The food was delicious and the service was great. I brought my baby and they provided a high chair. He was crawling around the place too and there were no problems. It took a little while for our order to arrive, but everything was very tasty. I went early with friends and it started to get crowded around 10 pm when we were leaving, so we had a nice chat beforehand.

The place is pleasant and the food is good. We went in a large group and they were able to serve us kindly, although there weren't enough staff to attend to all the tables, and some dishes took longer to prepare. The noise from the screens and the general atmosphere wasn't too loud, but being on the second floor without windows helped to keep the noise level down. Parking can be a problem during peak hours. A place to return to when we have the chance.

It's very well located, the views are nice, but the service is very slow; you have to remind the waitresses of your order, although they are very attentive. The portions are good, and overall everything is delicious and quite affordable. A good place to go out with friends 👍🏻

They have great deals. The prices aren't too high, and the food is good. I really liked the micheladas, and the view is nice since it's near the Tequisquiapan Gardens. The only downside is that the sound system isn't the best and it's a bit annoying. The place is big, and I recommend it for going out with friends.

I loved the burgers with guacamole and Doritos, I highly recommend them! Good service, friendly staff, and a great place to chat. Although the food takes a long time to arrive. The micheladas are also highly recommended.

I visited this place on a Thursday night, hoping for a quiet dinner. The restaurant was practically empty: I counted about 20 tables, and only 3 were occupied, one of them just arriving. That already seemed odd, but I decided to stay. We ordered two orders of wings and some cheese sticks. Nothing complicated. What followed was an endless wait. No one came to offer us drinks or check on us. After 55 minutes, no exaggeration, an employee approached us and told us that the food was "almost ready." We decided to wait a little longer, but after an hour and 10 minutes in total, we simply left. They never brought the food. The strange thing is that during that time, only one Uber Eats delivery driver showed up. If they can't handle 3 tables and one order, what will happen on a weekend? The restaurant looks well-located, across from a busy area. But inside, it's a different story. Slow service, unmotivated staff, and clearly no leadership. It was a waste of time and a frustrating experience. I don't plan to return, and I certainly don't recommend it. If you value your time, find another place where you'll be treated with respect.
