open relatively late, I will continue coming. But it doesn't mean that I'm satisfied with the service.
The drive thru took forever. I was AT THE WINDOW for 20 minutes and that doesn't include the time it took to order and get to the window. With only 2 people in front of me and not a whole lot inside. And didn't even get everything I ordered. No apology from anyone at the window for the time. If I could've left the drive through I would've but there was no way to. Won't be returning.
I am very pissed 😡 with this kind of service at KFC. My family meal was salty and raw chicken 🍗. My money is good after I work all day. Kfc workers won't wearing gloves to cook and filthy nasty . My complaint goes to the KFC manager . Check ✔️ who you hire because it is pitiful .
Went to the drive thru only to receive disrespect & sarcastic remarks. Left the drive thru and needless to say, both employees w/headsets were sitting down and yelling like monkeys. Instead of focusing on being rude to customers they should focus on getting a good acne cream for their faces.
The Drive Thru Menu Prices & POS ARE NOT THE SAME!!! After being overcharged almost $3... Been sitting here waiting 16 minutes for a 5 piece strip meal & a chicken bowl. They're out of Pot Pies tonight... There was one person in the store and no car in front of ours in the drive thru. There's a whole lot of laughing and joking going on but ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. 20 minutes later, I'm still sitting here! Oh! They gave our food to the wrong person! Man oh man... There are only 4 nuggets in this almost $8 bowl... and no Extra Gravy I requested and asked about again BEFORE I took my food. She looked me in the eyes and reassured me it was done. If I had seen the MANY One Star Ratings BEFORE hand, we WOULD NOT HAVE WASTED OUR TIME & MONEY. THIS OWNER OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT CARE BASED ON THE MANY BAD REVIEWS OVER A LONG TIME PERIOD. JUST TRIFLING! I will be reporting this location to the KFC Headquarters.
I will not come here again. These employees are so rude and they are really rude to costumers. I ordered from drive through at 6:30 but I am not getting until 40 minutes. Not working hard. Very slow at everything. When I finally got my food. They are just telling me to get the food. This is not good at all. Bad customer service. Don’t go here. You will regret it.
The food is fine, but the service and quality control here from anyone below management is just awful. I have had bad experiences with the cashiers every time in drive through as far as attitude and missing items. In addition, I placed an Uber eats order for this location and they did not include a dozen cookies I paid for, or my chicken sandwich ($10 value after tax.). Like come on, I work in food service but I’d never miss two thirds of an order. Ridiculous. Thankfully I got a refund through Uber and the manager of the store was very nice, but that experience alone made me reconsider trusting delivery altogether.
Will NEVER go back. I asked for 2 crispy tacos, a bean burrito and a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was for someone who has sensory issues and asjed for the patty on the side or dry without pickles. I was asked to wait at the drive thru box while they did a shift change. Took about 10min. Placed my order and got to the window and I can literally hear the 2 older women and the girl who maned the window talking about me and my order and laughing. I felt so awkward and uncomfortable. I don't need to go pay my hard earned money to be made fun of. I called corporate and waited for 20min just to hear that the person I was calling wasn't available. What happened to RESPECT. 🤬 UPDATE: I called corporate because no one should feel uncomfortable when they go anywhere to buy something with hard earned money. But, Corporate apparently doesn't care about their customers.
I went to this location because it's on the way home. I wanted to go in the lobby but there was this kid named Elijah smoking by the entrance. I went through the drive through and while Brandy was very helpful, Elijah looked like he was dragging the team down by how the manager was reprimanding him. I got my food and left. As someone who has worked fast food before as a manager, I don't appreciate a weak link; especially one who smokes in front of the entrance where paying customers walk through the door.
At peak lunch hour, the wait was about 30 minutes for KFC original recipe. Lots of individuals on lunch break used most of their break waiting for their order. When I finally got my order it was good. I did not have to get to work but I felt sorry for those who did need to get back. No one was even apologizing for the slow service.
