I went on a Tuesday afternoon; there were tables available. The service was very good, and the place was clean. For starters, I had crispy fried tripe and melted natural cheese, served with tortillas. Both were delicious. The red salsa completed the experience. Then I had a lemonade with mineral water, followed by a medium-rare flank steak, accompanied by salad and fries. I also tried the house sangrita; it has a unique flavor, but it's tasty. The flank steak was well-cooked, flavorful, and at a good temperature, although, in my opinion, one part of the cut was rarer than I expected, but it was just a small piece. Next time, I'll ask for it well-done. They have good prices considering the quality of the dishes, so I do recommend it.
