Chicken is much better than KFC, the biscuits are the best in the world. The Spicy line is delicious, worth the wait. Those who say it takes too long aren't true. 15 minutes maximum. The chicken is delivered piping hot.

The burgers aren't that great, all chicken. The fries are good, although few in number. The $95 combo includes the double jalapeño burger. The service is incredibly slow, and it slows down when you order more than six.
It's very good but it doesn't have good service, they want to sell you what they want and they take a long time to serve.
They wouldn't let me use the promotion on the ticket for two free items, even though it says it's valid at any branch without exception, and their employees said they "are independent," which doesn't seem very logical to me, but otherwise I'm satisfied.

Terrible service and food quality. Profeco (Mexican consumer protection agency) should investigate this place; they serve raw chicken and spoiled salad.

Bad service, rude staff, they try to sell you what they want, they add "taxes" to the bill, when you ask for an explanation they act like they don't know anything, terrible food
Irresponsible. They didn't start cooking the chicken strips we ordered until we asked how much longer they would take. They give you lame excuses to cover up their carelessness and irresponsibility.
It's absolutely rubbish. I bought tenders and they were raw. You know the harm of eating raw chicken. Don't eat here. It's really rubbish food and very expensive. What rubbish chicken.
The staff's service was terrible and rude. You order your chicken to go and they give you nothing but the chicken in its box, no napkins or disposable items. Literally, "FOR EATING IN, YES, BUT FOR TAKEAWAY, NOTHING."
Terrible service from the employees! Rude from the person taking the order to the one who throws it at you. The chicken was raw; in an order of 8 pieces, they only give you 4 wings, and EVERYTHING WAS RAW.
Bad service, the burger is so-so with guacamole, and the only thing that comes with it is the avocado... two small portions of chicken, and the damn bacon, a measly slice... And the worst part is that your fries aren't crispy, they're as hard as rocks... I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!!!!! IF YOU WANT FAST FOOD BETTER GO TO SUBWAY
They leave a lot to be desired... the burger they advertise as deluxe guacamole bacon... Cold, spicy for some palates. And I couldn't find any guacamole anywhere... just a couple of avocado smears... but anyway, it is what it is.
