It's very strange; apparently it's open, but we couldn't access the parking lot. My partner and I arrived at 8 pm, and there were many people upstairs, but the ground floor was inaccessible. It was recommended to me as very good, but I was truly disappointed. It's a shame; I had to go somewhere else.
