Whataburger is a staple in our life my kids love it and it's always a goto if we can't agree on something to eat food is always good with excellent service and not to long of a wait time. Kids love the chicken tenders and the doubles customized I love the chicken strip sandwichs.
The older lady at the drive thru window (I don’t know her name) is really sweet and makes sure my egg cheese ranchero biscuit is made right Also Brad does an excellent job making it to make sure it’s made right for me🫶🏽 love the morning crew🙌🏽

I just want to thank the gracious manager who was working today. I went to the drive-thru with my 4 children and we noticed they forgot to put cheese on some of the kids burgers. We went back and I sent my daughters in with those hamburgers to ask for the cheese. But I accidentally sent them in with the receipt from another store a week ago. (Don't judge our frequency haha) Anyway! I'm sure that looked suspicious. A manager came out to the car and told me he was trying to work out the issue and showed me the week old receipt. I found the correct one from today and, lo' and behold, I hadn't even been charged for the cheese. Even so, he replaced the burgers for us and was so kind through it all. I failed to get his name but I really appreciated his patience and gracious spirit. Thank you so much!
It's not a problem it was just my preference to have crispy fries but nobody makes them that way anymore. But the food was still delicious.
someone at the window got my friends order wrong and we went back to fix it and the manager came out and gave us the right burger with a pie and a extra fry. to whatever manager gave me and my friend the fixed number 10 THANK YOU!
I only go to whataburger during the really early mornings or super late nights and its usually the same crew. I just adore Ms.Helena (not really her name I just felt rude not knowing my favorite employee there's name). Shes the mature shall I say , just assuming because of her excellent customer service. Shes the beautiful black woman . She made sure for sure we had everything twice.
Molly took care of us and she was the absolute sweetest! Now that I don't live in Texas anymore and I LOVE my Whataburger, I finally got my fix. Food was delicious but what made me write the review was the staff and specifically Molly. I couldn't decide between a chocolate or strawberry shake and Molly asked if I like chocolate covered strawberries... I think you can assume what happened from here 🤔❤👌
Best Whataburger that I frequently vist. Food is always amazing, especially their breakfast. The service is always nice and amazing. The man who took our order, Brad, was also the best! He did a nice magic trick while our receipt was printing, which we enjoyed. This is by far the best fast food in Mineral Wells.
After stopping from coming to this Whataburger here in Mineral Wells for the past year because of bad experiences tonight we decided to give them another try and have had the absolute best customer service from the young man Kyle that was working at the front register. For someone as young as he was he was beyond professional and running all over the place like he owned the location. Keep up the great work Kyle and know because of people like you it's what keeps restaurants open!
I love your burgers they are the best
Morning after Christmas and they were busy, but short staffed. The staff was still smiling and kind and gave great customer service. This is one of my favorite fast food stops in Mineral Wells.
In the middle of the night, this place is always opened. I ride up and go through the drive-thru and eat out front during the night time. The people here are really friendly and they go out of their way to help you out if you need it with something. The last few times I've gone the food has been pretty good. They do get bogged down late at night because that seems to be the time when the entire town gets the same idea to go there. But it's cool. Just be ready to wait a little while and cool your jets.
Great burger, great fries. (Portions of fries are a bit small but probably healthier for me) Good staff, I rarely have to correct the order. Prices are great, they have specials (typically on Tuesdays). Very clean facility, nice finish out, bathroom cleanliness varies... lots of kid patrons so they don't always have good aim. ;-) overall, great burger!

Drove thru for a delicious Patty Melt, they even cut it in half for me.
Only bit of anything off today was a patron having a stroke and EMS came to render aid. Staff carried on and the customers kept coming and going. Kudos to EMS. Kudos to the staff keeping calm.

It was late in the night manager she was totally awesome! She takes the time to go around everybody's table and check and make sure everything was all right and the food was delicious
Took 22 members here for lunch from Euless, I gave them a heads up a few weeks back to be sure they could accommodate us, and let me tell you they went above and beyond. Very friendly, welcoming, and fast service. Thank you for your amazing staff and the work ethic was totally noticed by all. We appreciate everyone of you.
Rarely have I had a negative experience at this particular restaurant. Always seems to be clean lobby, clean restrooms, very attentive staff. The food is prepared the way I request , and believe me you know some of us can be a real pain in the butt with the way we order our food don’t get me wrong, I appreciate how they try to get everything the way that we want. It doesn’t go unnoticed and that’s what gets me coming back and will keep me coming back from years to come. You’re a special team of people, and I wish there was more I could do for you in return.
Always gets my burger wrong. I hate pickles and always have to take them off, but the whole burger tastes like pickle. Ask for hot, crispy French fries never hot.
It's good comfort food. The new Dr Pepper shake is amazing! I strongly recommend it. However, I have noticed that they are skimping (adding very little) of the paid for extra add-ons and also the regular featured "comes with" items.

Restroom was clean, food what I expect and like from a Whataburger. Staff was friendly. We were in the area on a Sunday and apparently got there just before the after church crowd. Food came out quick for us, but appeared slow by the time we left with the extra customers. No complaints - would eat there again.
I have always loved the food at this place, but the spicy chicken sandwich is not my favorite. The fries are great, the tea still just as good as its always been. But they need to improve this sandwich. The chicken was dry and flat. But this won't stop me from going back for their delicious burgers.

Good was ok. We ordered on app but had to wait about 20 minutes for our food. Also the hash browns were all just kept in a pan to serve and not cooked fresh.
Meat is precooked and barley reheated. It was cold with some raw meat in middle, fries were also cold. I under stand the precooked of meat with flow of drive thru need to get out fast. But for goodness sakes make sure it done and hot when it gets to the table.
Selling to that bunch out of Chicago has destroyed soo many things about this once amazing franchise. Oh- and one morning I went to pick up an online order I had placed for 40 taquitos- we had 20 something people in a group, so I needed two each. I ordered it online early and arrived when they said to, but they weren't even close. I waited for ever it seems without even an acknowledgement other than blankly staring at me when i told them I had an order to go. When they finally finally brought my order, they asked if I needed Picante- I said yes- 60 please- 1.5 per tequito- they usually give you two per - but the guy said he wasn't giving me that many - that he would give me 5 or 6 but that was all. I tried to explain how that wouldn't work and he huffs and said he would get them. Twenty minutes later, I go inside to seeing him pushing a mop kind of around the floor- with trash strung all over. It was sad to see. The manager was very nice and apologetic for his actions, but still, that left an impression for sure.
Well it wasn't that busy when we got there and I went to order. I had stood there for a few minutes before I looked at the time. So I looked at the time then and it was 7:24pm it wasn't until 7:30 they took my order. Employees all looked at me but kept on working and ignoring me. Then the dining room started getting busy. Then after I ordered and got our food we ate, it was ok. I watched Employees drop ketchup packets on the ground and just kick them under the tables instead of picking it up. Lol. Using the same gloves to handle money and then serve or hand over food. Not sanitary at all.. Im guessing they just don't have it all together at this store. Small town.. I'll stick with Dairy Mart and Jessie's drive in.
Generally, I like the food if they could ever get it right. Many times in the past 4 - 5 years, I have ordered things and gotten home only to find out that they didn't include items I had paid for. The latest was today. I paid for an apple pie. When I got home, 20 minutes away, the apple pie was missing. It is getting VERY old !!!
Prices have gone up. Seems that way everywhere now. Just not an affordable option anymore. Might as well go to a nicer place if you're paying that much. Biscuits were dry and couldn't finish cause it was too hard on one side. Taquitos were very skimpy.
I got there at 11:05 and wanted a jalapeno biscuit so bad! Brandon, without a smile, said no way Jose. What kind of get it but 5 minutes after cut off! Come on!
Service was good despite the fact that the lines were long. The boy that was standing outside taking our orders was really sweet when i didn't know the menu. The green hatch Chile burger could use a bit more chile though, and the hamburger meat itself was too salty.
Ive never been to a more unorganized, lack of direction and just plain confused restaurant. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the food, all but once has been correct. The onion rings are probably the best thing going other than the gravy for breakfast. But you better get an extra biscuit and bowl of gravy...Just saying. If something were done about the drive thru this place would be 4 stars. But I don't think the management pays much attention to this store. 30 minutes waiting in line for drive thru fast food. No bueno... I think them being only place in town for a quick relatively good burger, is the big reason they stay so busy. Food...really pretty good. Service...has potential. Overall...order online, give them 20 minutes to prepare, check order before you leave. Avoid drive thru.
Decided to go in for a meal, and 20mins later my Number 5 emerged from the back. Mean while, 8-10 to go orders were processed through the drive thru. It wasn't just me, I noticed there was 4 others inside waiting as well.

Been a whataburger customer for over 5 years now! Cant afford it now more. I remember when two large drinks were $4.50. Just wne tonight and the drinks were $6.00for two large drinks!!! I've been here over 300 times online and 200+ in person. I've made over 500+ visits to support my local whataburger,sad to say they've ran me out with the prices running up!!
Ordered the number 13 I was asked if I wanted gravy I said yes got home and didn't have gravy this is why I don't do drive thru I will stick with going in always mess up in drive thru cause there always to busy playing manager probably in office not running floor see it on days probably worse at night
Beware ordering through the app! I placed an order for pickup,got home with it and barely any of the sandwiches were right. I got charged $5 for spicy chicken patties that weren't in the order, all the chicken sandwiches had veggies despite me cutting them,and the fries had a chemical taste to them. Think I'll be taking my business elsewhere til they get their act together.
Ordered Patty melt what was edible but the French fries were old and cold. The chicken sandwich was awful. Chicken tasted weird and the bun was like chewing on a old piece of gum. It was terrible!
Eat here or drive thru slot. Sometimes the wait times are much longer than I can operate with. Have yet to have an order online be ready at the scheduled pick up time. Hope revise this review to say they just had a glitch that worked out. You will see it here if and when that comes to pass.
Ate at WhataBurger today & was very disappointed. We waited 40 minutes for our food. I’ve never seen such a backup. They brought our food without our drinks. When I opened my taco fajita wrap it had no avocado on it. We paid for it. We had asked for salt & pepper but did not get.
I pulled up not very busy and I waited 10 minutes at the speaker then I finally said hello. I rudely got a you are going to have to hold on a minute. What Tiffany should have said was I'm so sorry about that can you hold on a minute. My daughter did say you don't have to be so rude, I refrained. She finally took the order and when we go to the window. She had a sour look on her face but sure had time to flirt with the boys and laugh with them. Customer service needs help badly. Tiffany gets a below 1 star for how rude she was. The food was good though. I still hope Tiffany had a wonderful night and a wonderful rest of her week.
This was the slowest and most unorganized whataburger I've ever been too and they could even get the order correct I left the drive through and enter parking lot next door so I could walk back over and get my food. Was in drive through for 30 minutes at least. I was also not the only one who turned into the parking lot of the dry cleaner to go back over to get an order fixed.
My wife and I decide to stop here for a quick bite to eat. Apparently they were totally understaffed. My wife went in the use the bathroom while I ordered at the drive-thru. I had to pull over and wait to have my order delivered. In the mean time my wife was inside waiting for some bathroom supplies. Needless to say we both were forgotten by the employees. After about 15 minutes my wife finally got what she needed and I finally got all my food after going inside and asking about my order. This was a total disaster and a horrible experience. We really like Whataburger but will probably stop at a different location next time.
Update- January, Still don't cook the fries properly. Soggy, raw in the middle. But they still don't cook the fries correctly and not like the other Whataburger locations in north Texas. They are consistently undercooked. Out of the 6 different locations I have been to the Mineral Wells location is the only one with fries like this. I have brought it to the attention of the store and to corporate for 3 years with no change. October 17, 2024 - arrived 21 minutes after making online order, haven't even started it, 1 customer in drive thru, 2 people inside have their food, it's 2am, still takes another 20 minutes to make my order. Total incompetence.
Burgers were made sloppy. Waited 20 minutes for 2 burgers! Their onions rings came out dark brown BC they NEVER change their oil. Made me sick to my stomach just looking at it. Their employees didn't even seem upbeat or positive. They were dragging their feet and slumping around. Need better management and crew!...this coming from someone who works in a fast food place...this was disgusting.
Ordered a salad from them the other day and the lettuce was old, then today went and ordered two meals and two extra patties. Got charged for it all and then get home to discover that they didn't give me the extra patties. They used to be super dependable, but my last two experiences have been lacking.
Good food when they can even get your order right. The last time I want i ordered just 2 jalapeno cheddar biscuits. They have me one and some nasty gravy full of clumps, and I guess sausage. Every time I got one meal out of my order is wrong, usually mine.
I think the food would have been good if we would have just received our meal it was given to somebody a row over to use we were wondering why they kept staring at use. So we left very hungry and very angry after waiting 45 minutes it's the closest Whataburger to where I live so I'm trying not to go back.
My family occasionally goes to Whataburger but the experience follows a predictable pattern (in the drive thru): 1. Long line 2. Takes 20-30 min to receive food after ordering 3. The order is missing or has the wrong item This specific Whataburger is much, much slower than most fast food places in town. My family always has to double check our bag before we leave to make sure they gave us everything that we ordered (which is clearly printed out on the receipt). Carry-out is no different: 20-30 min wait for even a small order. The food is mediocre. Lately the fries have been much salter. My dad ordered a double burger tonight and it looked like someone just threw the meat and toppings on AND he asked for mustard instead of mayonnaise but they gave him both. The shakes are usually mostly melted. Do not recommend if you're in a hurry to get food. Dining area is always clean though. The people seem nice but I feel like there's a lack of hustle in that kitchen. If the new Popeye's being built next door is faster than Whataburger, Whataburger IS going to lose a lot of customers and money.
We went drive thru. Half the order was not there. I took the bags back in the manager looked they didn't even get all the order rang up. Well they start making the food that was left out. Waited at least 20 mins. Get the food go out to the car. Start giving food to kids to see the order is still wrong and what they said was the jalapeño burger was a plain dry burger. If you want your food to be wrong go eat here. If you want your food to not taste good this is the place. If you want food that's good and is what you ordered go anywhere else
Curbside pickup, the app tells you an est. time when it’s done so you show up and have to wait 15-20 min for your food. It’s not just curbside pick up , the drive thru as well. The people are nice but please get more staff if y’all can provide good customer service. People has just a short lunch break and I always spend 20 min least just for my food.
I'm not the kind of person that leaves negative reviews, I've worked in fast food and I know. It can be difficult sometimes when it gets busy. But, BUT when you place an order online, over the phone and they say come in 15 minutes, you come in 20 minutes to give them more time and still end up waiting in the lobby for over an hour while staff ignores you.. management is poor and needs revision.
As a general rule of thumb I do not leave negative reviews this is an exception. Whataburger in Mineral Wells had in the past been wonderful. However , this morning I stopped for a quick drive thru breakfast on my way to work. Sat for nearly 20 minutes and never received my order. Now in fairness there were others in line behind me. The employee was quick to come take my money but after that nothing silence and I had to leave minus both breakfast and the $10 I paid in order to get to work. Very disappointed to say the least!!!!
They are the only place to eat in town in the wee hours of the morning and it never fails they always mess up on my order other than that the food is pretty much always good when it's made the way you ordered it
4/20/24 update Service still sucks but food is good. Don’t trust the employees. Double check everything. Verify your order before you leave or eat inside. Nothing worse than getting home with the wrong drink and the wrong burger. Covid this covid that I get it everybody is busy but during the pandemic the English language has not changed. If I ordered it and paid for it I should receive it. Drive through wait is always long but I don’t mind waiting if my food is correct just check your order at the window before you pull away. Quality of food and service is always good.
Slowest whataburger in the state of Texas. If you're eating here, it's gonna be 10-15 minutes minimum before you get your food unless you're the only customer there. EDIT: I'm still in line, so actually make that 25 minutes. I ordered a burger and a drink.
It’s obvious they cook the hamburger patties well in advance of your order. If you order cheese on your Whataburger, it will not be melted. It will be cold and hard on top of the semi-warm meat. If I wanted this type of food, I’d go to McDonald’s. Huge disappointment at this location. Also observed people coming to pick up online orders and they were not even started on. The people were waiting a long time for the orders that should have been ready when they arrived.

Drive through was extremely slow with only one vehicle ahead of us. Two Jr burgers with cheese and no onion is a simple order, but somehow they managed to mess it up.
I have had this happen 3 times now. I was called Baby, my love, sweetheart, sweetie more at this drivethru than I have in all my 41 years of life. The lady at the window needs to learn a new vocabulary. I understand being friendly but she needs to learn a new way of friendly.
Stopped in this morning for breakfast. No one spoke to us . Just looked at us . Finally took our order . Breakfast was mediocre. Ladies restroom was not clean. Toilet paper on the floor. Trash cans had not been emptied. Probably won’t go back.
I've always had a good experience here until today. I took my boy to go get a shake for his Birthday annnd the lady that took our order was totally RUDE over the microphone, wouldn't even look at us at the window.. No common COURTESY AT ALL . She looked at us like we were SCUM, basically, and handed our drinks like it was some disease. I said THANK YOU and she shut the window on us with her bad attitude. Definitely won't be going back. So save the hassle and go somewhere else where you are welcomed and treated with respect. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER 👎👎👎👎
Update: Just tried to give them another chance and ended up waiting in line for over 17 minutes for two meals. The manager, Amber, was kind enough to throw in some extra napkins and ketchup for the inconvenience...I'm not sure why these night shift managers can't ensure customer satisfaction and reasonable wait times with minimal business. Just sat at the window for 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged by Leslie, a manager. I was the only vehicle in the drive-thru for the first 5 minutes and only ordered 2 breakfast meals. This place used to have fast service but has gone downhill recently.
Came here with my Daughter to get her check. She worked 2 or 3 days and had to quit because of issues beyond her control. She told me about the manager always having an attitude with her. I confronted the manager and although she tried to be professional her attitude towards me was both negative and uncalled for. Especially the fact she lied about not having attitude with my daughter. This manager needs proper customer/ employee service training or she need to find another place of employment
Order was not right at all. I paid for two double meat bacon cb meals with mayo no mustard no tomato. Ordered onion rings and drpepper for drinks. We received one chicken sandwich, patty melt, and cold fries and two Cokes. When I called and asked for manager they hung up on me.
Lack of Communication - Had to wait to order, and then unable to communicate order to cashier, who seemed unwilling to understand our requests. Order came out and was packed wrong, and one of the Whataburgers had a inch of mayo on it, unedible. I guess if you piss them off its watch out in your food now. I have been going to this location for almost twenty tears but the customer service is more of a battle now for no apparent reason, and the food is average, at best.
I placed an order through doordash at waterburger in mineral wells last night. The doordash driver called me and told me that no one would help him in the store. He finally got somebody to help him. They handed him a sack that had my order in it that had been sitting there for at least 20 minutes. I told him to go ahead and bring it to me. Because I wanted him to be paid for his time. He also told me that the water burger in mineral wells is always very rude to the doordash drivers for some reason he does not know. I think the doordash company should remove the water Burger in Mineral Wells from their app. I will never order from them again. The food was horrible everything was cold which I figured it would be after it set for so long. I do not blame doordash at all all all. They are doing is just bringing it to us as we request the restaurant itself. They need some work they need new management. They need new people and learn not to be so rude to people.
They shorted my order a Lg onion ring , I asked for no pickles, I got them. The fries were cold. My question is dose that whataburger not care about customer service, or the workers don't care about customer service. I think that they can't read myself. My experience with whataburger has always been positive, awesome food fast correct service. This place let me down.
Changing my review from bad to worse... drive through person can't answer questions the. You ask to speak to a manager and they just defended the person taking the order. I asked a question got ignored for 3 mins then asked like uhh can you help me and she is just like what can I get you? Fr... and the manager just made it seem like nothing was wrong at all. I come from Dallas where all Whataburgers are top notch. This location in Mineral wells should be embarrassed to carry the Whataburger name. Every couple of months I try it again hoping it will Improve. Consistently cold half full fries if you sub for Texas toast they don’t even toast it. Go to Dairy mart or Hickeys and don’t waste your money here.
Have always loved the freshness and taste of the food here....Went by this morning ( 9/1/22 ) at 7 30 AM and walked in to get 2 sausage biscuits.... Stood waiting over 20 minutes for my order and watched 2 girl's running the place, one cooking and one taking inside orders and working drive thru....when finally getting my order the biscuit was hard and seemed left over from previous day's, sausage cold, all seemed like had been left on the warming tray for too long.......Very slow service, poor food quality, and was late for my scheduled meeting.....I don't think these problems at this location is from lack of competent help availability, I suspect it is from Corporate greed of not wanting to pay wages for enough people to give good service.....Whataburger is sure going downhill.........fast In reading others reviews, how is this place given a 4 star rating ???? The majority of the written reviews are all 1 star, very lousy, evidently the pathetic manager here is related to someone higher up in Corporate and kept here at a struggling location so as to not mess up a better franchise......she needs to go...
This whataburger is always very slow. Last night I ordered ahead on the app. Walked to the restaurant and waited a full hour to get my meal. When I asked them where it was after so long they walk around the corner with a bag that's been sat there for probably 40 minutes completely cold. Had to have them remake it. Never go to this whataburger. Food is fine the service is beyond terrible. Thanks for selling out Whataburger family.
Don’t order curbside. They will just let you sit there fur 30 min and claim they are just busy. Yet people can get through the drive thru while you sit.
Unfortunately, the burger was a big disappointment. The burger was so thin and full of nothing but lettuce. I said to myself, "This isn't a hamburger, it's a lettuce burger." I ordered a chocolate malt to go with it, and wound up with a shake instead. It was a waste of my hard earned money.

So I am posting publicly so publicly I'm disgusted in the customer service at What a Burger. I'm never spoken to there can be 9 people there well there it could be 20 people in there working they're working and they don't speak. And the Malts or shakes whatever you want to to call them are mostly water and they never get it right. Be consistent secondly secondly it doesn't matter if you like me you like me or not keep it professional that's how you keep your job
I am actually writing this sitting in the drive through. I would have left but I am trapped by other vehicles. We have currently been waiting for 45 minutes and have not even made it to the window to pay yet. Not sure if y’all need more employees or what but y’all gotta figure your stuff out. I don’t even see how this place is still open. Definitely will not visit this place again
Haven't had their honey butter biscuit breakfast sandwich in forever. Thought I would have it tonight - Big mistake. First we showed up five minutes before they start serving breakfast and the guy at the drive thru makes fun of us for it. We were gladly willing to wait but boy was he rude. We wait in the parking lot and try again - Now he has an attitude with us for some reason. My husband and I were super confused. He gets our food ready in the bag and then just stands there on the other side of the window and watches us, as he holds the bag. It was Stephen King weird. Why was he trying to pick a fight? 🤔 I get it home and they put a little nugget in my sandwich. Seriously, what on Earth? Update: Called to talk to a manager, the jerk picked up the phone and didn't want to give it to the manager. Had to be forceful and was finally able to get ahold of a manager. This isn't 21 Jump Street... It's a restaurant. 🤣 I'm frustrated but laughing.
Poor management, waited for 30 minutes we when inside to get it to go cause the driver thru is always busy, the manager in the back packing the orders seperate my order and handed it to the driver thru, won’t be back
By far the worse Whataburger there is. Horrible service. Always takes 15-25 minutes to get food no matter if there's 1 car in the drive through or 10. 95% after waiting 25 minutes the food is still wrong. If I could give less then 1 star. I would.
This is the last straw! I always order the Sweet and Spicy BAACONNNN Burger....3 times i have received my food without bacon. Why does this keep happening to me? Every freaking time. No napkins, flat soda. Also, WHERE ARE THE GRILLED ONIONS???
So im writing this on my mans account i thought i switched accounts but wont let me. First problem, a couple days ago my sister in law brought in her service dog in training puppy. The general manager (who got educated later by my brother) stopped me and said, "i need to see paper work." By ADA law i legally dont have to show anything. I know this because i also have a service dog and so does my brother. Anyways long story short on that the staff needs to be educated on the ADA laws. My second problem is me my man my brother and his girlfriend come in there all the time have gotten water cups and gotten soda in them all the time for like medical reasons and all that and more. Not once have we been stopped or told we couldnt do that. My sister in law and myself went in there tonight to get our drinks did the usual get water cups and our drinks. And FOR THE FIRST TIME, being told that they have to get the water and hand it to us. Which one were not children two they cant legally stop us. They were watching us every time we got drinks and all. Not once were we stopped at all. And the general manager who spoke with us about the service dog in training WATCHED us get soda in our water cups. Didnt stop us then. My third problem is that i was on phone with one of the "managers" when theres only one manager who wears gray, the one who was a full karen was wearing black. As we drove off, she flipped us off. My brother, my man, and myself are all autistic plus my sister in law has epilepsy. We all have disabilities and whataburger is doing this. Do better!!
I ordered drive through, my fries were cold AND stale both. I told the girl at the window fries were cold and she replied "ok, I'll let them know". I paid almost $35 for two monterry melt meals and they were horrible. Will not be going back!
Slowest fast food drive through without 100 miles. If you make it through in under 10min, consider yourself lucky. Abysmal
Every 6 months I try to give this location a shot and every time I get stuck in the drive thru, held hostage by dysfunction and lose 30 minutes of my life in the Wait-A-Burger line. I have even tried placing the order on the app before heading to the restaurant and somehow it still takes forever to get your food. Truly don’t understand how this is an every time issue. Edited to add: I was so ready to not be trapped in their line that I didn’t even realize, despite sitting at the window for 20 minutes I didn’t get my $12 of change.
The staff doesn't care about the customers waiting for their food. I sat in the drive through for half an hour before even being able to pay for my food at 2 in the morning. When i got it my food was cold and not even close to worth the wait or price. This restaurant needs a staff overhaul asap.
Decided to stop here when I got off work. I got the honey butter chicken biscuit. They need to remove this off their menu. I have tried it before and both times the biscuits were hard as bricks and dry as a desert. Then the chicken strip they place on there is always a whole bunch of over cooked breaded form with hardly any chicken. They served this to me out of the window with a smile after we waited for 30 minutes. At this point, there is nothing there to order for me. I really never understood why people eat here. I always have buyer's regret once I leave.
