Everything is good. I enjoy egg coffee today. I like the way the girl, who is staff here, services for customer. I saw one case, it was very hard situation happening, but she did very easy. The others staffs are working as great too.
Great selection of specialty teas, smoothies, and boba drinks. All will exceptional taste, and quality. Fast, friendly, and hard working staff. Amazing hot snacks, banh mi, and specialty bites.
Great egg coffee! I don’t know why complain about ice, mine came out perfect. Also need ice to lower the bitterness of the phin coffee. Remember to stir/mix or else too bitter. Once mix taste perfect sweetness/bitterness.
Been ordering before Tram Coffee was opened and it’s really delicious, especially their drinks! I’d recommend almost every drinks they have in the menu. I saw their food/snacks menu and hoping to try next time when I order. Egg Coffee is my go-to drink too. It’s a great small business and recommend if you want to have new tastes in drinks. Update: I had their popcorn chicken and it was very light and delicious, not too oily either. Very aromatic with vietnamese basil and sweet chili! It hits right in the spot. Great light snacking too. Recommended!
A bit busy on weekends with folks getting breakfast and coffee to start the day. Egg coffee with extra shot is great and fillet mignon banh mi is a great combo.

Yall know nothing about viet coffee and it shows. OBVIOUSLY your drink is gonna have ice in it cause the coffee here is strong(viet coffee is very strong and ice is def needed). I was also worried about the amount of ice in my drink but I soon as I drank it, I started shaking (it’s a good thing). Service was also great even on a Saturday mid day. Hell yeah I’m coming back

First time coming here, and didn’t have any expectations. Ordered the matcha latte with the matcha foam and was delightfully surprised! The drink was satisfyingly smooth and creamy, and wasn’t overly sweet which I really liked.
Yummy coffee. I like the rolled rice paper. It is very good. The coffees are unique. One thing I feel not right is too much ice. The one I ordered, which egg coffee more than half, is ice.
Tram Cream Coffee came recommended from a friend. Two of us ordered: -small egg coffee (no dairy, no heavy cream, condensed milk, or milk) $6.25 -running dragon small $6.50 My friend and I both don't do dairy, so I wanted to try it out. Since it doesnt have the extras, it looks a bit weirder, essentially a shot of strong coffee with some cream. You need to wait for the ice to melt so the coffee and cream mix together. once it does, it is quite good and very strong. Running dragon was good. No complaints. Plaza is really bad to find parking. Definitely down to get it again when I need a larger caffeine kick!

Tram? More like scam. Time and time again, their coffee is so skimpy, mostly all ice, you maybe get 3-4 fl oz of drink with over half the cup full of ice. Nice place to look at. Service: I was in line and they took someone’s order that was behind me. Maybe because I was Mexican and the other person was Asian. Their drink are good, but lacking the satisfaction of having a full drink. If you order less ice, they will reduce amount of coffee, if you say no ice the cup would be less than half full, they did this at the other tram in little Saigon. I gave you one last chance tram.
This coffee shop is located in a strip mall with a bunch of other Vietnamese restaurants. It can get busy on the weekends so finding a parking spot can be tricky. I went there on a weekend but thankfully it wasn't busy. Their coffee is on the pricy end but the quality is great. I tried their cream coffee and it was very rich, creamy and well balanced (though full of ice). I wouldnt go out of my way to go here but if I'm in the area and feel like splurging I might give it a try.

Tram coffee used to be my fav coffee place. Everytime I go back to SJ, I always stop by to get coffee many times. However, it’s disappointed when I paid $9 for a full cup of ice, I was really upset. I think I won’t comeback.
Once I was able to find a parking spot (which took 10 minutes) I arrived to pick up my to go order and the cup was only 3/4 full. I got an Egg Cacao. It’s not what I expected based on photos, so I’m very disappointed. I didn’t notice it until after I started driving and didn’t find it worth it to battle for another parking spot. I’m waiting for the ice to melt to see if it would add more quantity and become a full serving, but at this point it has been 30 minutes and it hasn’t changed. I would not recommend.
The amount of coffee you get from their egg coffee is so little even Sbux double shot of espresso is more. I sipped once and it depleted my egg coffee and all was left were big chunk of iced with the egg cream. It's not worth the price of 8 plus dollars for their egg coffee. I wont go there again. Felt ripped off by the egg coffee.

Ever since they rebranded to franchise, i feel like the coffee wasn’t that good anymore. 7$ almost for a coffee with lot of iced, didn't have any options giving notes to the order. They lost the true Vietnamese coffee authenticity that I used to love, the staff is not well trained for tracking orders, have to wait 20 minutes for an order.
This is going to be the most expensive cup of ice you’ll ever purchase. I used to come here a lot over the past years, as a Vietnamese person this is such a decent spot and the egg cream taste amazing. I have recommended this place to so many people and they love it too. Recently in the past few months, I’m very hesitate to write a review. But today I just purchased a large a coffee that cost over $10. The ice amount is ridiculous. I could not punch the straw in the cup because of the density of the ice. And every sip I take it’s just ice in the size of Boba balls coming through. It was like 90% ice and 10% coffee. The amount of jelly is also has been significantly reduced. I took a lot of pictures of tram coffee cup whenever I purchased it to show off to friends and in comparison, the past few months have been just ice. I am really sad to say that I will not be returning and it is really sad that you just lost a loyal customer.

Wanted to try this place due to the line it was getting. Ordered a size large egg coffee, got a drink with enough coffee to feed a mouse. Not even halfway full and finished it in like 5 sips. What a joke.
Service was horrible and the egg coffee I got was nasty. They filled the cup up with so much ice I couldn’t stir the coffee. I asked them to remake it with no ice and sweeter since originally I asked no ice, they said yes, just to give it back less than half a cup and with no topping. They basically just took out the ice and gave it back it still was nasty. I tried it and asked her again to fix it or if I could just get a different drink. She told me no refunds and they can’t make me a different drink. Waste of $8.75 never going back there. Attached is a picture of the drink how they remade it and gave it to me. My husband drink was ok.
I know you're supposed to get less with no ice, but for the 10 dollar "VIP" unopened coffee, mine came 20% full including cream and jelly. It's still sealed in my picture. How can you justify a 10 dollar price tag for that?

Man, what a letdown. We wanted to try a new place and placed a pretty big order, and I was shocked by how my drink came out. I asked for no ice, and they delivered me a cup that was only partially full. Honestly, it was kind of embarrassing. I know it might look like I was trying to get extra tea, but I just prefer less ice, and "no ice" was the only option they had. I've never had this happen anywhere else; other shops just fill it up, no problem. I paid extra for a large. I guess it was for a large cup only. It's a small thing, but it makes the business seem like they're trying to cut corners. That one detail completely ruined the experience for me, there is so much competition so I'll be going elsewhere from now on.
Worst avocado smoothie I’ve ever had. Artificial and not fresh. And the egg cream I asked for was also artificial tasting - like frosting. And for $9
