I recently visited this restaurant and left with the rare feeling of having experienced something special. Truffles are the undisputed star of the menu, interpreted in surprising, elegant, and perfectly balanced dishes. Each course is a small masterpiece of flavor, crafted with meticulous attention to detail. The service is impeccable: the staff is attentive, friendly, but never intrusive. There's a genuine care for the customer, which makes the experience even more enjoyable and relaxing. It's almost strange to think that cuisine of this caliber hasn't yet enjoyed the fame it deserves. But perhaps that's also its charm: the feeling of having discovered a hidden treasure, which hopefully will stay that way, at least for a while longer. Highly recommended for those seeking a true, authentic, and refined gastronomic experience.

A dear friend of ours took us to this restaurant that he knows very well. The location is amazing both externally and internally. The attention to detail is immediately evident starting from the furnishings. Everything, the service and the dishes deserve 5 stars, the top for everything! The quality of the raw materials, the preparation of the dishes by the chefs, the courtesy and professionalism of the staff make this restaurant exceptional. You can also drink a digestif or coffee in their beautiful outdoor gardens. I absolutely recommend it to anyone who loves truffles.

New location on 2 levels, well arranged even outside before the entrance and we know the first impression counts a lot. Fast and coordinated service between all the waiters not to mention the quality of the products on the menu. You might think that it is literally all based on truffles but in reality there is a wide choice even for those who are not lovers of the product. Excellent value for money!

For our company dinner and to celebrate a year of work, we chose this restaurant, which is also just steps from our business. We enjoyed the quality of the food, refined but not overdone. For those who love it, grated truffle can be added to each dish for an additional fee. The dining room was pleasant, and the staff was never intrusive. In addition to the restaurant, you can also purchase truffle-based products, of course. The prices are reasonable, depending on the choice of dishes.

My girlfriend and I, along with a friend of mine, his partner, and their two-and-a-half-month-old baby, came here on December 22, 2024, to exchange greetings. For truffle lovers, it's a perfect location; everything is truffle-themed, from appetizers to dessert. The atmosphere is very refined and puts guests at ease, and the service is also very attentive to their requests. We had a great time, so much so that we've promised ourselves we'll return. Excellent value for money.

The atmosphere is welcoming and already decorated for the Christmas holidays, making it extremely charming. The truffle is the star here, and I truly appreciated everything (including the truffle-flavored chips). The appetizers are delicious and original, with excellent pairings of meat and truffle, and the table setting is original. The meat is excellent, I think because it's smoked (I forgot to ask), but it has a unique flavor! Congratulations on everything!!! I hope to return soon because I'd love to try the truffle risotto creamed in a parmesan wheel (I only saw it being made and was drooling at the mouth 🤤🤤🤤) I forgot to mention how lovely and well-kept the garden is 😍

A lover of truffles and their aroma, I'd been wanting to try this restaurant for a while. Tucked between industrial warehouses and the highway, you might feel like you've come to the wrong restaurant, but once you've passed through the gate and down the steps, an unexpected scene unfolds, and despite being right next to the highway, you can't hear anything. The restaurant is modern and elegant, the staff is attentive but not intrusive, ready to help, list, and suggest dishes, even off-menu ones. Sergio Brugnoli's truffle risotto is truly exceptional—the best risotto I've ever eaten, by far—as is the meat dish. Rosemary tagliata and truffle fillet were both delicious and of excellent quality, all beautifully served and accompanied by a good bottle of red wine, which I recommended after tasting a few before deciding. Next time—and there will be a next time—I'll try the desserts, too.

A beautiful, elegant, and unique restaurant where you can enjoy a wide variety of dishes featuring truffles, their specialty. I find the cuisine truly excellent, with unique dishes that are well-prepared and, above all, beautifully presented. The truffle-filled egg, tagliatelle, and risotto creamed inside a Parmigiano Reggiano wheel are wonderful. The staff is very attentive and always ready to understand the customer's needs and tastes. Their best dishes are truly worth trying. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience, especially in terms of the staff and hospitality. For Mother's Day, I had booked a table at this restaurant, which I had often heard about for its truffle specialty. I decided to bring my wife, my son, and my ninety-year-old mother-in-law, who rarely leaves the house and for whom we had carefully chosen this outing. The reservation had been made a few days in advance for a table for four, with no indication from the restaurant regarding architectural barriers. When we arrived, we were very casually informed that our table was upstairs, accessible only by a spiral staircase of at least thirty steps—a completely impractical solution for an elderly person with severe mobility issues. I mentioned the situation to the young woman who welcomed us, but her somewhat impolite response was that "it was our problem" and that we should have specified it when booking. I find it unacceptable that a restaurant open to the public fails to disclose the presence of such barriers, especially considering that guests may have mobility issues, require assistive devices, or even simply be elderly, as was our case. When we asked to sit at one of the available, free outdoor tables, the response was once again negative: "We haven't offered it to anyone else, we can't do it with you." Only after insistence and a long wait was a table set up on the ground floor for us, but the experience was now irreparably compromised. Once seated, we found an environment that hardly reflected the quality we expected: marble tables with no tablecloths and completely crumpled cloth napkins. We still ordered, ate our meal, and paid the bill—without anyone bothering to apologize for what happened. I conclude by expressing my profound disappointment. A restaurant that aspires to a certain level cannot afford such a lackluster welcome, much less entrust the management of the service to staff lacking sensitivity and training. I hope that one day the relevant authorities will verify compliance with the regulations regarding the removal of architectural barriers in this establishment. For my part, I certainly won't return, nor will I recommend it to anyone.
