Got the avocado toast, it was a big and filling portion. Felt that the avocado was slightly unseasoned, but they had salt and pepper shakers to add.

I went here for the first time and it exceeded my expectations. The food was fantastic and the staff were friendly and attentive. The servings were pretty big so make sure you’ve got an appetite when you go!

Tried Country Waffles yesterday. It was a nice place, with good food and moderate pricing. The seating could be better, and my wife said the green chilaquiles were just ok. My meal was great, good thick bacon, and my daughter agreed that the waffles were awesome. Big fluffy waffles. The service was great as well. We will be back.

This little waffle house open early and has a very upbeat and friendly staff. The young cashier/ server welcomed and smile as we walked in, seated and took our orders efficiently. For our first visit it was relaxing and enjoyable visit. Large portions. We will definitely recommend this place

My family and I stopped by here to grab a brunch, the atmosphere of the restaurant was welcoming, servers are so nice and very attentive. They serve big plates here! Very delicious food and we enjoyed it! We are definitely going to go back.

I do really like this place for breakfast comfort food. I've been here quite a few times and each time the food and service has been good. The food is tasty, you'll probably never see the bottom of your coffee cup, and their specialty waffles are especially yummy. Even the place itself has that country type barn feel. Anytime not summer, we try to grab a seat on the outside benches. I would recommend the specialty waffles over the traditional egg/meat/hashbrown meals. The portions are large enough for take home.

Traveling foodie here and I must say that this place goes head to head with an east coast spot I love when it comes to chicken and waffles. But hands down Country has the biggest portions. The crunch that comes with the chicken is amazing and the flavor town joyride the whole meal gives is something to be full on and wanting more. Service is great, I love how the guys make you feel like fam and the food is quick, hot and plentiful. If your coming off a flight or bout to take one , run to this place for your san diego fill up. You won't be disappointed!

We ate around 1pm. So after any lunch rush. Service was quick and not intrusive. Get the feeling they are here to flip tables for workers in the area on lunch breaks. We got the special Waffle Cristo. Big ole Belgian waffle is maybe too much for a sandwich. Also did not come with Melba sauce, but instead syrup. The potato salad was great! Apple Cinnamon waffle was great. Nice and crispy exterior to hold up against warm apples. Even the leftovers were still solid. Hash browns were mid. We ordered them as an extra side. So I'll skip them next time. Bathrooms were very clean. Ample parking. In and out time: just under an hour.

Sunday at 0900. Table was available right away for a party of two. The staff was very efficient and came around to take our order, gave us refills of coffee, check in on us to make sure we have everything we need. I saw them turn over a messy table within a minute. This is probably the most organized crew I have ever seen. The egg scramble and platter was on point with the comfort food. And of course the waffles were delicious. I recommend this place that you may have overlooked. Two thumbs up!

Good food. Good service, but staff too busy. Had bacon and eggs with hashbrowns, rye toast and coffee. The bacon was good but not amazing. The eggs over medium were over easy. The hashbrowns, toast and coffee were okay but not amazing. All in it seemed an expensive breakfast for what I got.

Country Waffles...I'm scare of Waffle in this country. I couldn't stop eating it because it's really tasty. Waffle good, Cinnabon good, Apple good, Cream good, and Honey good. Every ingredient is good. I was surprised by cream. It's not too sweet and its middle ground level of sweet match Waffle. There is a clock, it is useful because in a morning. Staff moves quickly, it is helpful because in a morning.

The waffles we just ok. I was expecting a bit more flavor. The biscuits and gray was good but you could tell the gravy was not fresh made, it seemed like it was out of a can. The service was good and the staff was nice. Parking was easy.
