The manager (I forgot her name in my excitement) was an absolute gem!! We went there last minute for my daughters cake, I happened to check the book on custom cakes and seen they have My Little Pony. It's my daughters favorite. I asked if one could be made, she apologized and said no, they needed 24 hours min to do that. I accepted it, and looked at what they had in the cooler. I then went and asked if I could just buy the image and put it on myself. She thought about it and said let me see what I can do. We picked a decorated cake, she make the image and set the cake for us! All done in no time, to be given to a VERY happy birthday girl. Now im sure this isn't standard practice, or something people should assume could happen Just our luck with talking to this lady, this day. Thank you so much

We ordered drinks Misty slush and lemon like and ice cream with peanut butter. Nice but quite sweet Ice cream with peanut butter - nit my type but acceptable. Thanks DQ

I ordered a Dairy Queen Blizzard and it was a really enjoyable treat. The ice cream was creamy and smooth, and the mix-ins were blended well so that every bite had a good balance of flavor and texture. It was served cold and thick, just the way a Blizzard should be, and the portion size was generous for the price. Service was quick and friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, it was a satisfying dessert that I’d definitely order again.

I ordered a Dairy Queen Blizzard and it was a really enjoyable treat. There was maybe 1 other person in the restaurant at that time. When I drove up to the window they were very flat and simply took my payment and handed me this awful version of a pumpkin pie blizzard. YUCKUS!

I ordered 38.00 worth of food/ice cream items. I asked for a large carmel sundae with EXTRA pecans. I got 2 pecans on my sundrae - that's ridiculous.

Usually this DQ is excellent. I like how consistent they make their blizzards. Last night I went there between 7 amd 8pm and had the worst pumpkin pie blizzard EVER. Ordered 2 hamburgers off the 2 for 6 menu and chicken strip basket with salad instead of fries. I had to repeat myself 3 times for what I wanted asked for dressing for salad and was ignored till I got to the window at which time the manager asked what kind of dressing i wanted my total was 16.15 which would have equaled what I ordered but was never given a receipt. Once home I only had 1 burger and the "salad" was just lettuce (picture below) I ordered no tomatoes but usually it has carrots and cheese so was alittle disappointing. When I called back the manager was incredibly condicending and rude saying I only ordered 1 burger and completely ignored my complaint about the salad, This after she offered a coupon and to replace the missing burger. Horrible customer service and insane pricing since It is 5 for a hamburger. Will not be going back to this location

I went here last night and ordered a pumpkin pie blizzard with extra chunks. While I was in the drive thru window I could see them making it and it was so soupy that it was running over the sides of the cup and they were scooping the ice cream into the garbage can so they could get a lid on. I got home and tried to take the blizzard out of the drink tray and the entire lid exploded and cup spilled all over my kitchen counter.. the ice cream was more like soup .. I called and complained because I just paid 10$ for the ice cream that was soup all over my counter. They put too much pumpkin filling ilim the cup and over filled the ice cream so it was just pouring out. They argued me on the phone that I should call back another time because it was to noisey there instead of just stepping to the back to speak to the customer on the phone. I worked at Dairy Queen for years and if someone orders extra chunks in a blizzard you don't fill half the cup with sauce making it a cup of soup... They told me I could come back through drive through and they would make it again and I told her that most of the blizzard was in my kitchen sink as it had exploded and I cleaned up the mess and she said that was fine. So I went my husband back and they tried accusing him of eating half the blizzard because it was half gone. They did end of remaking it but she was noticeably rude in the process. We will be taking our service to sandstone location as they are much more friendly and would never serve something to a customer that is over filled and bound to explode!

This was our third visit to this Dairy Queen location, and unfortunately, the experience has only continued to decline. On previous visits, our Blizzards were not properly blended — there were multiple large chunks sitting on top — and they were consistently soupy and not cold. Today, I specifically asked if they could ensure they were fully blended to avoid the same issue. The staff member responded by saying they aren’t meant to be blended, which was surprising and dismissive. In addition to the product quality concerns, the service has consistently been unfriendly and unhelpful. For nearly $14 for two small Blizzards, we expect better quality and customer service. Sadly, we won’t be returning to this location.

Regardless, I was very disappointed as she didn’t clarify the first time I ordered and had to drive back and had to pay more than I should’ve. I’ve been working in and out of the food industry since 2018 and this is not it. Hopefully the management should train their staff well, or at least better.

Very disappointed with my experience at DQ today. I was there with my three kids and ordered three items, but the staff only gave me two. When I told the lady that one item was missing, she just said “sorry” and refused to remake or complete the order. She was rude and not helpful at all, and it felt like she wasn’t listening or trying to understand, even though I was speaking slowly and clearly. Poor customer service, especially when you’re there with kids. I hope management improves staff training and customer care.

The poor employee looked embarrassed and nervous. It completely ruined the atmosphere and made me feel bad for the staff. A supervisor should build people up, not tear them down in front of others. I left feeling disappointed and concerned for the employees who have to work under her.

Customer service so bad the lady she said I am the manager and I’m spoken to her nicely. She’s been rude and she said like if you don’t wanna order from here go somewhere else she’s cocky to me disrespectful add she did call me names add also she said go back to your country. What a great customer service you have guys never ever gonna be at any place of Dairy Queen.

I'm sure they are lovely people but their blizzards are so disappointing! There's so few chunks and they're always just in the first few bites, the rest is just plain ice cream. I've given them a few tries and I've come to realize that they are just inferior to other DQs. Love ya but give us better blizzards please 🥺
