They had no vegan cheese alternatives available, after being baffled by the unavailability my bread was put into the oven bare without anything on it. Afterwards I had to tell the other worker more than 3 times what I wanted (I speak fluent German), same happened with the sauce, where only BBQ was vegan. Worst subway I've ever been to.

I have travelled many places but this one is something else, the staff is full of stupid people. Even the French seems nice at this pont. They don't change their gloves and they served me very poorly. I ordered one teriyaki wrap in which they put only 5 teriyaki and one small piece of cheddar compared to other places where 2 big slices of cheddar is added. The wrap itself is very small and that too overpriced at 8.39 euros. Other subways charge only 6 euros for a big wrap. The one adding the veggies added only one piece of paprika and when I told him to add more he tried to insult me. The cashier who maybe the manager or owner seemed unbothered by his behaviour. THIS SUBWAY'S LICENSE SHOULD BE REVOKED!!!

Worst dining experience in a fast food restaurant. The staff is a disgrace, not suitable for work with customers.

A week and a half ago I got really severe food poisoning from here. I noticed another review not long before they also agreed that the work area didn't look particularly clean. I noticed that there were two workers working together I don't believe they were changing their gloves but they were going between the meat station and the salad station. They really need to review this place and the food hygiene here. I had a vegan Subway however I'm certain they weren't changing their gloves. I didn't see them do that the whole time I was there and I was waiting a little bit of time in a queue. They even seem to be handling money with the same gloves. I should have reported it but I was on holiday which actually makes it worse!!!

Honestly worst behaviour of cashier and people who are preparing, they just throw the things in Sub! Absolutely respect less, they try to humiliate the customer and I’m not sure why even after getting so many bad reviews from most of users, Subway is not interested in taking any actions! It lowers the value of Subway !!

Just don't. Save money and go eat somewhere else. Folks don't even speak German, let alone English. Simply rude and unfriendly. Besides that, prices are not up-to-date. I will also complain directly by contacting headquarters and their investors. This is not a good way of earning money.

Ok so the same things I ordered a few weeks back at Berlin main station for 13 euro is here all of the sudden over 18 euro. While they save as much as possible with the toppings. I used to go often here when I was studying at the Hamburger uni. For sure the last time for the horrific prices with bad service. Worst subway experience I had so far

The objective of the service team should be friendliness but what you discover is other way round. The worker were using offensive language which can't be tolerated in any case. And the way you acknowledge other customer with disrespect and that too in front of other customers is a big no. Would opt to die hungry then eat at this food outlet.

Disgusting vile food here. There was a small caterpillar in my salad and the staff just laughed 😟. Female staff member was rude to me when I mentioned it. Letter going to head office. Not happy.

I was at this branch today to buy my family lunch. I wanted to buy my son a kids pack and the very arrogant server refused sell me one, because my child was not with me. I find this completely unacceptable and very upsetting.
