This store is in a nice location and had been undergoing renovation. The times I have been there were meet with friendly and helpful staff. The menu of taco bell has changed and along with it is find that this location ensures the food is as fresh as possible. I especially like the new chicken burrito. I'll eat here once in a while when my diet can take it.
The staff are really patient especially during lunch and dinner rushes. They always get my order right as well
I am liking the munchables. They keep forgetting my Hot and fyre sauce though. Certain menu items are pulling the weight thank goodness
Came through on the late side of getting off and needed a quick snack before bed. Great and fast service and my meal was correct. Good was hot and delicious and hit the hungry where I needed.
Love this location because it’s super convenient and close to home. However, one night I had ordered a Refresca in LARGE, but the girl handed me a smaller cup (Medium perhaps?). Puzzled, I asked “This is a Large?” She lied and said “Yes.” However, the next time I ordered a Refresca, another girl told me “It only comes in one size.” Could’ve told me that from the start. Anyway, the worst experience was at the drive through one afternoon when a young guy who was manning the drive thru kept rushing me through my order. Kid was giving me no chance to look at the new items. He kept asking “Anything else? What else? Is that all?” Like, bro, relax. He didn’t even allow me to keep ordering. He just cut me off and said “Pull up to the window.” Mind you, there was NO LINE — No cars in front of me, no cars behind me. Don’t know if it was first day jitters or he simply has no patience for his job. Oh, well.
Convenient location on corner the of Marina Blvd & Alvarado. Has a drive-thru area. Opted to walk in to order. There are plenty of tables to sit. You have to order from the walk-up kiosk. There are staff to help you if you have difficulty. Order was ready fairly quick.
Well I added crumble sausage to both of my burritos adding an extra $1.30 to my order. Did not receive sausage on either burritos, won’t be back to this location for a while
Dining area is a ghost town. No condiments, napkins, or straws are out. Need to flag down a worker in the back area to help you. Food is prepared very sloppy and often gets the orders wrong or forget items. Dining area isn't clean at all.
Everytime I order from there they never put sauce that I put on order for meals... I literally just ordered $42 worth of food and the main thing I like about tacobell is the sauce. I would pay for it if it was required but its not and I added to order this is the 9th time this has happened from this location so got to leave this review 😔
Didn’t have the drink I wanted so gave me a different one without asking, and gave me a regular instead of a large, and when I complained they insisted the drink in my hand was large when the cup was the same size as the regular my sister got.
The person taking order didnot understand and took longer to take order and still give me wrong food also two missing items.
The guy at the cashier he had a very bad attitude even I ask for the manager she doesn’t speak English and she’s rude do always give me my order, missing items or two do you really need to change the whole stuff? And the cashier he doesn’t wanna accept any order from inside the counter. He told me you have to order from the machine outside was a really really bad attitude.
I really don’t even wanna give it a one I wasn’t there today with good expectations, and the line was very long it took quite a while to get up to the window when I got to the window I watched the cashier fill up 4 cups of different drinks for other people he walked away for a while was gone then decided to come back and finally got to me. I said I don’t understand why it took so long to come to the window cause I’ve been waiting at least two minutes or more I mean I’m trying to be very Liberal but with the time but it was quite a while and finally one of his coworkers pointed to the window and he finally Took my payment to leave. But I won’t be back I mean I was trying to get this before work and I barely made it only because of the lengthy Time it took him to even get to the window and his Attitude was not very good either so I just won’t be back this is not something that I will ever do again
I’ve been here twice. Extremely long wait times each time. Poorly managed and/or not enough staff. Better off ordering quality take out food elsewhere and it will likely be ready faster.
Been here 3 different times around 715am when they open at 7am they never acknowledge the drive thru even though I can see them from outside. Terrible don’t go there.
I thought I had placed a mobile order however I didn’t see a confirmation order, but the app told me just to wait there on the screen. I thought maybe the app was glitching and if not I could always place one in line. When I got to the voice box in the drive-through line the person told me they saw my orders and to pull forward. Once I got to the window I was told they couldn't see my order and I could not place an order with them unless I went back through the drive-through line and waited. I already waited 15 minutes in the drive-through line. When I asked why was my order confirmed and told me to pull forward. The young man told me it was a busy night and to keep pushing ma’am. I ask for the manager and his name. He said he didn’t have to tell me his name and the manager wouldn’t help me. (He was right if that was the manager). He brought an older lady over and I asked why was my order confirmed at the voice box instead of them telling me we didn’t have/see your order and having me place an order then. She looked confused and was going to say something but the young man stopped her and started speaking to her in Spanish. And she said there was nothing they could do. When I asked for her name and the young man I was told her name was Louisa and his name was George and they walked off laughing. I highly doubt that was their name and that she was the manager. If so Taco Bell trains better customer service. I’m upset it was confirmed at the voice box instead of them telling me it’s not there and having me place it then.
The people who run this Taco Bell seem to be incompetent and have major language barriers! They only have kiosk orders on the inside which charges you extra for stuff that if you ordered through the drive-thru it would not be charged to your order. (RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!) They lack the necessary customer service and comprehension skills to understand let alone do a good job. They don't follow instructions well when it comes to people's orders unfortunately. This establishment is not child friendly due to the lack of high chairs talking about they didn't want to get sued when other Taco Bells have high chairs. And Upon leaving when I mentioned I noticed mice around the rear exit of the establishment the guy says to me "There's mice everywhere" 😩 I explained that, that can a be a food safety hazard and they should do something about it, he says to me "We clean up everyday" which is beside the point if the mice get in... It's only a matter of time before they have an infestation. It is safe to say we will probably not be back at this location.
Ordered meal at the drive thru. Paid my meal and order was handed to me. They said we were good. I broke the cardinal rule of always checking your order before driving off but I did. That's my fault. They forgot my two nachos. The bag did feel kinda light. Definitely heading to a different Taco Bell next time.
Ordered the new party pack nachos today and specifically asked for no tomatoes as my son is allergic. The person taking the order rudely said it doesn't come with tomatoes, even though on the picture you can clearly see them. We get home and open them up and there were tomatoes and the tray looks nothing like the picture, it's barely full and full of tomatoes. Waste of $12! Also asked for fire sauce and got no sauce at all... very disappointed.
Nine times out of 10 oh, my five layer burrito is made wrong. I specifically order without nacho cheese and it seems like I always have to drive back because they just can't get it right. This morning I was in a rush and drove off. 2 miles later, I reach for my burrito and of course tons of nacho cheese inside. Ruined my breakfast / lunch. When I called the restaurant, the number is disconnected. Horrible service
