The best place to buy whole bean coffee. Few places in San Luis Potosí have the expertise to roast coffee properly. Uriel is an expert at it. If you want an alternative to bitter coffee, that super dark roast (which even draws out the oil from the bean and leaves it shiny) of commercial coffee, you have to try Kat Blue's. I recommend the Chiapas coffee, naturally processed; it's super fruity with a delicious, smooth acidity, perfect for a V60 or Aeropress.
