This location is one my favorites, they dont skimp on the fillings and dont set you up with broken hard shell taco's. Only downfall is the pan handling outside the drive through from time to time.

A quick, easy and fairly inexpensive breakfast from Taco Bell...Breakfast Crunchwrap and Hash Brown Toasted Burrito w/steak definitely did the job for me after fasting before my lab and doctors appointment at Kaiser...!!! Less than $7 (had my own coffee)..no complaints, and App order was ready and waiting for me at the drive-thru...!!!

Nice clean place , friendly staff , good food . And a great male front desk staff always remembers people’s faces and puts a smile on mine . That man needs a raise he is always so giving and makes sure you don’t leave even without a straw ! . Good service I gotta say .

Ordering at Taco Bell is always hit and miss. Today my tacos were full and hot. Lots of toppings, quick service and no attitude when I asked for my receipt.

Fast and efficient, even with my picky order (allergic to dairy). It's Taco Bell, so almost everyone knows the style of food and offerings. It always tastes freshly made her and is quick in the drive-through.

I love taco bell. Their dollar menu is where it's at. If you get there between 2-5 happy hour is underway. Strawberry skittle freezes for a dollar. Can't beat that.

Omg this place just gets me through a jam. I love these furry tacos. I noticed people made reviews years ago. They should know that the 'chefs' here have a high turnover rate. These 'experts' know what I want when I want. Delightful absolutely stupendous. What a marvelous day this has been.

Listen, I know that fast food isn't the healthiest, but you know what your getting into when you go to Taco Bell, and man is it good. Never had a problem with this one in particular, always clean, and the food is good.

Best service I've had in a long time. The one by my house sucks. This one on Marina had good food with great service. I had questions about how the food was prepared and got all the answers I was looking for. I had a pleasant talk with the manager. My order was 100% correct right down to the amount of hot sauce I requested. Thank you to the staff and management for the great service. I definitely would refer my friends and family to this location.

This Taco Bell seems to always be on point every time. I ordered 2 steak power bowls for my teenage son and I and 3 tacos for my 4 year old daughter. The power bowls are one of the healthier options yet very satisfying meals on the menu. Some taco bells like to skimp on the steak but this location was very generous with all the portions. The staff is always very efficient and pleasant here.

I got quick service. The staff is good. The line is usually super long on the weekends because it's open late night and close to a strip mall. It's also not far from Walmart. They are less expensive than most taco bells generally speaking. All in all I would recommend this taco Bell if that's your craving.

This store is in a nice location and had been undergoing renovation. The times I have been there were meet with friendly and helpful staff. The menu of taco bell has changed and along with it is find that this location ensures the food is as fresh as possible. I especially like the new chicken burrito. I'll eat here once in a while when my diet can take it.

The staff are really patient especially during lunch and dinner rushes. They always get my order right as well

Clean and quick servive. I just wish Taco Bell would bring back the " Bell Beefer". It was a Taco Bell's virgin of a "Sloppy Joe"or A "Taco Bell Burger". All I know is that they should bring them back and put them on the $1 menu....I wonder why Taco Bell would stop selling them!✌🍄🌲🌸

They have self serve kiosks inside that can make the experience a tad quicker. The inside is generally clean. The drive through line falls into the street during busy times. Decent sized parking lot.

Every now and then I get tired of cooking so I like to break the habit and get taco bell love the chalupa, crunchy taco, and now salad. If you are okay and don't get heart burn hey then you can spoil your self too. Friendly workers some smiles, sticky floors. Plenty parking and handicap accessible.

Love this location because it’s super convenient and close to home. However, one night I had ordered a Refresca in LARGE, but the girl handed me a smaller cup (Medium perhaps?). Puzzled, I asked “This is a Large?” She lied and said “Yes.” However, the next time I ordered a Refresca, another girl told me “It only comes in one size.” Could’ve told me that from the start. Anyway, the worst experience was at the drive through one afternoon when a young guy who was manning the drive thru kept rushing me through my order. Kid was giving me no chance to look at the new items. He kept asking “Anything else? What else? Is that all?” Like, bro, relax. He didn’t even allow me to keep ordering. He just cut me off and said “Pull up to the window.” Mind you, there was NO LINE — No cars in front of me, no cars behind me. Don’t know if it was first day jitters or he simply has no patience for his job. Oh, well.

Wait times can be long at times and food portioning can be hit and miss - sometimes my burritos are huge, sometimes they skimp on the meat. Inconsistent in both food and service at this location

Always quality food service can be questionable. I drove right by theva/endant who was assisting taking the orders. Hate to say but he was not paying attention or sleeping or both. I HAVE NO DIRECT EVIDENCE OF THAT LAST STATEMENT. BUT DIDNT EVEN KNOW HE WORKED THERE.

Convenient location on corner the of Marina Blvd & Alvarado. Has a drive-thru area. Opted to walk in to order. There are plenty of tables to sit. You have to order from the walk-up kiosk. There are staff to help you if you have difficulty. Order was ready fairly quick.

Food was good. I tried one of their new combos and a mango slurpee. The staff was great. However, the cleaning conditions were not good, specially the one restroom that was available, and that makes me wonder and worry... is the kitchen condition the same as the restroom?

I love Taco Bell but this Taco Bell consistently gets the orders wrong. I asked for 2 bean burritos with no cheese, extra beef, and extra beans. Instead I got 2 bean burritos with no cheese AND 1 bean burrito with no cheese, extra beef, and extra beans. Please get the orders right.

Nice people, but they have trouble getting you order made correctly, I always use their Computer Terminal to enter my order and they get at least one item wrong every visit. TACO BELL on East 14thbetter. In S.L., much better service, FYI.

I'm vegetarian and ordered Veggie crunch wrap with black beans with no cheese & no sour cream. However after my first bite, noticed something weird and figured out they actually made it with beef. Immediately went back and asked for clarification. The lady said I don't know what you get and will make a new one (that's why 2 stars). I gave them the beef crunchwrap back but they seems to had no regrets for the mistake they made. Could have handled it much better! 0 for customer service.

Second time to this place. Food preparation was terrible again, all tacos were broken and none of the sauce i asked for they provided. They make you feel they're doing you a favor by taking your order. Never again.

Rude people! Not sure if she is a manager or what but everytime I have come here when she is here I've had a problem. Came in for lunch, ordered from kiosk and wasn't given all the drink options so selected diet pepsi expecting to get my own. When my 11 year old daughter asked to get the correct drinks after they made them in the back instead, the lady behind the counter popped an attitude about the fact that diet pepsi was selected, then my daughter told her that the option for regular was not given and she got upset but got the drink anyway. Had to send my drink back because it was not the brisk dragon I clearly asked for it was something red. Oh and my daughter found a hair in her food. She told the guy we usually deal with about it and he fixed it but not without having to fight with the ladies behind him. We WON'T be coming back here for a while.

My wife ordered 4 Mexican pizzas and requested them to be vegetarian. The employee stated there is a vegetarian option as well. Got home and they all had beef in them and they didn’t give a receipt. Tried to call and no one picks up.

That was the worst dining experience I've had in about a year. I used the kiosk to order and it took four times longer than talking to a person. Then it took forever to get the food, and when I got it they hadn't given me the right food and the add-ons were missing from the burrito. Pretty bad.

Someone please inform the corporate head office that this branch needs more employees! The food takes so long. Do not go through the drive through. You'd probably end up spending more money on your gas tank than the food you order. Manager of this branch - Please do something about the service in this place. It's supposed to be "fast food"! I had a horrible experience here today. They did not put my complete order in my bag at the drive through, a fact I did not discover until I got home. I go back to get my food that I was charged for but not given then was insulted by the cashier and the manager who suggested I was trying to steal 4 dollar tacos. After more discussion than it takes to visit a doctor, I was finally given the food I was charged for but not given. I will never go to this taco bell again!!!!

Stay away from this place. Horrible service, I ordered food without meat and found beef in my food. It happened atleast 5 times now, I didn’t complained before with mindset that it happens after all they are humans and they can mistakes. But then I thought it should not keep repeating, so i called to complain their management, but after listening my complain they hang up on me and when I called back they didn’t pick up my phone. It seems like they don’t care. They are not even worth 1 star, If there would be star less then 1 then I would have given that. Don’t go to this place, horrible customer service.

I really don’t even wanna give it a one I wasn’t there today with good expectations, and the line was very long it took quite a while to get up to the window when I got to the window I watched the cashier fill up 4 cups of different drinks for other people he walked away for a while was gone then decided to come back and finally got to me. I said I don’t understand why it took so long to come to the window cause I’ve been waiting at least two minutes or more I mean I’m trying to be very Liberal but with the time but it was quite a while and finally one of his coworkers pointed to the window and he finally Took my payment to leave. I thought I had placed a mobile order however I didn’t see a confirmation order, but the app told me just to wait there on the screen. I thought maybe the app was glitching and if not I could always place one in line. When I got to the voice box in the drive-through line the person told me they saw my orders and to pull forward. Once I got to the window I was told they couldn't see my order and I could not place an order with them unless I went back through the drive-through line and waited. I already waited 15 minutes in the drive-through line. When I asked why was my order confirmed and told me to pull forward. The young man told me it was a busy night and to keep pushing ma’am. I ask for the manager and his name. He said he didn’t have to tell me his name and the manager wouldn’t help me. (He was right if that was the manager). He brought an older lady over and I asked why was my order confirmed at the voice box instead of them telling me we didn’t have/see your order and having me place an order then. She looked confused and was going to say something but the young man stopped her and started speaking to her in Spanish. And she said there was nothing they could do. When I asked for her name and the young man I was told her name was Louisa and his name was George and they walked off laughing. I highly doubt that was their name and that she was the manager. If so Taco Bell trains better customer service. I’m upset it was confirmed at the voice box instead of them telling me it’s not there and having me place it then.

The people who run this Taco Bell seem to be incompetent and have major language barriers! They only have kiosk orders on the inside which charges you extra for stuff that if you ordered through the drive-thru it would not be charged to your order. (RIP OFF!!!!!!!!!!) They lack the necessary customer service and comprehension skills to understand let alone do a good job. They don't follow instructions well when it comes to people's orders unfortunately. This establishment is not child friendly due to the lack of high chairs talking about they didn't want to get sued when other Taco Bells have high chairs. And Upon leaving when I mentioned I noticed mice around the rear exit of the establishment the guy says to me "There's mice everywhere" 😩 I explained that, that can a be a food safety hazard and they should do something about it, he says to me "We clean up everyday" which is beside the point if the mice get in... It's only a matter of time before they have an infestation. It is safe to say we will probably not be back at this location.

Ordered meal at the drive thru. Paid my meal and order was handed to me. They said we were good. I broke the cardinal rule of always checking your order before driving off but I did. That's my fault. They forgot my two nachos. The bag did feel kinda light. Definitely heading to a different Taco Bell next time.

Ordered the new party pack nachos today and specifically asked for no tomatoes as my son is allergic. The person taking the order rudely said it doesn't come with tomatoes, even though on the picture you can clearly see them. We get home and open them up and there were tomatoes and the tray looks nothing like the picture, it's barely full and full of tomatoes. Waste of $12! Also asked for fire sauce and got no sauce at all... very disappointed.

Nine times out of 10 oh, my five layer burrito is made wrong. I specifically order without nacho cheese and it seems like I always have to drive back because they just can't get it right. This morning I was in a rush and drove off. 2 miles later, I reach for my burrito and of course tons of nacho cheese inside. Ruined my breakfast / lunch. When I called the restaurant, the number is disconnected. Horrible service
