I stopped buying form this location a couple years ago for the terrible, rude service and low quality and preparation of their food, HOWEVER I gave them a shot again this weekend and what a lovely surprise it was that my pizza actually tasted as the good old pizza hut days. I haven’t had a decent pizza in years and their brought me back to those late 90s killing Pizza Hut times. Kudos to the team my 2 pizzas were perfect and my Cinnabon on-spot!

The people working at this location are so nice and the food is always so well made, my family makes it a point to come to *this* Pizza Hut despite their being one right next to where we live (corner of Sources and Gouin West). Yes folks, they're worth the trip *every* time 😊👍 Sorry for the half of the Supreme pizza, but it was too good everyone started eating before I got to take the pic! 😋

Not my type of pizza, though my son enjoyed it. We ordered Meat Lovers Pizza and also a Supreme Pizza, both with stuffed cheese in the crust. I found that they over cooked the pizzas, barely any pizza sauce and they both tasted the same to me. Maybe my taste buds were off this day, I was hoping maybe, just maybe they would be OK.

The meat lovers pizza was ok. I couldn't find the meat! And for the price, it's not worth it. I won't be going back. Pizza Hut US is much better. It's sad that it's named Pizza Hut. Please change the name. You can see clearly on the photo. Please, someone tell me, is this worth $25?

Ordered 4 pies. 1 was burnt and one had barely any toppings. I had to Wait 15 minutes past the order time and pizzas were almost cold. Customer service brushed me off after 20 minute phone call.

So I ordered pizza from the pizza hut in ddo, st johns blvd corner of westminster. We ordered one large pepperoni and one large vegie. me I'm not a meat eater for over 30yrs now in the photos below you can clearly see a piece of sausage was baked into the piece I grabbed. Eating meat or anything meat flavor does not sit well with my system, I spoke to a supervisor and she told me I can have a $5 coupon for my next order, first off I will never eat from there again and what the hell is 5$ on a $80 order. Currently pregnant on my fourth child had an issue with my previous order so I called the manager and she was very kind and I told her that I was gonna re-order the next day so she was going to provide me a discount on my next order, I called the restaurant to place an order and an Indian lady was speaking in her language to her other colleagues and put me on the phone for 34 minutes and starting to tell me, I don't have time it's busy here you want to order or not making comment in her language to her colleagues as if I did not understand her but my husband DID. She was very rude disrespectful and very unprofessional to be speaking in her language with her other colleagues and not helping me with my order that I would like to place. There was a price error on her end and I told her that it was supposed to be this amount that the manager told me and then she said to me what does it make a difference? It's only a couple of dollars u want to order or NOT?. It was going to be my second time ordering at this location, but never again!!!!! EMPLOYEES LIKE THIS SHOULD NOT BE ON THE FIELD!!!!!!

I recently visited this Pizza Hut, and unfortunately, it was a letdown. The owner seemed uninterested in ensuring a clean environment, and the place was infested with bugs. As a customer, it's unsettling to see such negligence. The owner's behavior seemed dismissive, which didn't help resolve the issues.

No respect to customer. staff will say that order would be ready in 5 minutes then you end up waiting 20 minutes

i know that people can have bad days. i really tried to give this place a chance, but they kept burning my pizzas, my cookie pie was rock solid too and too top it off they forgot to add the dressing to my wings so it was just plain dry chicken. i just gave up after the fourth time.

Update June 2023: Have filled out the form three times. Have still not received a response - from this location or head office. Have not had Pizza Hut since either…. The experience left a sour taste. Have ordered from this location a few times - extremely disappointed today. We got home and our pizza looked like someone forgot to put cheese and toppings. This looked more like a tomato pizza. After calling Pizza Hut to see how they could rectify the issue - we were told this service location would not exchange the pizza because we had checked it upon purchase (which we did not). The customer service center then offered $5 back (for a $15 pizza) and were then hung up on by the service manager. Would give 0 stars for their customer service if I could.

Ordered a small pizza and the pull apart garlic bread. Both came with completely RAW dough at the center. (See photos -- and no, that's not the cheese). Unacceptable.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called the Pizza Hut on St-Jean to ask a simple question about a promotion that Pizza Hut was offering online for all Canadian branches. Instead of helping, the woman on the phone flat-out refused to honour the offer — even though it was clearly a national deal. When I very politely asked again, she hung up on me. I tried calling back, and this time she picked up but left the phone off the hook without saying a word. When I tried again, the line went to “user busy,” clearly because she had just left the phone off the receiver. This was shockingly rude and completely unprofessional. They clearly don’t understand the basics of customer service. I will never order from this location again, and I’ll make sure my family and friends avoid it too. Extremely disappointing. The name of Pizza Hut is no longer what it used to be.

Filthiest restaurant I've ever seen. Where the hell are our health inspectors??? I couldn't believe it when I walked in. The floors, the counters, tables, glass etc... EVERYTHING is filthy, like they haven't been wiped down in days. I literally scanned the entire front customer area and everything is gross. There's a table showing the different sizes of pizza boxes and they're all in a state of decomposition in one corner, like something was spilled on them months ago and no one cleaned or changed anything.

So I place an order with Dominos. 10 mins after the Domino order, the Hut driver shows up? And asks me to please take the order and they are so busy. I refused the order. Pretty terrible experience. I should have looked at all the other 1-stars before ordering.
