A shiny spot in a rainy day at the Harbor. The place was pretty busy so I would recommend a reservation. The wait for seating and food was definitely worth it. The seafood pasta was hands-down one of the best pastas I've ever had, even in Italy! The Oyster Rockefeller was great as well and the scampi was good. Would recommend especially towards the night when most of the island is closed.

Took my wife here for her birthday. Everything went great. Service was outstanding. Food was delicious. We shared a mushroom appetizer to start. Sliced mushrooms sautéed in butter and garlic and dried Marsala and came with crostini and this creamy cambazola cheese. Then we had their Caesar salad as our next course. A simple yet fresh Caesar with romaine, parmesan and homemade croutons and an in-house Caesar dressing. I ordered the special which was a fresh crab and linguine pasta with these delicious fresh tomatoes. My wife ordered the Bella Nova from the menu which was a penne pasta dish with tender roasted chicken and Italian sausage in this rich gorgonzola cream sauce. Desert was Vinny’s Bananas Foster which was spectacular and their crème brûlée which was one of the best I have ever tried. This is a great spot for special occasions or just a great dining experience.

Loved everything we ate here! The veggie lasagna was amazing, but the pasta from hell stole our hearts. It’s on the spicy side, but the unsual taste of turmeric in an Italian dish drew me mouth after mouth to the pasta. The pasta from hell actually felt like it was from heaven ✨ The service was excellent as well! The best restaurant in all of San Juan islands.

We love Vinny's! One of the best restaurants on the island, and we've been enjoying their food for nearly 20 years now. They always have great attentive staff and an excellent chef. This year we went for a small birthday dinner and every dish was exquisitely delicious. We ordered their amazing calamari for an appetizer. Our second course was the Bacon Bleu Wedge Salad. YUMMM! And our entrees were their Chicken Parmesan and The Bella Nova pasta. Every bite was perfection. For dessert we went with their Chocolate Martinis! Wow!! They really made it a birthday dinner to remember and we can't wait to come back again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

A decent dinner experience. Dinner dishes were good, Chicken Parmesan, photo, Tiramisu dessert quite nice. Restaurant was very warm, AC not on, service ok and wine vintages not accurate on the menu. Worth a visit.

My husband and I went there a few days ago without a reservation and we were able to get a high table for two, overlooking the kitchen. We were greeted promptly and served courteously. I had garlic prawns as an appetizer. It came with good chunks of garlic and capers in wine butter sauce. Very tasty. My husband had puttanesca for his main and I had flat iron steak. Pasta was great but could've been better if the sauce was thicker. Steak came out pre-cut and had no flavor. Unfortunately, mushroom demi -glace didn't have much tastiness to pair with the steak. I had to over salt the steak to taste. The best thing about this dish was the asparagus. Will stick to pasta dishes in the future.

Overall not bad. I had the chicken Marsala, my husband had the mushroom risotto and for appetizer we had the garlic prawns. I was very very impressed with the prawns. The sauce was amazing. The kick of the garlic and the capers was absolutely superb. I was so impressed that I could dip bread into the sauce and eat it just like that l, even spoon it into the mouth. I was really impressed with the prawns and was looking forward to the entree but I was not impressed with the Marsala. The sauce was on the sweet side which was new. The noodles were just noodles nothing impressive and the asparagus had a crunch and was not chewy which is good. The chicken on the other hand had practically no flavor and was only enhanced by the sauce. Take away the sauce and the chicks had no internal flavor. My husband risotto was great. Good flavor, good Parmesan kick and very creamy. Super yummy. Overall good food. Kiddos to the person who made the garlic prawns. Those were fantastic ... Service was nice - gave you space. Overall ambience was a little noisy but it's an Italian restaurant so what can you expect. The lights on the ceiling were pretty cool.

Really disappointed. Here for my 60th bday weekend and choose to come here. The waitress had an attitude of being too busy to care but put on a fake smile. We ordered cocktails, had salad then our luke warm entrees. We wanted a couple glasses of wine but my husband and I like very different flavors, which is why we don’t order a bottle. I asked for a taste between two, then my husband asked for a taste of a different two. She says, “sorry, it’s against WA state law. I’ll lose our liquor license if I give you 4 tastes.” First, that’s not true. WA state law says you can give only 4 oz of tastes per person. We only wanted to determine which wine we each wanted a few glasses of! I was so turned off by her attitude we decided not to drink. Then after our meal she never came by to see what dessert we wanted, she handed us our bill as if to say, “you can leave now”! avoid the whole experience. We went down the street for wine and had a delightful time.

I got the gluten free spaghetti marinara and it didn’t come with ANYTHING, while my friend’s pasta got both cheese and oregano on it. For 22 dollars it was definitely not worth the price. My other friend also got food which had multiple pieces hair in it! The rest of my party’s food was great so just proceed with caution! If you want gluten free food this is not the place to go.
