Fish meal sandwich was cold ! French fries were cold .paid 10cent for a bag after I told cashier I didn't need a bag.Plus the fact is you have TV Commercials. For a special on their Fish sandwich. they try not to honor that. Especially the one in San Leandro. I go out of my way to come to this place. Just to get cold food and pay more. Last time I come here. Do better

The reason why I gave this Popeyes location in San Leandro a two star is because they do not honor The advertisement that you guys add on the TV for a three-piece chicken for five dollars and they’re telling me that they don’t honor it that price I have to go to a different location to my area in Richmond in El Cerrito and that’s what I did. I feel like that’s the reason why I don’t go to that Popeyes no more cause it’s too overpriced and you falsely advertise something that’s on TV. You should honor it if that’s a Popeyes location every Popeyes location should honor the actual prices for advertise Items. That’s like me going to McDonald’s and McDonald’s say OK I gotta buy one get one McChicken I’m gonna go get me a buy one buy one get one McChicken, since you tell your customer service is always right no matter what but under a different location it is wrong. That’s how you cheat your customers. That’s not how you get your customers respect yeah all of the prices for these actual advertisements as advertise on TV, the false ad advertise something is like what’s the point will you spend money like everybody else at the same time? Customer service is always right no matter what if you gotta wait for your Chicken issue that you guys to give out the complementary drinks for free They used to do it a long time ago to wait for eight minutes of your chicken. It’s ridiculous. They have good customer service highly recommended but they need to start honoring their prices as advertise. That’s how you get your trust with your customers thank you. I hope corporate really get this message cause I don’t want this to go viral on social media, TikTok, and Facebook because it will go viral About why is Popeye is a different location compare with not honoring the actual advertise price of a chicken that’s on sale that’s part of a deal of a coupon

This is a wanna be Popeyes. Chicken was not good. I ordered the 6 wings hot. They were overly crispy and no meat. The Mac and cheese was nasty and so was the coke slaw. Threw them away and managed to eat the wings drenched in ranch.

I'm really upset about my last experience here. I bit into my hot apple pie and started chewing, it was good. Took another bite and was unable to disconnect the piece from the base piece.😫 I realized I had bitten into paper of some sort. My dad bought the food and was not able to take the pie back to show the manager. I didn't need to pie anyway because I went hiking that day and the pie offset my workout. 🙄 The best part was the piping hot fresh chicken...yum. I wish this never happened but someone didn't take their job serious that day.

On this day, on this night, the woman that was working at the register and the one that was in the back supposed to be cooking rude Today is 2 pieces Tuesday night. Couldn't even order a meal wouldn't cook no more chicken and wasn't closing until 10 my advice to anyone, do not go to a restaurant that's ran by a bunch of young kids. Not too responsible need a management around them. I'll never go back there again.

This is the worst Popeyes location I’ve ever been to. They always get my order wrong or leave items out — and it’s not just delivery, it happens when I order in person too. To make matters worse, my most recent order arrived completely unsealed. That’s unacceptable. It’s really disappointing to consistently have missing items and incorrect orders with no improvement. I really hope management takes this seriously because this has become a pattern.

This is the second time me and my husband have went to this location and have gotten some sort of stomach virus from the food here!!! We ate the BBQ wings yesterday, that’s the only thing we ate all day and by nighttime I was continually going to the bathroom to throw up and use the bathroom all night!!! When we initially ordered our food, there was not enough sauce on our wings at all, I asked if they could put more sauce on the wings, and when I asked they pulled the sauce from the refrigerator which then made the wings cold🙄. So I ask if they could please just warm them up for us and the manager says no we can’t do that, so I asked her if we could have some fresh wings that weren’t coated in cold sauce and she gets an attitude and tells me it will be 30 mins, I said ok because who wants cold food?? She wouldn’t want cold food. As we are waiting for our food I made the observation that no one is wearing gloves 🧤 or hair nets, I know this is mandatory working around food because I have worked in a food establishment previously myself( I knew I shoulda followed my first mind and asked for my money back) but instead I continued to wait for our food. I will not be going to this location EVER again. I should not be getting sick from properly prepared food, twice within this year, it’s ridiculous.

The franchise owner needs to be contacted immediately. This location at night serves very old food and expect you to pay full price. The female Hispanic manager that works day shift is very rude always has her phone in back pocket while on it and serving food without washing hands. Prices are too high to serve old food. The chicken fries busicut has a old smell. I'm tried of contacting support for same issues. The health and safety department should pay this place a visit.

Disgusting windows!! Horrible service, the employees didn't greet me, no condiments were offered no napkins were offered, no dipping sausce was offered for the tenders. Nope, nope NOPE!!!!

Horrible. They burnt my sandwich and the chicken was soggy and tasted like they made it yesterday. Customer service is horrible. Please hire people who actually enjoy the job. Don’t go.
