I love the chicken at these stores. I first discovered the one on Nereo, and now I love this one at Himno and Independencia. The seasoning is delicious, the chicken is juicy, and the packages are very complete and reasonably priced. They also have amazing chicken patties. It's a great option for a busy day or a weekend.

The chicken is delicious, but sometimes the service is poor. If the waiters are friendly, the experience is good. Today, Sunday, February 21st, I happened to see someone serving someone without a mask. They should have refused service or asked them to put it on.

***Good and Fast*** They offer many different packages at a great price. I ordered the "Paguete Familiar" which came with one whole chicken, five tortillas, five crunchyroll chicken tacos, an order of seasoned potatoes and small side of elbow pasta all for $165 pesos. I also ordered two Tortas for $18 pesos each. The Tortas are small but very good and filling. Tortas was also chicken. Overall, I liked the food. It was not the best chicken but it's good. The prices are very reasonable! The Bad: Only red salsa (not spicy). I would like to have green salsa, too. Also, just five tortillas for an entire chicken.

The food is delicious; they sell ranch-style chicken (roasted) and rotisserie chicken. They have different packages available. Note: They no longer have the "free half chicken" promotion; now you can add sides to your package. There aren't as many people there since they changed that promotion on Wednesdays. Even so, the food is very tasty, and the chickens aren't too small. Although I bought a package for 298 pesos, it included a pack with 5 tortillas, one and a half chickens, 10 crispy tacos, and two small bags of salsa. (It no longer includes salad or soup). The promotions just don't grab you anymore 🤷

Although the chicken is delicious, they have very few staff members who can't keep up with the number of customers. The lines are long and it takes up to 40 minutes to order a chicken and wait for your order to be delivered; this has happened to me more than once.

I got the bad one, you line up and they sell you based on which chicken is on sale that day... And when I got in the next line they told me they didn't have any more, not even any other chicken. I love the seasoning. My rating is for the service, because the seasoning is like the chickens I mentioned, in the State of Mexico that's how chickens taste... Delicious...

A little while ago I went by a place that had a promotion, and it turned out they didn't have any rotisserie chicken. So the lady on Vasco de Quiroga offered me the roasted chicken, and the very friendly guy even gave me a piece to try. It was really good, so I decided to order it. But surprise, when I got home, I only found 8 pieces. I was missing 4. What happened to the Wednesday promotion? I've tried calling the phone numbers they list to find out if the roasted chicken isn't part of the promotion... I didn't go back to the place because it's far from my house, and I have plans to go out, so I'll just eat what I got home...

Terrible service, not even a good morning, they don't wear masks and the workers fight and scream in front of everyone. Of the 6 times I've gone I've only been able to buy 2 because they never have chickens, plus they make you wait 10 minutes just to say -we don't have any more-. The 2 times I bought they wanted to give me the wrong change

Terrible service, not recommended at all. They make you wait ages, they don't tell you they're out of chicken and it'll take even longer to prepare it until after you've already paid. I'm never going back. The place looks unhygienic and very neglected; there are much better options.

Terrible service. They take over an hour and a half to deliver an order. I'm near where they are, so I called to find out what's going on, and the woman who answered told me the delivery driver does whatever he wants and that he's been out on a delivery trip to Periférico Norte for an hour already. That's an answer, and then she asked me if I could cancel it?! It's a shame that they lose customers because of employees like them. The chicken is delicious and a good price, but the service is awful.
