This is a great place for a substantial breakfast. The western omelet has enough to keep me going for hours. It can get crowded at lunch. The BLT club sandwich and philly cheesesteak sandwich are what I usually enjoy.
Staff friendly and helpful. Food was great tasting and just the way i like it. Price was right for the great tasting well prepaired food. My new go to....
New owner & The food is still good after 25 years. Keep up the good work. Graduated in 94 & now i take my family to get a bite when ever i can.
If you go to SJ you should go here too.
Love this lil place. Ordered for pick up on my lunch hour. 1st time. Food was great wish i had time to eat there. Will def be BK
Huge portions with great service! Ordered the eggs and ham breakfast: the eggs were perfectly cooked over-easy and the ham was tasty. They serve beer, coffee, and a variety of sodas and teas.
The best prices for quality food. One of the last old school diners in San Jose. They make their hashbrowns fresh from potatoes every day- no frozen BS. Full plate of hashbrowns for $4; can't beat that!
Awesome cheap breakfast where you can get a pitcher of beer at 7am. Yes. That was the college life. Conveniently located next to frat houses and across from San Jose State. It's prime location. The only negative is the parking so you will have to find parking on the street.
I come to sjsu for work and peanuts is always my first stop for a nice breakfast that feels like it's home cooked. The staff is great and I really enjoy the quality of the food. Delicious pancakes!
Cozy place for reasonably priced breakfast, burgers, sandwich, gyro, and more... order at the counter, pay at the end of the bar, then listen for your number which can be found on your order ticket. Self serve your silverware, condiments and drinks while the cook prepares your order. Popular with the college crowd and local community.
A popular family owned spot for locals, frequented by San Jose State students and locals. Several beers on tap with great prices on pitchers. The meals are pretty simple but filling
I have been coming here for four years. I really love it. Great food and a juke box where you can play a song. The food is great and made quite quickly. It kind of has a homey vibe :)
Been going there for many years, kinda our "go to place". Prices are decent. Food has always been good. Very " college" like atmosphere. Excellent bargain.
One of my favorite places ever! Kappa Sigs pretty much lived there back when I was at SJSU. The food fast fantastic and the beer was priced just right!
Appearances never bother me as long as the food is on point and this place definitely qualifies. It's a little cafe/bar with around 50 seats. You order at the cook counter and pay at the pay counter. We were looking for diner style food, a la Wafflehouse or iHop and we won the jackpot with this place. We had ham, polish sausage, linguicia (think chorizo), and sausage links with pancakes, hash browns, eggs, and toast. Everything was amazing and cooked to order. Dont let the appearance scare you off, it's a college style diamond in the rough. Pro tip: add cheese and onions to the hashbrowns.
In college and care about every dollar you spend? Just care about the amount of food you get and your only food concerns is that an egg should taste like an egg, bacon should tast like bacon, and hash browns shouldn't be overcooked to a crisp? Don't want the hastle of servers and would rather get your silverware & condiments yourself because you believe you could do it faster? Then this is the place for you! As long as you have cash, cheap big breakfast is yours! The portions here are awesome for the under $6 meals that are on the menu. Even if you decide to pay more than $7, you won't regret it; food portions get bigger. Forget Denny's or IHOP, the breakfast food here is king. Don't like breakfast you say and want lunch? This place has that too! Everything here is cheap and you will leave full and happy at the money you saved. :) Forget about service, aesthetics, comfy chairs, large eating tables...throw it all out the window! Here is a man's breakfast spot where price and portions rule!
I ventured into Peanuts 30+ years ago ,my first day at San Jose State. The French fries were memorable. It's awesome to see you are still in business❣
Nothing fancy, but they have the best american breakfast in San Jose under $10, and are now accepting credit and debt cards as well. Plus $8 pitchers during happy hour, and $3 pints.
This place is amazing and reminds me of a country diner. It is small, cheap, and filled with locals. The food is probably the closest thing to home cooking you can get in the area; the staff is really friendly and helpful too.
Great of school place for delicious food. Family operated from the 1974!
Peanuts Cafe is one of the south bay's best breakfast and lunch restaurants in town, they are located directly across from San Jose State University in down town, they have the best Turkey and homemade hash brown's I have ever eaten, if you are in town visiting and would like a nice place to dine for. Breakfast to lunch then Peanuts Cafe is your place.
Loved this place, great service and amazing food!
I don't remember the name of the breakfast plate I had but I sure recall the sausage was so delicious and perfect hashbrowns . The pancakes could be a bit more fluffy but still good. Excellent customer service and cozy atmosphere. How could I have missed this little gem being I've been living in San Jose for the past 15 years. Definitely coming back.
Used to go here every morning 35+ years ago for the $2 breakfast. Don't even think about it those days are gone. But that same great taste and quality food is still there at a good fair price. I'd rather eat at Peanuts than Denny's anyday. Peanuts uses all fresh ingredients, real potatoes not frozen, real eggs not powder or liquid, fresh meats bacon sausage or ham. The ham is a good thick slice and very tasty. The owner Joseph is a super nice guy. Please support this local business so it will continue to serve delicious food.
I have been coming here since I was about 6 years old so basically a LONG time... lol. The food is ALWAYS delicious, hot and served fast! The owners are wonderful people always friendly and smiling. Great prices!! When I met my husband 20+ years ago I took him here and told him the same thing.. then we started taking our own children here so they can possibly one day take their children. It’s kinda a family tradition now 😁 I love explaining to my kids how I always came here with my mother as a child and the food is exactly the same as back then. Definitely 5 stars!!! Wish I could visit a few times a week but unfortunately we don’t live in San Jose anymore. My next visit were definitely stopping here even to say Hi!!
Haven’t been in some years but I literally grew up eating at this place. Good food, good atmosphere, nice friendly people. Myun was the best! Him and my grandfather had a good report so I had a tab at this spot as a teenager lol. Ate breakfast here everyday before school
They are always very friendly, accommodating, intelligent and their prices are very fair. I'm not a small person and I'm always satisfied with the quality of food and with the portion sizes that they give me every time I have ordered from them, whether I was dining in or taking out. Very happy with them and I've been a relatively long time customer of theirs since about 2017. Check these guys out!
I haven't been back in 15 years but I remember my college days at SJSU very fondly because of peanuts. I went back today and I saw a lot of reviews talking about prices and good. I felt that the food and prices were fine. I think people are attached to the prices from 15 years ago when eveyrhting was below 8 dollars. It's impossible for the days to come back. The food is still great and the restaurant looks a bit cleaner than before. Overall good experience would recommend.
I thoroughly enjoy visiting Peanuts Cafe for breakfast whenever I'm in San Jose. I originally found this place with a Google Search and I'm glad I checked it out. Ordering and paying for food was a little different at first, but once you know the routine, it's great. Walk up to the order counter, put in your order, and bring your receipt to the cash register. Pay for your food, grab some cutlery, and serve yourself some coffee. The food is prepared fast, and always tastes great. I'm a creature of comfort and always get the same thing.. scrambled eggs, bacon, and toast. I like how everything is cooked, never had an issue. The bacon is crispy, toast is buttery, and the eggs scrambled to perfection. It's a simple breakfast, but done well. This place seems like a popular hangout for the nearby school, but thankfully it's never been crazy busy when I've been there in the morning. I would guess it's a little busier throughout the day. My feeling with this place is if you're looking for a well cooked, cheap breakfast you really need to consider Peanuts Cafe. I haven't tried their other menu items, but I love the breakfast. Thanks Peanuts!
No real complaints as the omelet was good, and the people were nice, but they don't appear to have Tabasco, so it may be a while before I return. Fresh coffee and a good eat alone watching the morning news at your leisure kinda feel. Good place.
if you went to SJSU for any length of time then you should know about Peanuts. they have fed many a Spartan since...forever it seems. i think it is also a graduation requirement to eat here at least 4x a semester. you might want to check the catalogue just in case. it is a small unassuming little hole in the wall with a big reputation. perfect for the college community (students, staff, faculty, etc.) that it caters to. the portion size and prices may have changed over the years but that's understandable. neither will break you or disappoint you. nearly all menu items are available all day but you definitely have to get the teriyaki chicken or beef (with rice and salad or fries). this alone will keep you coming back. a simple and filling meal but oh so good. what's not to like about this place? absolutely nothing except how it like many others have been impacted by C19 but i know that loyal patrons will do their part to make sure that Peanuts is around for as long as possible.
The chicken sandwich I ordered was really delicious. Service was super fast and the owner Joseph was really friendly.
SJSU students have LOVED this place, and the wonderful owner, for more than 30-years. Be one of the tens of thousands of former students who will remember this place fondly by patronizing this establishment today, and tomorrow. The food is fantastic, and a fantastic value. Their breakfast hashbrown potatoes are perfect. I recall watching the owners' father, a kind Korean gentleman now passed, make them from carefully boiled potatoes, every morning. They have retained his secrets, which result in the best has brown potatoes you'll ever, *ever* have.
Love this place.. Quick service.. Food cooked fresh as you order. Very affordable.. We had three adult breakfast plates fully loaded with their generous portions for $24+ or so
Amazing food. Their hashbrowns are to die for. Western omelet has been the prime dish for me since my school days. They don't serve fresh squeezed orange juice, but am not complaining!
A good lively Bob's Burgers vibe. I loved this place when I was a student at SJSU and it's still great. I typically get a cheeseburger with fries (not the salad) and it fulfills my diner food craving.
Solid breakfast fare at very reasonable prices. The coffee is tasty and the relaxed atmosphere lends itself to conversation and comeraderie with our fellow humans. Order under the menu and pick up your food when they call your number. Fancy? No. Delicious? Yes. (If you need your shrunken, mollycoddled Tech balls lovingly caressed by cowering corporate baristas, this is not the place for you. Do the world a favor and stick to your organic, locally-sourced quinoa enema bar and let the rest of us enjoy an actual meal.) As for me, I'll be back to Peanuts Deluxe Cafe again and again. First rate.
I’ve been here twice, this cafe is awesome, workers are super friendly and the service is fast. Thank you!
One of my fave places to get breakfast. The smashed Benny sandwiches are AMAZING! Staff is also very friendly, and brings your food to you, whether it's for there or to go. The atmosphere is a little sports bar-esque, but you can feel the history and community that's been built there too.
Best brunch spot with the least lines/crowding! Such a classic and welcoming vibe, I always feel refreshed here. Good for families, students, solo diners, all day every day.
The food is quite good and the service is excellent! I like to get a few eggs and toast, which is tasty and under $10 if "I play my cards right". The owner Joe is very friendly and I'm glad I've gotten to know him. I'm grateful for small diners, stores, and businesses like this! There aren't many small diners downtown, so give Peanuts a try for some breakfast or breakfast for lunch!
When you want to go big and everything has to be deluxe, but your wallet tells you all you can get is a bag of peanuts...where do you go? Peanuts Deluxe Café! No shit..that's what the cab driver told me when I asked for his recommendation on a nice breakfast place! Then he tells me it doesn't matter that it was clear across town from where I was staying, you just got to go, because the Peanuts Deluxe Café covers all the bases! Then he tells me what to order! He said "Look here's the deal..You're new in town and I can you're as fresh as a Pilgrim that just landed..So go in there and say this to the gal...Hash Browns cooked all the way with 3 up and bacon that hasn't been burnt, and gimme a cup of coffee, coffee that hasn't been sitting in the pot since 4 am okay. Then he tells me to look her straight in the eye and say.. I'm a big tipper, just ask that cab driver right there! Well, that cabbie was almost all the way right, the food was amazingly delicious, and cooked perfectly, and I did tip big ..bigger than I did the cabbie. Peanuts Deluxe is ☆☆☆☆☆
Excellent food, was not expecting such deliciousness. Had the Korean fried chicken and not only was it great, but the rice was perfect. Fantastic spot and great people working it. Friend had the meat lover's omelet and it delivered - the potatoes were cooked to perfection.
Tasty coffee, good cooked grilled chicken sandwich was awesome, service was little slow. Good for students, adequate space available and books to read. Staff was friendly.
I was staying in the area for work and looking for a great big breakfast to get me through the day. Spotted the Mexican omelet on their menu online and decided to come in and try it. It was *perfect.* It tasted very fresh and all the flavors were perfectly balanced. Looked great too! This is my breakfast spot in San Jose from now on.
Wow, Peanuts Deluxe Cafe is a must-visit in San Jose! From the moment I ordered, the experience was seamless. But the real star is the food: every bite was clean, fresh, and bursting with flavor. The presentation was also impeccable, showing true care in every dish. I literally cleaned my plate because it was that good! Honestly, this is the best food I've had in San Jose, and I have absolutely zero complaints. This place deserves to have 5 stars!
9/30/2023 @ 11:00am. Renovation completed, same ownership, still updating menu. Hours still in progress. New menu with specials. 2/18/2023 Closing end of February 28, 2023 not enough customers, could not survive Covid. What a sad occasion for a family business. 5/7/2022 Still the best place to get a reasonable priced meal. Get the steak, eggs and rice
- amazing coffee cafe! - just outside San Jose state university - amazing omelette and pancakes - large and generous portions sizes - cool vibe - hard to find parking but there is a parking garage nearby
Do not let the name intimidate your nuts allergy :) Big food portion Reasonable pricing Excellent service Plenty of TV for spot events Spacious dining Easy to find parking
Food came out quick and was delicious

Hey for just $8, this Eggs Benny (as in Eggs Benedict) Smashburger was a high-value breakfast. That and some hashbrowns and bottomless coffee was very satisfying.

Solid breakfast, coffee has unlimited refills. Omelette is big and filling and hashbrowns are good.
My partner and I came across Peanuts during a visit from Australia. The cafe was under new ownership and in transition to its official relaunch on October 6 2025. The menu was unchanged and good value. We liked ordering at the counter and “bussing” afterwards; more like we are used to in Australia. Good luck to the new owners.
So freaking delicious, 10/10 mini breakfast plate. So happy they thought of a mini version cause I haven’t seen that anywhere else! We came up from San Diego and found this place on google, soooo happy we picked it. Delicious coffee too, love that they have all different of mugs and plates. Feels cozy! Also super cool bookshelf 🌟
I enjoyed my visit to Peanuts Deluxe Cafe. The food was tasty and fresh, and the menu had a good variety of options.
I had a very well made chiliquiles and my wife had a perfect egg over medium for breakfast. We love the new Peanuts with the couches and happy hour! It’s no longer the greasy spoon it was for the 3 decades I taught at SJSU. But the prices haven’t risen and they’re still very reasonable despite the uptick in the cuisine.
Cute little diner. I am admittedly biased in my review because I was seriously craving diner food. I cannot be biased however in noting they had a %20 discount for the month of October, and at least at the time they had some options on their menu below $10. The atmosphere is cozy, but not claustrophobic, and the staff were really nice and personable, though very busy despite there not being too many people in at the time I went.

Nice little hole-in-the-wall place to go to, mainly University crowd, decent food, ok beer selection I have a good breakfast here twice a month, would do it every morning if I could afford it..
So good! Reasonably priced food. Small hole in the wall worthy of a visit from Drive-in, Diners and Dives. Service can be a little challenging, but worth it.
Peanuts is your typical diner.. or college diner. The place is a little run down, but the prices here are good and you get a good amount of food. The employees who worked here were friendly. When we walked in, they were frying a huge batch of bacon and the guy said we should get some with our order because it's fresh. Who were we to say no. I got the bacon and eggs breakfast which also came with hash browns. It's a good spot. If I lived in the area, I would come back.
It's exactly what you would expect. Small fast diner like atmosphere known for their burgers and breakfast foods. Right next to San José State University and is normally an audience from the campus. Good food large helpings. $10 credit card minimum
Very cheap, hence the name, and very good. Owner/cashier is friendly (most days). Place is small and could get crowded around lunch time. Espn on the tv. Good local environment. I recommend the turkey sandwich
Neighborhood San Jose State University breakfast- lunch place. It's been Mom & Pop family owned and operated for years. Recently the next generation has assumed ownership and is carrying on with same menu & prices. The self serve coffee & quality omelets were my 1st experience here! Primarily caters to local destinations diners. Friendly service!
In A Nutshell: -Legend has it that Peanuts Deluxe Cafe has been serving up some of the best breakfast to SJSU students & locals for generations. -In 2019, the prices are still very low, the food is very comforting & of course good. -It's hard to find a large plate full of homemade hashbrowns, a couple eggs cooked the way you like & sausages w/ toast all for under $7. -It's been a family run business & the formula works. -Whenever I come in, I get memories of waking up at my grandparents house w/ the smell of breakfast looming in the background & the TV on blast w/ the latest news, very comforting. Overall, this is a nice place to grab a quick breakfast before you head out to work or class.
Great food easy on the stomach good portion good price great customer service I wanted to sit in but the tv was blaring the news making it a bit uncomfortable. I hope music can be played or maybe a movie
Disclaimer - I haven't been to this restaurant since 1997, but this restaurant was one of the go to places for engineering students back in 93 - 97. The egg burger was the best. Image an American burger with 0.5 lbs of meat with an egg, sunny side up, then the patty. The burger was the meal. Hopefully, things have not changed.
It's definitely gotten a face-lift. Food was fine. I'd definitely go back to try something else, but wouldn't go out of my way to have breakfast here again (which is fine they have a healthy clientele!)
Back in college, when I attended SJSU, I would dine at peanuts, local hangout. It must've been at least 22 years since I last ate here and it's brought back tons of memories. The menu is different and the offerings are current and pretty darn good. Service is really good and is fitting for a college hangout. Really glad to have to opportunity to come back.

Pretty good spot for a quick brunch or lunch. There's a good selection of breakfast items, sandwiches, and burgers with decent portions and reasonable prices. Service is friendly and the restaurant has a chill atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out.
The place has definitely had a nice facelift and feels refreshed. The food was fine overall, and I’d be open to coming back to try something different on the menu. That said, I probably wouldn’t go out of my way for breakfast again, though they clearly have a loyal and steady customer base.

I go to Sjsu and I don't really get they hype. Sure it's cheap. Sure it's trendy in a "it's just what we do" kind of way. But the for me the breakfast wasn't really that filling or very good. So the price to amount of food ratio was bad AND the quality to price ratio was bad. So I would never choose to go here but I wouldn't complain about meeting people here.
Came on the recommendation of Rose at the Maple Press print shop. She was right! It's a college hangout for San Jose State University students. The portions are huge and the prices are very much tailored to the college budget. It's a bit self-serve but definitely worth it.
They have a good sized basic breakfast and lunch menu. The food is ok but they do serve large portions if you are starving or have a huge appetite. Its mostly a SJSU student hangout.
I came here since students and alumni have fond memories of eating here during their college days. This place is significantly cheaper compared to San Jose downtown so that's a plus. However, nostalgia seems to be the cornerstone of the experience here rather than the food quality. We ordered the CA Benedict and the Cheese Tonkatsu. The tonkatsu was crispy yet moist, I would order it again. Everything else though, was remarkably mid. Rice was mushy, the Hollandaise sauce for the Benedicts had no tang because the kitchen skimped on adding lemon juice, and the hash browns were bland. If not for the addition of Asian American menu items Denny's would trump this place. Service is on point and quick. The food leaves much to be desired. Kitchen, please get your act together so the front of house doesn't have to suffer.
Watch out for surprised intentional upcharged. Keep an eye on the menue prices or you will pay more than what's listed. This happened to us at least 3 times (after the new owner took over). They charged us at least $1 more per item of what was listed on the menue. The food is Good, but the practice of this new owner is unethical! Update: They no longer have fresh carved turkey meats for their sandwiches. The meat now tasted more like soggy cold cuts turkey meats. Owner claimed new meats cost more than the fresh turkey? Please switch back!
It looks like a dive place on the outside. Not bad on the inside. I am really just sad that salt and pepper was not a thing for the eggs. And the hashbrowns looked like dry porridge.
Pros: Great prices. Served fast. Food was good but very comparable to most diners. Good portion size. Cons: Street meter parking only. Pay for food before its served. Debit fee. $10 min credit. Never received my drink, ketchup, or jelly for toast. I'm not sure if I was supposed to find it all myself considering you pick up your own food rather than it getting served to you. Side note: In the time it took me to get up to get my food and silverware a guy stole my seat. Would I recommend: No
The breakfast burrito was filled with completely mashed potatoes and a tiny bit of egg. The pancake that we ordered was also made out of mashed potatoes. It was like the chef on duty only knew how to make mashed potatoes. We threw half of the meal away and went somewhere else for breakfast.
Kinda upset leaving this review. I'm really understanding and not one to complain. I found this place a few months ago and has been my go to breakfast place consistently up until recent orders and my to-go order today. I thought the food was cooked fresh for every order but my food today just looked sloppy and rushed. Almost like the sandwich was pre made and they forgot the bacon? Idk what happened but it's really not hard to make a bacon egg and cheese bagel. Seems like they just decided to just slap the bacon on top of the bagel. I could see if they let me know when i paid. And the cheese is halfway melted. It's just if you're gonna charge $8 for a breakfast sandwich it would be nice to just be able to eat it immediately. Oh well, just will have to find another breakfast place.
Worst Korean fried chicken I've ever had. They don't know how to make rice.
Seems like a cool spot. Service was good & fast. They do have some beers on tap. Books to read/ borrow. However I went here for breakfast. And, ordered breakfast burrito. Looked good, filling & fresh. However, most of the burrito was filled with mashed potato. Couldn’t taste eggs or any meat that I asked for. Every bite was like eating a boiled potato. The burrito itself seemed somewhat under cooked. Was chewy. May be they should name it Potato burrito instead of breakfast burrito.

Extremely bad service. There was hair in the food and the staff refused to give refund or replacement dish.
Myun use to open at 6:00 am. Prices high. Myuns omelet 8.50 Joseph 11.50. gone so downhill sice Joseph bought it. I have gone there since 2007. Such a shame. They stopped serving Shock Top. We spent so much money partying with friends, now I don't there anymore
The food smelled great and it was a cute little area. I had thought of going to try it out for a while now. This morning I walked in because I had gotten food somewhere else and they had forgotten to give me eating utensils. I had to wait for the bus and didn't have time to go back to the other place, so I walked into Peanuts because it was right next to the bus stop. The place was full of customers, and an employee sat behind the counter, practically bored. So I walked up to him and asked if I could have a plastic utensil. He said very rudely "I don't want to give you one, but you can have one this time" and practically threw a plastic fork on the counter for me to pick up. I get it, I'm not a paying customer... but I could have very well been in the future! Sadly, because of this event, that is no longer an option.
This "WAS" one of my favorite places to go dancing on Saturday nights, however.... that changed last night. I had dinner before coming to this establishment and felt sick to my stomach. I asked the bartender to make me a drink with bitters in it to calm my stomach. I walked outside to get some fresh air and left my shoes inside. When I tried to go back inside the bouncer wouldn't let me back in at all. Not even to get my shoes and was told since I wasn't drinking alcohol I was not allowed back in. He was rude and to be honest I think it had more to do with the fact that I was a white woman coming in with a black man. I will NEVER go back to this establishment again!!!
Worst experience in a restaurant I've ever had and upon asking for a refund I got cussed out!! Me and my husband ordered they're classic omelet and they're chicken fried steak the hash browns were a pile of mashed potatoes and as for the steak it was straight out of a frozen tv diner and the omlet had no veggies in it that it "said" it came with.. according to the cashier you would have to inform him what veggies you wanted so I payed over $16 of a few eggs and some sausage also DO NOT use they're ketchup bottles they smell crazy like mold and and the vinegar in it has fermented when opening the bottle I could tell it hadn't been cleaned in god knows how long and after asking for fresh ketchup I got looked at like I was crazy the one good thing I could say is the country potato's were good but still would not recommend
Soooo expensive for yukky food. Paid 47$ for a Philly cheese steak with questionable strange looking meat, just a few pieces with lots of onion and cheese. My daughter threw it up when we got home. My breakfast which I ordered hashbrowns, they gave me that option, my hashbrowns were mashed patatos.....with eggs 😫 so gross. New cooks are terrible prices are outrageous. So much for a good cheap place for our college kids to eat, it's no more.😒
First time I was treated so poorly at a restaurant. One of the staff's poor attitude says a lot about him, and I'm the type to hold a grudge.
Gross. I got the breakfast. The eggs and hash browns were standard but not much flavor. The French toast was greasy and the bread didn't seem fresh. The toast was also stale. Even worse, I'm pretty sure they use margarine and they didn't say anything about it. The price was reasonable, and there were some frat guys having beer at 8 a.m., so maybe that's the clientele they're going for. I would recommend one of the dozen Mexican restaurants in the area instead for an early breakfast.
Took 45min for them to make me a turkey club sandwich togo. I bought a soda to drink while I waited but the soda fountain had no ice. Warm soda is no good.
I would avoid this place at all cost. So food, service, and atmosphere is important. All 3 failed. The food was beyond bland. No flavor to the steak and egg. The eggs had some shells in it. Bread tasted like they been microwaved, and never seen hash browns gooey. The way service is set up. You have to order at the register. Then get a table. And the bad part. If you forget to order a drink you have to get back in line to order it. Weird. Atmosphere seem dark and gloomy. The restaurant need touch up as everything looks like it's falling apart. Better system to service customers. And new cooks. As they need as much help as they can get. But ultimately this is a place no one should consider breakfast as a option here.

Stopped by this diner for breakfast and ordered the avocado toast. Unfortunately, it was disappointing, the bread wasn’t toasted properly, and neither the avocado nor the egg had any seasoning. The only redeeming part of the meal was the country potatoes, which were actually quite good. Service was just okay, no one checked on our table, we had to ask for water, and no one let us know how long the food would take. Overall, not a place I’d rush back to.
