Kerry was the sweetest young lady who helped us pick our pizza from how we might want it cooked to toppings. A cold draft beer and the best pizza ever. Get it cooked well done. The pizza is delicious as are the specialty martinis. We've been here several times. Usually a top tier experience. On our most recent trip, we ordered our usual of two large pizzas, one pepperoni and cheese for kiddos and a twin special for us. We waited just over an hour (this is the normal wait time, no issues here) but the kids pizza came out with no pepperoni. The server took the pizza back and ran it back through with pepperoni added. After 15 minutes it came back. At this point our pizza was luke warm as we wouldn't eat without the kiddos. We then realized our pizza didn't have anchovies. The server went back and the toppings guy told her to just bring us anchovies in a bowl to add ourselves which felt odd. This is not the normal experience we have and I'm very grateful the the manager immediately comped our pizzas. I'm still giving 4 stars because every other experience has been wonderful and the manager was very quick to acknowledge the error and rectify the situation. Errors happen and how management handles problems is also a part of showing how well a business is run. We will continue to keep this in our rotation of pizza nights.

We have been getting pizza from Twins for years. It has been a great place to go for a family dinner. It might very well have the best pizza in Rhode Island. It's been a debate in our family. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a place to eat in this area. But if you don't go early, there could be a wait. Also, if you're ordering pizza for takeout on a busier night, call about an hour before pickup to order. The pizza is delicious, with a very crispy crust. Just the right balance. Services okay at times, but this is the kind of place you put up with it, since it gets really busy and it's an iconic family owned restaurant.

Well finally got around to trying Twins Pizza. Place comes with a lot of RI hype. Had it on the bucketlist for awhile. Went with a small pepperoni, sausage and bacon pizza. Great value. Ordered it well done, "crispy" and I don't believe it was on the well done side. Good cheese coverage. Good amount of toppings. Was definitely a little on the greasy side. Sauce was okay. Crust had some crunch was hoping for a little more. Pizza is pretty thick and had a little flop due to the toppings. Undercarriage was okay. Pizza gets a Google 4, 7.0 out of ten.

This place is really up and down with the food. The pizza is the most consistent but other dishes you can never tell. The place has a very old nostalgic feeling from the 60s. Be warned, the bathrooms are absolutely filthy.

Usually when you want into restaurants, youre greeted with at least a hello but instead, the hostess just stared at us...so I started the conversation with we would like to be seated. We walked into the restaurant and everyone looked miserable. Our waitress was friendly though and attentive, our food was a lil eh (well mine was. The order was placed at 5:00pm and it was for us to pick it up. This restaurant is less less a mile away. The original P/U time was 5:35, but the food wasn't ready until 6:30pm. And honestly, it sucked. Spinach pie were undercooked and no cheese or pepperoni, as asked. Pizza was undercooked with barely ANY toppings ( literally one piece of pepperoni and one piece of green pepper per slice on a $31.00 pizza). Jalapeño poppers are advertised as cream cheese, but we're filled with cheddar and they were COLD.

It was very dirty. The window sills have not been cleaned for months. Right next to my head, It was full of dirt and cup rings. The bathroom had no heat and the toilets were dirty. The garlic bread was made out of white bread with butter and provolone cheese, toasted on one side and the other side was just a soft white piece of bread, barely had any taste. I will never eat here again. Used to be sooo good.

I’ve been coming here for about three years now and I have to say, the food is good but the service and the staff are not the best. I placed an order at 2pm to be ready for pick up the same day at 6. I ordered a square pizza and I wanted to make sure they had gotten the order right so I repeated it to confirm and the guy who took my order said, “yes you just said that” in a very rude tone. I said okay thank you, he did not say you are welcome just hung up immediately. Okay. Maybe he was stressed because it was going to be a busy day with the Super bowl, I understand that. I arrive at 6:15, so worried that I am late to pickup my pizza, rushed out of work. I get there and they said my order hasn’t even been put into the oven. I ask how long it was going to be and they tell me 45. After i confirmed with the guy on the phone four hours before that it was going to be ready at 6. I had to just cancel the order because it was absurd to wait 45 for my order to be ready at 7pm when I ordered 5 hours before. Staff was not friendly whatsoever, no accommodating at all and they over promised that it was going to be ready for sure at 6 and never was. Very rude staff, and does not deliver on what they say.

We were hungry and ate the most sad, soggy, disappointing mozzarella sticks on the way home. 5 mozzarella sticks for $9.95 is literal highway robbery. The pizzas were also soggy, and tasted very burnt all over. Not worth trip.

I ordered a pizza to be cooked medium. It came out over cooked golden brown cheese at best bottom was brown not light is appearance. The kitchen was loud with workers banging of pizza pans, very annoying atmosphere. The server was not pleasant after informing of the food not being cooked correctly

First and last time here last night. I got one of my favorite Italian dishes, chicken francaise. I've had it multiple places and it's always delicious. That was sadly not the case here. I was served five small pieces of greasy, oily, unseasoned room temperature chicken with a side of pasta that came in a dirty and crusty bowl. My whole party was underwhelmed with their food but mine was particularly terrible and I got it removed from the bill. I ended up leaving dinner......to go eat dinner.

About a week ago (Sun.) I came in to have lunch with my Son and Mom. Our waitress literally made us leave. We were sat by a boy in the second room, not the nice one with the boths and radios. It was dead empty and I know why. First we sat at the table with dirty-unwrapped silverware placed in front of us. Then our waitress took her sweet time getting to us to order. While all this was going on she didn’t acknowledge us. She was busy screaming at another waitress (who was laughing at her stupid ness) about a drink and running a very very loud blender. At first it seemed like banter but the woman won’t shut up and it felt like a nervous breakdown. We eventually get our drinks but it’s not enough. This woman “swears like sailor” in front of my son. It was downright embarrassing. I had to hold his hand, apologize to him, my mom for her behavior. It was disgusting and it disgusts me people like this work in restaurants. Especially place like Twins. It’s a restaurant staple and clearly they hire just anyone. Manners are important and bad language in front of my kid is inappropriate. My Mom said we should leave and I agreed. We took my kid and left. I won’t return after that. Unbelievable. She shouldn’t be as old as she is and acting like that in front of her only customers in the side bar room. Not to mention she disappeared for awhile while we were seated after she was yelling! Thumbs down. I be taking my business else where.

I’ve ordered from twins for years and the pizza has always been great. This is the second time I’ve ordered in the last few months and they’ve messed up the order or just undercooked. I ordered a large pizza, and added a few toppings and wrote in the note section, other half cheese only. I received my pizza that was completely undercooked and I asked for well done, and they put toppings on the whole pizza and then put cheese on only one half… so one half of the pizza had sauce and toppings only. I have small children who will only eat cheese pizza.. so they won’t eat this now. So disappointed lately with twins.
