Been a regular customer at this place for years. Their drinks are good, their food is good. The only downsides are whenever you order food, it would take much longer than if you order drinks so just keep that in mind. There are also random rush hours around 2PM on weekdays since that's when a lot of students get out of classes and stop by to get a drink. I've tried most of their food items, i would say the mozarella cheese sticks, popcorn chicken, and lobster balls stood out to me the most. In the picture I have the Teriyaki Salmon on Rice (first food item on menu) and mango milk tea with crystal boba. This rice bowl actually blew my mind away because it's such a good option for when you don't know what to eat for lunch but want something to get near SJSU area, portion and price are both reasonable. As for takoyaki in the video, they're ok - I've had better ones from T4 sorry. Their drinks are not EXCELLENT but they are good throughout and I wouldn't have to worry about trying a new drink and getting disappointed here. Still decided to give 5 stars because of their consistency, never had a time where I was super disappointed by either customer service or the quality of food & drinks.

The lady who works there helped me to pick one boba that doesn’t have gelatin on it, and the taste was so good! I also love the location where you can order and go for a walk or go to read some books at the library.

"The best boba place near SJSU, though it might not reach S-tier milk tea quality, it's certainly good enough for a pick-me-up. Conveniently located close to campus, right across from MLK, and reasonably priced. Both the food and drinks are solid, and they offer free Wi-Fi. Service is typically efficient; the longest I've waited for an order is 12-15 minutes, mainly because I always order fries, which take a bit longer. Here are my ratings: - Passion Fruit Green Tea: 5/5 My go-to drink! It tastes the same as anywhere else I've had it. I usually go for 75% sweetness and less ice. If you enjoy passionfruit and sweet teas, it's definitely worth a try. - Curly Fries: 5/5 These fries are unexpectedly amazing. They're perhaps the best snack on the menu. They have a fantastic aroma and are always served piping hot. The crunch and flavor are outstanding, and the portions are generous, making them perfect for sharing. Highly recommended. - Popcorn Chicken: 5/5 The popcorn chicken is typically dusted in Cajun spice, but I ordered mine without spice due to my low tolerance for heat. It comes with a side of sauce. The crunch is delightful, and the taste is decent overall. It's a filling option and great for sharing, though I personally prefer the fries. In summary, this is a fantastic spot to grab a snack and hang out. I wholeheartedly recommend it!"

The customer service was amazing! Social distancing measures in place to keep everyone safe. Employees and customers wearing masks. The menu is limited; which is totally fair. I had the Black Sugar Boba Milk with light ice and less sweetness It was absolutely delicious!!! This is now my favorite Boba shop. It also smelled like delicious fried chicken in the store. Highly recommended!

Nice place for snacks. Portions are full (see photos). There are tables to sit, and the decor is nice for a tea place. It does take awhile for the snacks to be prepared. Drinks are much faster. It was pretty busy for a rainy day. Overall enjoyed my time there. It was my second visit. Hope to come back when I'm around the area.

Great for grabbing Boba especially if you're already heading to the nearby campus for class/visiting. They're also various smoothies and espressos offered. The do serve poke bowls, though personally I've never tried them.

I Absolutely love this Bubble Tea Shop!!! Located in the Busy Downtown San Jose, this place is Cute, small, offers plenty of Very Delightful Boba Drinks, Refreshing Fruit Teas, Awesome Smoothies, and my favorite, plenty of Delicious Snacks!!! Takoyaki, Macaroons, Macha Swiss Roll Cake, Chicken Nibblers on Rice, and Teriyaki Salmon on rice are among of the popular Items here. I have been here 3 to 4 times now and I’m always Happy with my orders😍 Only problem is that this place can be a bit Chaotic with finding a parking spot. That why I’m usually here during the daytime and weekdays that is. Much more Beautiful and Fun not Crowded🙃

This place is a little small, but the boba tea selection is good and the appetizer selection has something for everyone. I had pot stickers and curly fries and a boba tea. While waiting for my BF. Did some coloring homework.

The interior is quite aesthetic and the workers are friendly. The takoyaki is great and decently priced. Crispy on the outside and delightfully gooey on the inside, the takoyaki is the perfect after school snack. I highly recommend it. I also thought the tea was great and the ratio of tea and toppings was good. One thing I would critique them on is probably how fast they put out the food and drinks. A friend ordered after me and although we both ordered the same drink albeit different toppings, hers took longer to come out. It wasn't that long of a wait, but I felt bad my friend had to wait for a while everyone else already got their drinks, including me who ordered the same thing as her. Update: I have come back multiple times over the years and the quality has gone down but the prices have increased. Still a decent place. But definitely overpriced.

Not a big fan of the classic milk tea. It wasn't bad but it didn't have an authentic milk tea flavor. Not sure what to compare it with. Stick with regular boba, crystal boba is weird. A good place to chill and enjoy a beverage.

I got Okinawa milk tea with boba. The taste is quite nice but is sweet for me. A little on the pricey side given the quality.

I ordered a strawberry smoothy, pop-corn chicken with non spicy sauce (which I paid extra for) and the Swiss roll. First, the girl at the front desk looked like she didn't like her job, and had a "bad face" attitude, telling me to use the ordering screen right away, when I wanted to order quickly with her instead. Plus, those kiosk asks for your phone number, and I never feel comfortable giving this info around randomly like this. Then my food arrived. Another girl placed it on the counter quietly calling my name, having also no smile on her face, and looking like she was forced to work today or something, so I had to ask her to repeat the name to be sure i was taking the right order. The smoothy and the Swiss roll were tasty. The pop-corn chicken on the other hand was disgusting, and just made up with deep fried chicken fat, without any breast meat at all. I ate a few pieces and throw away the rest. The dipping sauce were also spicy, when I specifically selected non-spicy. So, only 2 stars for the smoothy and the Swiss roll. But I didn't felt welcome there, and the disgusting chicken will left a sour taste in my mind, reminding me to never come back there again.

I normally love this place and go every so often. But I just had not a great customer service interaction. I was in line and I needed to use the bathroom pretty badly. I didn't want to bother the cashier because they were really busy. So I rushed a bit when I the bathroom door open. I accidentally startled a staff worker. When I can out if the bathroom and got back in line I saw that the staff worker was gossiping about me. I ordered my drink and I intended to apologize to the staff member for starting her. But before I could apologize. She said that I didn't need to barge into the restroom room next time. I tried to further apologize and explain the miscommunication and circumstance. This situation wasnt supposed to be aggressive and was going to apologize. instead I was being gossiped about by the staff and then made to feel even worse when my actions were assumed by the staff to be aggressive or hostile.

Bad customer service. The girl who helped me was very rude and had an attitude. I ordered Hot classic milk tea and she gave me a half cup of milk tea as you can see. It was all Foam. And it was not even Hot, I had to put in the microwave. I don’t recommend this place. June 7,2023 around 1:00pm.

The new cashier was rude. It was a terrible experience with her. All those who didn't pay attention to the tip screen please leave this store because this girl will yell at you and give you blank stares. And why do I have to be forced to tip with this disgusting attitude when I just ordered and then took my drink without even sitting in a chair!
