I've had some issues placing an order by phone or WhatsApp, as I arrive to pick it up and they haven't even started making the pizzas. It's understandable that they have high demand, but it's happened to me three times already, and it would be very unfortunate if it only happened to me. Other than that, everything was great. 🍕💯

It was truly unusual to find them in the park offering their pizza, but they brightened up the afternoon with the family. Excellent flavor and service from the young people. The pizzas were very tasty 👌🏻 The only problem we had was the attitude of the young man who served us, who was very unpleasant. We ordered the pizzas by phone and from the moment they answered the call, they were very rude and hung up on us before finishing the call. We ordered 2 pizzas and he told us that there was a promotion of 2 pizzas plus some fries that would go with the 2 pizzas and we told him that was fine, when picking it up at the counter we said good afternoon and he didn't answer us, the guy left and went to the other area, when he came back he asked us if we were going to order something or if we came by order in a very rude way, when paying we told him it would be by card he told us that the promotions can only be paid in cash which we did not complete in cash (it should be noted that it was our first purchase and they told us over the phone that today there was a promotion of 2 pizzas plus some fries but they never told us under what conditions the promotion was valid), which seems silly to me that it cannot be done with a card if we are paying him in the end. We told the guy that he would then charge us for the fries or take them away but that we were going to pay by card because we did not complete in cash. In the end, he rudely handed us the chips, saying that next time, we know that promotions are paid in cash.

Ya van dos veces que pregunto o quiero ordenar y tardan más de una hora en responder no se de que forma se pueda pedir y ordenar?? O si es venta exclusiva a quien????? Porque su perfil es público pongan ahí si tienen preferencia o solo algún club o que onda y de esta manera uno no pierde su tiempo en tomar en cuenta su negocio

Una verdadera desgracia que pizza tan mala la masa estaba ácida y mal cocida el queso y el peperoni de muy mala calidad, no lo recomiendo para nada

A man came by to sell us a pizza coupon booklet. Two people from the group messaged us starting at 3 PM, and even now (days later) we still haven't received a response from the pizzeria. It's really unprofessional of them, since we bought the coupon booklet and it clearly states that their service is via WhatsApp. We send messages, but they don't read them, even though they receive them. They don't even bother to say they're short on time or anything. When you call them, they hang up. Honestly, their customer service is TERRIBLE. I bought the coupon booklet so they wouldn't sell me pizzas; they should have told me beforehand, and I could have saved $120 and gone somewhere else. I hope they fix this. 😠
