~~[Review in English and Spanish/Reseña en inglés y español]~~ (Special Note: This location's currently a bit understaffed versus how it seemed to be the last time I personally visited [at least 3 or more months ago?], so their store hours may be a little weird until management can stabilize this issue. Hopefully customers can understand.) The food continues to be really good (props to the kitchen gal) and the staff (3 of them at the time I visited, at least 2 of them pretty new/recent hires) were very sweet and friendly, quick to answer questions and offer help, and honest about the smaller details they're still familiarizing themselves with here at TS/CB. Very good job all around, I hope to see these kids (and any others like them) around next time I visit and see how they've grown! 😊 ---- (Nota Especial: Esta localización actualmente está corta de personal versus a como era en mi última visita en persona [la cual fue por lo menos 3 meses antes o más], lo cual les está afectando el horario de servicio hasta que la gerencia pueda estabilizarlo. My experience was great! Was meaning to check out this place, I got the taro pudding boba and they even let me try the taro pudding before I ordered it! Their menu is very unique and the boba was very yummy!! Definitely a must try!

Ordered from them on Uber Eats a lot of times. First tiem comjng to the physical store and loved it, super chill atmosphere and very friendly staff. Would come again whenever I can! (Photo is from a Strawberry Mochi Large drink, so good that I just went and drank it all)

Loved our drinks. We’re a Chinese/Puerto Rican family so these had a twist to some of the traditional drinks I’ve had in Taiwan or stateside. My wife and I stumbled on this new spot yesterday and loved it so much we had to come back today for the grand opening! The fruity teas are just as good as the traditional milk tea options and the chicken was surprisingly good! We were also very excited to get a free tiger as part of joining the celebration today

This place does not feel like they plan to stay open. Maybe it’s shutting down. It took 37 minutes to get two chicken sandwiches, a chicken cutlet, and two orders of tenders. We ordered at 12:01 and were served at 12:38. We were told it was because the order before ours was “really big” and consisted of three chicken sandwiches. That said when the chicken did arrive it was excellent.

I don't know what it's like in person but I ordered off Doordash. Their black milk boba tea with "hand made mousse" (there was no mousse) looked and tasted like straight up milk. No tea. At least the boba was a halfway decent texture but it was a bit over boiled.

This place has one of the best Boba I’ve ever tried, but also some of the worst service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been here twice and both times I encountered the same person - the most incompetent employee you could imagine. The first time, they were extremely rude to us, and had absolutely no manners. Funny enough, when the owner showed up, they completely changed their attitude. When we walked in the other day, they were scribbling something and pretending not to see us. We waited for a long time until finally another employee noticed and came to the rescue (he saw us waiting while the other employee ignored us). Unfortunately, I didn’t catch the name of that rude employee, all I remember was that they had colorful nails and I think yellow dreadlocks. Either way, this employee’s attitude is appalling - they really shouldn’t be working in customer service. You will lose customers because of this. If a customer gets treated like this once or twice, they’ll just simply find a better place.

I ordered a black tea boba through uber eats and received a milk black tea instead. The boba also came in small chunks and tiny balls rather than the standard shape. The drink itself wasn’t bad, but it was still the wrong order and not that special given the unfortunate circumstances.

I'm giving this place low ratings in atmosphere and service because I was absolutely BAFFLED at the unprofessionalism of the manager there. When I came in, she seemed to already be in a bad mood, giving attitude to the young cashier. She was smashing things against the counter, huffing and puffing, and loudly criticizing the young cashier. She said "Bro, I'm so over this crap!! You're always messing up!" In both English and Spanish. It was soooooooo uncomfortable being there. I was the only customer and you could cut the tension with a knife. I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. Idk if the food took long, or if it felt like forever because of the awkward situation. Once I left, I saw I didn't have any sauce with my tenders, so I went back and asked if it came with a sauce. The same manager just pointed at a container on the counter with plastic ramekins and lids. And kept on her berating of the employees. I Was confused as I still didn't know where the sauce was, and as if I was one of her employees she was scolding, she was like, "They're right there on the fridge, just grab whatever you like!" In a very condescending and rude manner. Then started complaining to the cook about the cashier. I felt so bad for that cashier. That girl couldn't have been more than 15-16 years old and was so soft mannered. She explained to me various items in the menu when I come in and she had a smile. But this manager ensured nobody in that place smiled. Honestly, left me feeling like I was at work and my boss was yelling at me. For me it ruined the food after. I just wanted to leave. I have worked in restaurants all my life and there is a right way to manage employees and mistakes (which happen). You take them to the back and address it professionally. Not in front of customers. I may order again but Uber eats or something, just made me uncomfortable all around being in there. Food was good. I got the chicken tenders. It's a bit pricey but you do get a solid portion. The chicken is nice and juicy. Not over seasoned or too hard or soft of a breading.

Thursday visit to Tiger Sugar. Roughly 2pm. Ordered a few whole milk based drinks, but should have also tried some tea based. Milk based drinks including the brown sugar and the malt was average. The malt drink tasted similar to chocolate milk. I suppose if I wanted chocolate milk, that would have done it. I’m giving it a 3 star for average chocolate milk. The strawberry mochi milk drink was not bad. Stringy mochi thingy was oddly good. Drink was ok. Where I think the business could have done better was training. When customers come in, don’t just ignore people that come in and wait in line. There was one order ahead of us that had 2 drinks. I really felt like she was being very methodical in making these 2 drinks pictured. Unfortunately, our crew waited for a while before she was done. She then greeted us after she was done. There was a guy walking back and forth behind the counter with a backpack on, but was preoccupied to jump in or say anything to us. Acknowledge your customers that come in. Let them know there is a bit of a wait for 2 drinks but that you would take care of us asap. That message would have been nice to receive. Train better. Dining area was clean and didn’t have much clutter. Modern place. 👍👍. Don’t put your food supply on the floor behind the counter. Kind of gross.

Popcorn chicken flavor was good but the portion should be illegal I paid 10 dollars for 9 pcs.

When I arrived there, the workers were not behind the counter just goofing around the store, what seemed to be the manager, was screaming at a stoner that was friends with one of the employees but supposedly banned from the store. Once I put in my order, workers just left the store once they made my boba tea. It took around 15 mins for my food to arrive, and by the time it arrived my drink had its ice melted and watery. To be fair the food and the products may be of high quality, but when your employees do the bare minimum, you will receive the lowest quality product. The chicken cutlet I received only had chili sauce in one half of the cutlet, and they just gave it to me without offering any utensils or sauce. And to top it all off one of the workers came back to serve himself a drink and then play his Nintendo switch while I had a cartoon blasting over my ear. Too expensive, not worth your money, childish staff to say the least, and just a blaring tourist trap. If you want to spend your money on higher quality and more affordable where you don’t feel like your dignity wasn’t insulted, look for actual local options.

Was in there for 12 minutes before the gal acknowledged us. Even saw a guy come from the back that looked at us standing at the counter, but also ignored us. Around the 8 minute mark I very loudly asked my husband and kids if they ordered yet. The staffer still ignored us. She was making 2 drinks. Ordered- chocolate malt, mango sago and the strawberry mochi drinks Chocolate - tasted like chocolate milk. Mango - WAY too sweet. Strawberry - mochi part was good. They didn't. Have the cheese mousse which was supposed to be in the drinks. Overall not good drinks at all. Poor customer service. And I was a bit put off that the girl didn't have her hair tied back - unless things are different on the mainland that's a health code violation. If it wasn't for my kids wanting boba I would have left after 2 minutes of being ignored while we were literally standing in front of the staffer.
