The only problem was the delivery time. I bought four Goodyear tires from the Serna website, and they took exactly one month to arrive, even though I had already paid. The staff was friendly throughout the process, and when the tires arrived, they were perfect. There were no problems or delays with installation. Be very careful with online purchases; it's better to buy directly from a branch and ask about delivery times in case they don't have the tires in stock, as the 5-7 business day delivery time after purchase was not met.

Honestly, I went for some tires that were at a very good price, but I didn't imagine the price I had to pay, waiting like an idiot for three hours to have just the two front tires on my truck replaced... To be fair, the salespeople provide excellent service, but the mechanics, or whatever they call the ones who change and install tires, are incredibly slow. If you go to get them changed there, be prepared to wait at least two hours after you placed your order... I asked one of the installers why they were taking so long, to which he replied: "Well, look, there are only two of us, and there's only one machine for removing and installing tires for sport rims. We have another one for steel rims, but if I put your tires on there, they'll damage your rims, and that's why we have to wait in line, all because of the OGT owners who don't want to hire more people and buy more equipment." In short, next time I'd better go to Pablo A de la Garza, where they'll serve you quickly even if I have to pay a few pesos more. For now, SERNA has just lost me as a customer. And finally, a word of advice to the owners of all these types of businesses that provide poor service: DON'T BELIEVE THAT A BUSINESS IS LIKE A HOE, FROM HERE ON. Today I had a really bad experience. I called the corporate office this morning and they told me they had tires available, and I only needed to replace one. I arrived at this branch at 1:10 pm and they told me there were no tire technicians available to install them and that I should just leave, period. There was no solution, and I wasted a lot of time. So I decided to call the Bonifacio branch, and the service was excellent, as it should be. The astute Diana Arredondo answered and simply told me to buy the tires and come with her so they could install them. She had to make a call, and everything was resolved. However, Mr. Luis and Angeles provided terrible service from the beginning. Their service improved later on.

I went to buy a pair of tires, which included mounting and balancing, but not alignment. They do the alignment discreetly for 300 pesos and advise you not to say anything at the sales office. And what is alignment? I didn't know because they just looked at the tires, adjusted them, twisted them from side to side, and that was it...is that alignment? I was left wondering, but I had to pay since I had already agreed. I won't be going back. That branch is a real rip-off. In my previous purchase, a while ago, they swapped my spare tire for one that was no longer usable and wasn't even the brand I had. I only realized this when I got home, and when I went back to claim my own, they refused, so I left their junk in the trunk.

The tall, bespectacled woman who works as a bill clerk is incredibly rude. I happened to be there when she was swearing at another customer. She was extremely ill-mannered and bossy. She was also badmouthing her own colleagues. How can you have someone like that working in customer service? It was a terrible experience listening to her talk about her coworkers and how she cursed at customers. I hope you take action on this matter.

Terrible service, zero commitment, and a complete lack of professionalism. My experience was extremely unpleasant from the very beginning. The person behind the counter seemed to work reluctantly, with no interest or respect for the customer. From her curt and curt demeanor to the way she handled problems, it was clear that customer service is not her priority. I placed an order for four tires, and instead of delivering them efficiently, they brought them one by one, with the excuse that it was raining. However, the tires came in a van, so the "justification" made no sense. The lack of organization was evident throughout: the warehouse blamed her, and she blamed the warehouse. Meanwhile, no one took responsibility, and no manager showed up to put things in order or resolve the situation. The total time to change the tires was three and a half hours, which is unacceptable for such a simple service. And the worst part is that the alignment, which I was also going to pay for, couldn't even be done because "the equipment got wet and didn't work," inviting me to come back another day. This demonstrates not only poor planning, but also zero interest in fulfilling customer service. You don't expect anything for free, but when you pay for a product and service, the least you expect is attention, efficiency, and commitment. I didn't find any of that here. Customer service training is conspicuously lacking, and the internal organization leaves much to be desired. I definitely won't return, and I don't recommend it to anyone who values their time, money, and decent service.

If you come to this place to get your tires mounted, make sure you leave with all your lug nuts and accessories, because they lost one of my security lug nuts and now I'll have to spend money to buy new, original ones. Excellent quality products at low, mid, and high cost, depending on each customer's needs. This branch has located two complete sets of the tires I've been looking for on two separate occasions in the last two or three years. However, the customer service isn't the best, especially the young woman at the checkout counter who makes the tax invoicing process seem complicated when it's actually quite simple. She doesn't explain or even offer any advice on whether or not you want an invoice, which I consider terrible customer service. The attendant who parks the cars and asks for your keys has no idea how to park an automatic vehicle. He parks it in park without using the parking brake. In addition, he was constantly stealing air from the tires in the office, making annoying noises, and overall, he was extremely unprofessional. Regarding the main mechanic who changed my tires, he was TERRIBLE. If I could give him a negative rating, I would, but I can only give him one star. He has zero supervision of his work, which is the most important part of his job, in my opinion. I say this because he doesn't use the appropriate lifting clamps for each vehicle. BEWARE, they're going to damage the underside of your car without you even noticing, and they certainly won't tell you if you're not paying attention. I pointed this out to the mechanic right there, and he basically played dead. And finally, the last negative point is that the tires are taken from the warehouse, which, by the way, is located here on López Mateos. Because they're stored there, they're covered in dust, and that's how they install them. You'd expect things to at least look new, since that's how you buy them, but he doesn't even bother to apply a coat of Armor All or something inexpensive. It makes something that was just bought, and certainly not cheap, look terrible.
