We enjoyed the atmosphere. Staff was attentive. My daughter enjoyed her chessburger and fries. I enjoyed my soup, salad, and shrimp. My hubby like the steak but it was a bit tough. He said the bake potato was delicious.

This a cozy place to slide into a booth and enjoy a meal. Weekday lunch specials are great. Staff remember me by name as well as my beverage of choice. Justin, Jordan and Josh are a few of my favorite servers here. One of the best restaurants with consistent service. Tip: if you have a more modest appetite, order off the kids meal (all ages eligible).

We haven't visited this location in a long time, sadly the one we used to visit closed down. We weren’t disappointed today and were glad picked this location today! The service was great and the food was fantastic. Our salads were served cold, crisp and fresh. The dinner was timed well and came out at just the right time. The meals were hot and portions were plentiful. Our server visited our table often to check in and refill beverages. The meals were fairly priced for the portions we received. I highly recommend this location.

First time at this outback location. decided to try the three-course meal. ordered the hamburger medium rare, Caesar salad, loaded baked potato and a cheesecake for $14.99. Overall, the meal was good the salad very was good. The hamburger was a little over seasoned with salt, but good. Baked potato was good, but also over seasoned with salt. Went before the early lunch crowd so able to get good service. I prefer this over the Chili’s meal deal and is actually just a few dollars more than going to In-N-Out Burger.

Vita & Vox

This place probably has some of the best service in San Diego. The staff is friendly, professional, and very attentive. I don’t know how they hire, but the servers here are truly excellent. Five stars for service. The food was good overall. Everything we tried was tasty and well prepared, with no major issues. The only thing that stood out was the Caesar salad, which tasted a bit off. It could have been just my taste, so I won’t judge too harshly. We didn’t complain, but I hope the restaurant keeps an eye on consistency. Overall, a very good experience, especially because of the outstanding service. I would definitely come back.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting much walking into Outback--I figured it'd just be "decent chain food." But wow...I was SO impressed. The steak & coconut shrimp were cooked perfectly, the sides hit the spot (caesar and baked potato) and the cocktails? Creative AND delish. The service sealed the deal. Our server was friendly, fast, and actually seemed to enjoy being there - which, let's be real, makes a huge difference. Overall, I left way happier (and fuller) than I thought I would. Outback, you won me over. Consider me a blooming onion convert.

Great food and friendly staff. Got the 9oz sirloin steak, sweet potato, and veggie of the day (broccoli), and another with rice and house salad. The steaks were tender, juicy, and very flavorful. Our server, Cynthia H., was friendly, very attentive, and eager to make recommendations. She's our favorite server at this location. Update: Got the 9oz. Sirloin & Coconut Shrimp combo, and the two 8oz Pork Chop meal. Both were excellent.

I Actually Came Here To Watch The 🐏 VS 🐻 🏈 Playoff Game. I Definitely Was Very Surprised That They'd Didn't Have A Big Crowd But A Lot Of Dirty Dishes & Glasses @ The Bar. Wonderful location and has a nice view from the outside tables. Their service is very good and the staff is friendly. We ordered the Siralion steak, but it wasn't very tender for the level of a steak house. I understand the ribeye might be a better choice, but I would not put it on the menu if my chef is not a master at this cut

The ambiance was pretty cute, and their fresh bread was really good and enjoyable, but unfortunately, that was the highlight of my visit. The waitstaff was nice enough, if a bit distracted, and the 5oz steak I ordered took a very long time for the hour (nearing 6p) and relatively small crowd there. I ordered mid-rare, so it was surprising that it took so long. The top crust of the steak was delicious, and the flavoring good, but as I cut into it, I discovered that at the very thickest part of the cut, it was mid-well, with the rest being well done. The server we had checked in a time or two, but was otherwise fairly engaged with a table she and others of the staff obviously knew, so I wasn't able to let her know about it. I ate about half, which was all I could stomach, and sent the rest home with my dining companion in his leftovers. His steak was cold pretty quickly, though at least cooked to the correct temperature, and we thought that maybe his sat in the window while waiting on mine. Perhaps a simple miscommunication with our server. The grilled shrimp were pretty good, and I think next time I try this place, I may just stick to seafood.

I truly believe the potatoes were made yesterday. One star because the servers were really nice, but the food was disappointing. The only saving grace of the meal was the baked potato. Steak was dry, chicken was extra dry, and the Cesar dressing tasted like someone added horseradish to it.

Ordered food from uber eats, we were given no silverware, the Mac and cheese was falling out of the container because the lid wasn’t even on it and it was completely upside down, and there was a bug inside of the salad. This is extremely unacceptable and they’re lucky they haven’t been reported.
