Had a great experience there it was very busy but we immediately got a table the food was excellent I did not have high hopes because last time I ate at the blossom Hill store that has sent shut down it was a bad experience. But this night everything was great renewed my faith in Red lobster I hope it stays open. Everything I had was good lobster the salmon and I specially like the grilled shrimp they have a nice Smoky flavor to it. I'll have to mention the mac and cheese and the baked potatoes

I had the pleasure of meeting Francisco, a young man, who I was told is a newer server. Francisco’s customer service skills are genuinely incredible. He is attentive, and asked me about things I needed before I could ask. Good job, Francisco, never change!

I love the ambiance of Red Lobster - it is a classy but casual cool dining experience. The staff is bright and friendly and the service is consistently pretty great! The menu seems to have shrunk a bit since the pandemic, but they added some awesome new dishes that compensate nicely. They have an incredible Sesame Soy Salmon Bowl that I can't stop ordering no matter how many times I go! It is my favorite dish - a generous fillet of salmon covered with a sweet sesame-soy teriyaki glaze, on a fluffy bed of rice pilaf mixed with quinoa. Served with balsamic roasted brussel sprouts topped with deep fried onions, and a small salad loaded with edamame! The portion, the quality never disappoints, and in my opinion it is one of the best value items on the menu!

I ordered 15 surf and turf plates from the San Jose red lobster location this afternoon. The manager Jun was very very helpful when I spoke to him yesterday via phone. He went above and beyond for me today and made sure everything was ready to go on time and also gave us extra biscuits. Amazing customer experience and I will definitely be coming back to dine in the future.

The staff here are amazing. I forgot my waitresses name. But they were Both amazing. It was a Busy night and yet our waitress was continuously checking on us, made sure we were good. We definitely tipped WELL let's just say 🙂 Will come back SOON for sure!! Oh yea and the FOOD WAS AMAZING!!!!

Visited Monday 6/24 around 7:40 pm, party of three, seated right away. Attentive staff, food came out quickly, biscuits came out super fast, which is always a plus, all of the food warm and fresh, as expected. I got my monies worth with the endless shrimp Monday special for $27! I love their mashed potatoes! I now love Mondays at Red Lobster!

My overall experience at this Red Lobster was fantastic. Our server, Veronica kept checking in on us to see if we were enjoying our meal. Even with a short staff they were able to accommodate their clientel. The food did take a while to arrive, but, this is expected because no one wants undercooked seafood to run the risk of food borne illnesses. Pricing has gone up recently, however, the quality of their seafood did not suffer as they chose to keep buying from their same vendors as opposed to getting the lower quality from others.

David (tall, slim gentleman) our server was amazing! Funny and attentive ! I left my glasses inside and he returned them to me while heading to my car!!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Came for Mother's Day and although packed, everything went well. We had a reservation and had to wait about 5 mins before being seated, which was great considering the crowds of people waiting in the lobby and outside. Our server Jorge was friendly and attentive without hovering. Our meal was paced perfectly and we had no issues with our food. We had one problem with a craft lemonade that was very sour & syrupy, but Jorge took it off our bill without issue. Overall a great experience on a busy day and we'll continue to come here while we can.

Lately Red Lobster has been so on point! The Wednesday Steak and Lobster for 29.99 is a great deal!! My lobster tail is always huge and steak tender. Both are cooked to perfection as well. The service is always great too. The staff is very efficient and helpful. One of my go to restaurants that I know is going to not disappoint every time!

I was pleasantly surprised by red lobster. The food was an affordable price, and was definitely delicious. I went with my husband for a late Valentines day celebration, we got a reservation about an hour or 2 before, and we ordered the 50 dollar ultimate feast and a mango iced tea. If I was being a perfectionist about it, the lobster might have been SLIGHTLY overcooked, but definitely not chewy and still completely enjoyable (a normal person probably wouldn't have noticed, but I'm autistic so I am very sensitive to textures) We hadn't had crab and sea food in a while so we were really savoring every aspect starting with the shrimp, so by the time we reached the crab legs they were cold, but that was our fault. They were still delicious, especially in butter. The shrimp renewed my husband's love for the food, as he had a bad shrimp experience a couple of years ago and has been stand-offish since. The breaded butterfly shrimp was to die for, and the garlic shrimp was really good aswell. Our specific waiter did seem tired, but all the other staff seemed to have good energy. He definitely wasn't rude or anything, and he was definitely kind to us, just a little tired. We ended up getting 3 baskets of those glorious red lobster rolls(or biscuits), and we took a whole baskets worth home in a to go box. Those rolls are magnificent! 😋 All in all I'm really glad we went here, it's just so much more affordable while still having that nice restaurant vibe. Also the lobster tank was really clean! Glad to know they are being well taken care of, we whispered sorry to them as we walked by 🥲 You should definitely go here! 😁 Highly recommend! We will be coming back!

maybe a little blasphemous to not get seafood at the seafood place but I got the cajun chicken linguini alfredo - super delicious. the bread rolls were really nice too of course, a bit doughy but I didn't mind it. my group went to celebrate a friend's birthday so she got ice cream with a little strawberry lobster in the plate which I thought was so cute and thoughtful. unfortunately I don't have a good picture of the ice cream itself, I was too enamored by the lobster. (delayed post, visit was august 2025)

I have dinner on New Year's eve, food was delicious I had lobster tail salmon and grilled shrimp accompanied with boil potato and broccoli. The drink three berry sangria was fantastic. Nice place, good food. We usually come by around 3 to 4pm when not too busy, but servers are always attentive. I would suggest they speed up the bar because that is a big money maker. Overall it is a good place to eat and a good experience.

The wait staff was friendly and very attentive. One of our lobsters was undercooked, but the staff was very understanding and both gave us a new lobster at no cost, but also a complementary dessert. Our biscuits were a little bland, which is a shame given how good they can be, but otherwise our food was good. The staff was also very helpful with our kids, and even let them touch the lobsters in the tank.

Lunch deals are the best. My shrimp were a bit shrimpy in size, but still tasted good.

No wait at all. We got sat down right away. Our server was very upbeat and provided excellent. The atmosphere was great. I felt at ease and great to have eaten at Red Lobster. The food was good. We got the Dragon Shrimp, which was excellent. The Lobster Lover's Duo was ok.

For what it is, higher end & low budget family seafood and steak, it's really not bad at all. Sure, you're bound to get a better Surf & Turf at Forbes Mill, Scotty's or LB Steak, but you won't need a 2nd mortgage to afford it. Have not been back here for a long time, surprisingly my experience today was wonderful. The cocktail gave me a good buzzz $5 happy hour. Steak and Lobster was great, perfectly cooked. Nothing bad I can say about this place. I will visit this place more just to support to this establishment. There are just a few franchise like this in this area left, I would hate to see it gone. Honestly, I came here today because I was tired of eating the same Vietnamese / Mexican food all the time !

When you go in, the atmosphere is very dimmed and moody. We ordered Lobster Lover Dream, Bacon Wrapped Scallops, Seafood stuffed Mushrooms, and Crab stuffed Shrimp Rangoon. The mushrooms and the grilled lobster were bland and dry. However, the buttered lobster tail, and rangoon were amazing! They tasted so saucey and crispy. The scallops were alright. The sides (french fries + bacon mac&cheese) were also good! Though, I feel like our server was kinda rushing us. We only ate about 20 minutes (an hr before the store close) and the server kept asking if we want to go box. Did it 3 times so we just packed up to eat at home. Otherwise, everything is good!

Nothing is cheap anymore nowadays, our bill is $99, for 2 cocktails 1 appetizer and 2 main dishes, but it's worth it, very delicious and service is good. Surprisingly not many people around 6pm on Saturday night.

Teenage son had been bugging me for lobster for his birthday for a couple of years so we finally did it this year. First, the place is popular but you can’t make a reservation. You can preregister a place in the line but be careful how you choose your time. We ended up waiting about 30 minutes for a table for 3. Food was good. It’s lobster. It’s also pricey. It’s lobster. We had plates with Maine and Jamaican lobster and you could taste the difference. Maine got my vote. The service was okay. Kind of what you would expect from a family restaurant but I guess that’s the price you pay for relatively affordable lobster.

Had endless shrimp today and it was good 👍. A lil wait time for the food but it was worth it in my opinion. The place has great lightning it creates a great ambiance for the place.

I have been coming to this location for years for special occasions birthdays celebrations etc. Today our server Brinana R did an amazing job. Wait time to be seated for dinner was within 5 Minutes for two. Food was great. Would have given five stars if only the lighting would be brighter. Hard to read the menu, In low lighting. The shrimp deal here is pretty money, tbh. I would easily go back and back again for the AYCE shrimp, whenever they bring that deal out. The cheddar biscuits are gas as always. The margarita flight was pretty sweet, I wouldn't go for it again. The crispy dragon shrimp was my favorite, followed by the coconut shrimp, Walt shrimp, shrimp skewers, and then shrimp scampi. Our server was actually pretty good. She brought out our food when it was ready and came by every now and then to ask us if we wanted me. She even hooked us up with cheddar biscuits. Besides that, it's pretty clean here, not sticky, so I would go again for more shrimp.

I recently visited this restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. My friends and I ordered several dishes, including the lobster platter, salmon, and tacos. While the tacos were just okay and not the best I've had, the standout dish for me was the biscuits. They were absolutely fantastic! It's a Red lobster. The food is so-so except the biscuits which are still as good as they've always been. You would have to go a long way to find a restaurant chain that served dishes as unhealthy as these they do make a great Caesar salad dressing so the Caesar salad is somewhat healthy dash as healthy as romaine lettuce with a high caloric dressing can be-at least it's a vegetable though it would be nice if they loosened it from the shell dash it's a little hard to get out. But years ago Red lobster seems to have believed that you have to cook the lobster at a high temperature for a long time so it was always rubbery. The lobster this time was tender and actually quite delicious. Because the biscuits are so popular they run out of them and if you planned to have them with your meals you might get one or two and then have to wait until the next batch was baked. All the White staff is trying to do good service so if you're wait person is busy with something you won't get any more biscuits even if you have waited. Our wait person was exceptionally good. The restaurant is quite cold so pretty uncomfortable and since it takes a long time to get your food and an even longer time to get biscuits you can be cold for a very long time I V

Funny we should happen to be there the day that they announced that they're starting to close restaurants. Always remember Red lobster being such a fabulous place. Unfortunately it did not meet my expectations this time around. The food portions are large, the bread was plentiful, the restaurant was busy but the waitress was attentive. I may have just picked up on the vibe but the bad news.

The seafood boil is not good at all it has no flavor it just tastes like butter it's not a real occasion seasoning like a crab boil should be therapists or dry and they told me that their pasta is premade so you can't make changes to it like not adding things to it I didn't want tomatoes in my pasta refresh tomatoes but they said that they were cremated so they couldn't take it out I thought that was nasty you have old pasta sitting there pre-made and people are paying all of this money for something that's not even worth you coming out to eat for if it was not for this being my granddaughter's birthday and she's 7 years old there is no way I would have paid for this meal I would have walked out but she enjoyed herself and I guess that's all that mattered

It was ok . First of all, I didn't like the fact that they sat us on the bar side when we had 4 children. There are mostly couples that want to have a drink and peace . Also pasta was kind of cold and too much oil.

Hadn’t been to this location in years so we decided to trip down memory lane! This restaurant and atmosphere was pleasant. The wait time was a very reasonable 15 minutes. Service was good , appetizers were on point , but my meal was average at best. The fish and chips l had tasted a bit like rubber. It was still an enjoyable experience.

I typically give high scores to restaurants and am not particularly picky about my food. I recently dined at Red Lobster, enticed by their seafood offerings. While the portion sizes were generous and the service was good, our overall experience was disappointing. The flavors of the Ultimate Feast fell short of expectations. The linguini lacked seasoning, the shrimp scampi was super oily and lobster was tasteless. Mashed potatoes were bland. The linguini lacked any seasoning or distinctive taste, and the small spoonful of alfredo sauce in the middle did little to enhance the dish. The shrimp on top were tasteless and failed to add any desired richness or depth. I hope Red Lobster can improve their culinary offerings for a more satisfying dining experience.

For my meal, I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad, expecting a fresh and well-balanced dish. Unfortunately, the salad was drenched in dressing, which made the lettuce soggy and limp. It overpowered the other ingredients and took away from what could have been a light and refreshing option. Despite my disappointment with the salad, the overall dining experience was pleasant. The service was great, and the atmosphere was comfortable for catching up with friends. If I visit again, I would likely opt for a seafood dish instead, given Red Lobster’s specialty. While my meal wasn’t perfect, the attentive service and tasty biscuits still made it an enjoyable lunch outing.

I usually go into eat here but a few times I order for delivery. And this time I ordered three dinner plates and desert and a couple sides. Unfortunately one of our dinners (steak) didn't come and two of the sides. I tried calling over an over only to have to finally drive down there myself to find out they had phones off for that night they said due to busy evening. And I had to pick up rest of my dinner no apologies or discount even tho I paid for delivery and their tip, now that I had to drive myself there to pick up a quarter of my food they didn't bring in bag. Then they said that the items of my food was still there and some how didnt end up in bag and gave me that exact food thats been sitting there. Knowing it's been an hour now as cold as all hell.

extremely slow service and never received an item we ordered. we had to call on another server just to get the check and some boxes because we rarely saw our server. loved this place growing up but was disappointed coming back.. :/

What used to be a staple of the restaurant business has gone so far down hill just like Black Angus, corporate greed not taking care of the customer.

Food was good. I have the Southwestern Shrimp but the service needs improvement. Took to long to get seated. Took to long for our server to stop by and took to long to get our order. Not very impressed.

The first person to seat us was very kind and helpful. The atmosphere was very nice. The bathrooms were clean and kept. Now, the food, for any price, was not so good. My wife had the flounder, which was overcooked, parched, and heavily breaded. My salmon did not taste fresh, but frozen. The salmon was over cooked and over sauced (I suppose to cover the fact that it was not fresh). That's only a guess. The other two dinners ordered at the table were not able to be finished. One was greasy and the other was dry. The Cole slaw did taste very good! Overall, I was disappointed that a restaurant specializing in seafood did not cook the food so well. The service was sub-par. I had to ask three times to get a refill on my iced tea. The waiter said all the fish was fresh, yet I question that assertion. The waiter was distracted and not very helpful. If up to me, I would probably not have tipped him more than a couple dollars (which I know is terrible to say-but I'm being honest) The baked potatoes was good, especially loaded. I would not recommend this restaurant to a friend, and I will not be coming back.

I ordered the Steak & Maine Lobster and added the Filet for $9. The lobster was at most 5-6oz and very thin, the steak wasn’t bad, just very small. It took 15 minutes to get a drink at the bar and I was the only one sitting there while I waited for my guest. I was hoping after seeing all the new commercials they changed, but it’s the same old Red Lobster. I will never return or eat at a Red Lobster again.

I order a dozen biscuits and there’s absolutely absolutely zero butter. I took a bite and it tasted off. I looked closer and there are just so dry. Who wants 12 dry rolls??

It's my birthday and though we can try something new but unfortunately I think we will stick to our usual place for bdays. It took for ever to get the food and my 5 year old was falling asleep. The food was tasty but cold but the pleats where hot so I know thy where sitting for I while. I don't think I'll be back.

Arrival time 1:38pm Nobody at the host stand when I entered About 30 seconds later a host arrived to seat me immediately Ample parking but depending on which direction you’re coming from, you may have to perform a uturn or other maneuver to get into the parking lot due to the dividers on such a wide street. Decor is old and dated. Walmart quality salt and pepper shakers. The crowd is older and relaxed. The music is bland and not exciting. There are cool mobile payment and game devices on the table. However, they are filthy and with covid I’d expect they’d be wiped down after each customer. I ordered an old fashioned but the waitress didn’t know what that was or if it were offered. There was no attempt to ask the bartender so I just switched to a crown Royal on ice , no chaser. They gave me a very heavy pour and the perfect amount of ice. ✅ I wasn’t offered a water on the side. I then ordered clam chowder bowl as my appetizer which came with their classic cheddar bay biscuits. It was about 12 minutes from the time I arrived until the time I had food in front of me. The clam chowder was about 95% runny broth. It had a few potatoes but oddly absent of clam. My disappointment was immense. The biscuits were delicious, thankfully. They appear short handed so service is abysmal. 1 waitress appears to be working a 15 table area. Entree arrived at 2:10pm Deep fried scallops are good. Light and crispy batter. Broccoli is cooked perfectly but it’s bland without any sort of seasoning at all. Salmon appeared well done although I’ve asked for it to be cooked medium. It was about a 4oz portion. Crispy skin and light grill marks on the presentation side. Steak was closer to medium well, so again not done correctly. Eventually when my waitress came around, i informed her but didn’t choose to send it back (I’ve heard stories about sending food back). The steak was juicy on the inside. I tasted salt, corse peppercorn and a pinch of spice. I was still not offered water the entire meal. I was also not offered desert. I gave her a $15 cash tip on a $51.13 bill. Server we had was good. My gf said her crab legs were cold and had was not clean very well brown goo inside crab legs. Told manager she said it wasn’t poop. And offered free dessert. My food was hot when it came out.its a half and half if I would come back

I got crab legs with the potatoes. The potatoes were sitting in a bowl full of oil. They were also burnt so I didn’t eat a single one. The person I was with got the lobster pasta. They didn’t finish it because they said it wasn’t good. Also why were the noodles so thick? There was also somebody screaming while we were there. I couldn’t tell if it was an employee or a customer but it was going on for quite a while.

I was given the pickup time of 5:45pm I got there on time and food was not ready. I didn't get my food until after 6pm. My Cesar salad had no dressing, the fish and chips were dark color not a nice golden. The clam chowder was watery and not flavor. Just all bad and a waste of time and money

On August 23, 2025 we decided to make the 50-minute drive to the San Jose Red Lobster since so many locations near us have closed. Unfortunately, it was a complete disappointment. When we were first seated, our server gave us plates that still had visible salad residue on them — lettuce and all. As if that wasn’t bad enough, when we opened our silverware, there was a filthy fingernail wrapped inside the napkin. Absolutely disgusting and completely unsanitary. At that point, our entire dining experience was ruined, and we chose to take our food to go. I contacted management directly and was given the complete runaround. I also filed a complaint online with corporate, but after two weeks, I still have not received any follow-up. The issue can be simply resolved with a gift card of the same amount that was spent, but Red Lobster has been un-successful. How hard it is to provide a gift card to the customer? This was one of the worst dining experiences we’ve had, and given the lack of accountability, I will never return to this location.

Made reservations for Valentine's Day just cause I wanted a crab boil. I understand that is a crazy day for the food industry. This was so unorganized they were a hot mess. No one one knew what to do the line out the door. No one knew where to go. I make my way to the front and they say your in the wrong line. I blame management. Those poor hostess had to talk the all brunt of everyones confusion and aggression. Absolutely garbage.

The food was fine and our server was okay, but the manager ruined the experience at checkout. We bought holiday gift cards during Red Lobster’s promo (buy $25, get a $5 promo card) and came in planning to use the four $5 promo cards we earned. The manager refused to let us use them together, hid behind “fine print” and “new policy,” and made zero effort to help or offer a solution (split checks, small comp, anything). The promo itself feels misleading and unrealistic with a $40 minimum spend per card and a limited window to use them. Left frustrated and won’t be back
