why are you closing starbucks i’m so sad i love it there please don’t close it
Personally, I've had nothing but good experiences at this Starbucks. There have been occasions when I asked for my drinks to be made in a particular way in Yuma, and they don't get them right. I've stopped at this Starbucks, have told them what I originally wanted, and they remake the drinks for me just like I asked. Their employees have always been polite, their atmosphere is peaceful, and they even have a board on their counter where they write positive messages to customers. The last one I remember reading was about the importance of kindness. I'm very proud of our local Starbucks, and the young people who work in it. I definitely recommend them.
This Place has plenty of potential, I been here about 6 times now, they miss an opportunity to provide an excellent customer service, NOT that the past 2 visits have not been pleasant, they been great, they have the border, people crossing and no real competition.... They are good staff, but they need leadership to motivate them to give better customer service and provide accurate orders.... I don't know management, but it does seem that the past few times the customer service has improved.
We needed a quick pick me up on our road trip. Did not go inside but the drive-thru was quick.
Came across a rough morning & missed my order pick up. I called them & jeniffer was super nice, she offered to remake the drink with no hesitation 🫶🏼 really appreciated it!
They always forget toppings, If you ask for extra toppings and extra coldfoam they do not do extra. Caramel drizzle ? they always forget and put it on top, . Theres like 2-3 employees who actually get my orders right out of the whole staff. Maybe they got new staff ? So even if you ask for extra ( i do it in the app, if it gives you the option they they should follow it) Eh , will stop going for a bit & might switch up to new local coffee shops. So first feew pics has been recently , and the rest were before they started to not make my coffees how i like them , if they wanna charge me an extra just to fill it up they should , they could let me know at the drive thru , i dont mind paying. I want my coffee a certain way & its not cheap for it to be wrong or not filled all the time. I guess ive only had one rude worker , so the rest have teally good customer service, always smiling , offering , I always order through the app so my coffees pretty much the same one all the time. Just the starbucks in san luis has these issues. Love starbucks , but man, $9 dlls for a coffee, most of the time 2 at a time & for them not to be filled ? Maybe im just expecting more from the san luis one
I placed my order today at 6:33am and it said the coffee would be ready at 6:41am. I chose drive thru pick up. When I got to the window I was told to park because my coffee wasn’t ready. I didn’t get my coffee until 6:50am almost 20 minutes after placing my mobile order. A kind young man with glasses named Michael brought me my coffee and I told him it wasn’t cool, waiting 20 minutes for a simple coffee and he said his shift just started and he didn’t know what was going on. Regardless he apologized for something that wasn’t his fault and I appreciated it. However it’s still ridiculous waiting for 20 minutes while other cars were given their orders right away and I could see them driving away and not being parked like me.
There is a massive difference in quality and customer service at this location. There seems to be a cultural excuse for the way staff treats customers and how they handle business. While this is a border town, that does not give the staff a pass at welcoming/greeting or responding in English. When you speak English here, some of the staff seem to take offense or outright ignore you for extended periods of time. The quality of the drinks is just as bad, plenty of folks have posted what their drinks look like from this location, enough said. Im not sure if the young woman who looked so stressed trying to get the staff motivated to do better was the supervisor or manager but kudos to her for trying despite the annoyed looks I saw from the employees who overheard her speak to the drive thru.
we came this morning to pick up and online order and ended up waiting about 25 mins for one drink. employees seemed to be more focused on Drive-Thru orders above anything else. the atmosphere was nasty they all looked mad at each other.
Its good to have one in our small town, but the service needs to improve. There is a ridiculous wait time through the drive through service. I spent an hour trying to get a drink. It’s important to note that there seemed to be a plethora amount of people inside, but the wait over all is too long. Therefore, it is safe to say there needs to be a change of speed. Over all, the drinks need some work and there needs to be a good intertwined work flow between the drive through service and the incoming costumers that do walk ins.
Waited about half an hour to get my order which was taken wrong, and barista was rude and unprofessional about the mistake. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been in.
Horrible, customs are definitely not to customer centric and the eb and flow is nothing compared to what this West Coast Chain is. Came here to work and have coffee and was Harassed and Followed by a Mexican Man Dressed in all black. Also the Staff here wear all black apparently and I asked the Barista / Cashier the specific address to that location and for a card. They used to have business cards and someone else in the Next Register answered and didn't let me personally ask my question to the Cashier Barista. I disregarded her as I wasn't speaking to her to begin with. Also got kicked out of the line for requesting a specific item menu and water. Called corporate and I personally think it's this Bordertown culture issue. I'm used to Starbucks following their Traditional Seattle Style of Customer Service. If you have an attitude with customers requesting something like a Starbucks coffee then you need to better educate yourself and go to the real West Coast chains and see how they actually serve customers. If you speak Spanish they treat you like a queen and cater to you at places here like at la Bodega. But if you've paved your own way they get astounded when you want a very specific roast and blend. They personally shouldnt be working there if they can't handle true Starbucks customers. Not to mention I used to spend 40 dollars a day at Starbucks and it's a Traditional Office Requirement to be a Starbucks drinking Professional. Ps most of my work is in California! Anyways. Be better, be competent, and do your job. Stop saying customers aren't always right. If I'm reading off your menu, I am. Get over it and give me the exact items I am paying for. It's simple. Bye!
Went through the drive thru last night. The line was long, and I waited along my mother and brother for over 5 minutes, and no one asked for my order through the screen. Called out for someone politely several times, and nobody responded. We proceeded toward the drive thru's window. Batista there asked why we didn't order, and I proceeded to explain that nobody ordered . She stated I had to wait until someone responded and that they couldn't control their headsets. Even after explaining, she proceeded to take my order. Once my order was ready, another barista gave me my order (shaken iced oleatto grande) and said "next time I need to wait until someone takes my order before pulling up to the window, otherwise, they will not take any orders". In a very demeaning and rude way. Coffee was great. Service needs to be nicer and not condescending to its patrons.
Good morning, today I ordered three different coffees and to be completely honest it was the worst tasting Starbucks Ive ever had. It had ABSOLUTELY NO coffee taste after I had clearly paid for extra shots of espresso in all three coffees! You guys just want to charge extra for anything but of course be lazy and clearly not add the coffee WE paid for! If I would have wanted hot milk I would have just asked for that. I will be showing a picture of the hot milk you guys gave me after paying extra on everything.
Worst service I've had at any Starbucks. Ordered two drinks, got one, and waited for the second. 10 minutes go by, so I get up to ask and they say its in the line to be made. It was a busy time so I understood and sat back down. 5 minutes later someone gets up and asks for their drink, they grabbed that ticket and made it on the spot. This upset me, but there were only 2 tickets left so I waited. They all got made, and a new ticket was added, so I get up to ask again. They told me it's in a different area because of the type of drink it is. The lady working that area, chimes in and asks me what drink it was. She didn't have it in her area. Now I'm confused, and she looked confused as well. A girl with pink hair then suddenly says she has it. It was not in line anywhere, she just had it on her hand, and was not making it. She then proceeds to make it with the foulest face. It tasted awful, and not even sweet. These drinks are diabetes, how could it not taste sweet? We just left, I had already spent close to half an hour there, I count it as $6 down the trash. Never going again. Lady with pink hair, you are horrible.
