We are tourist traveling from the mainland US, this place had by far the best fish tacos. They were very flavorful, and the fish was deep fried perfectly. The waiter was very nice and offered some local shops to visit as we did not have a plan after food. The margaritas were 6 bucks but tasted like they were worth twice as much. They were phenomenal to say the least. The atmosphere had a cafe vibe to it and was really lowkey. All in all, I highly recommend this diner to anyone who is traveling to San Juan, or lives in the area!

Amazing skillet breakfast! Best bacon I’ve ever had, and the first time a restaurant gets my “jammy” eggs just right. Very sweet family operation. ♥️♥️♥️

Taco Tuesday and margaritas were incredible. We even came back on Wednesday for the burgers and the best sangria. Plan to return on Thursday for the pasta and wine. The chef is very talented, because the food is absolutely delicious!

It was lunch time on a weekday so it wasn’t too busy at all. I sat at the bar to grab some food before heading out for drinks. I was happily surprised that I stopped by and got a nice meal. I got a 1706 burger with bacon, onion ring, and mac and cheese. It was everything I wanted. Good flavor and the fries were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Nice job all around.

This place was genuinely so good. The taco Tuesday deal was amazing as well as the Wednesday burger deal. This was the only place I re-visited during my visit. The staff is friendly and the place is clean. The drinks were also really good, the espresso martini was made with real espresso and it was amazing.

Hands down, Cocina 1760 has my favorite burger and fries in town—by a wide margin! The burger is perfectly juicy with incredible flavor in every bite, and the fries are crispy, seasoned just right, and downright addictive. Everything about the meal felt spot-on: great quality, generous portions, and that satisfying “I need to come back soon” feeling. Service was friendly and quick too. If you’re craving an outstanding burger experience, this place is a must-try. Easily 5 stars! 🍔🔥

Went here with my family of 4. Had pork, churrasco, fish tacos which were all wonderful. Kids had burgers which had a great grill flavor to them. My son even added pulled pork to his burger which worked surprisingly well because of how good the pork was! Fries were perfect. Margaritas properly made. Service was great and the vibes were on point (90s songs with the right laid back atmosphere). First meal in Puerto Rico and it's already set a high bar!

One of the best , most consistent spots in the area. The chicken with the coconut rice is excellent, the burgers are great and the fried chicken pita was amazing. The best thing about this place is the service, Paola and her family make you feel at home. They all greet you with a smile and make you feel welcome. We will definitely be back!

Ordered two tereyaki burgers which are supposed to be served with cole slaw and cilantro mayo and neither sandwich had cole slaw or cilantro mayo. In addition, the burger was not good. I will not order from this place again.

I really wanted to enjoy Cocina 1760, but my experience fell short. The Corned Beef Croquets were nicely crisped on the outside but raw and still frozen inside. The 1760 Burger came with two patties — one cooked properly and the other completely raw. I ordered the Skirt Steak medium‑well and received it medium instead. We were on a tight schedule heading to the airport, so there was no opportunity to have the dishes corrected. The unfortunate part is that the flavors were genuinely good, but the undercooked meat made the meal impossible to eat. I left still hungry and had to grab McDonald’s afterward.
