Fuimos a probar su coctelería, muy rica. La fruta usada era fresca y con gran sabor.

Este es otro lugar clásico que debes conocer en San Quintín, el Chef Javier es todo un personaje y siempre se esmera en darte un gran servicio. Debes probar la pasta Parmesana y las tenazas de jaiba con paprika, riquísimo.

Muy buen lugar para comer, tienen muy buen sazón, los platillos que pedimos fueron bastos. Hay una variedad de cocteleria clásica amplia. Me gustó el lugar, el personal muy amable, los tiempos de cocina fueron rápidos, se siente un ambiente bohemio y rústico. Recomendable para ir en pareja o con familia.

✨ Excelente experiencia en Eucalipto Restaurant, Bar & Grill ✨ Quiero compartir nuestra maravillosa experiencia en este restaurante. Desde el momento en que llegamos, la atención fue excepcional. El chef Javier Castellanos nos sorprendió con una propuesta deliciosa: una fresca ensalada de frutos rojos y un exquisito pescado a la plancha con ajonjolí negro, bañado en una delicada salsa de alcaparras y jaiba… ¡simplemente espectacular! Llevé un grupo de 17 personas y todos quedaron muy satisfechos, contentos tanto por el servicio como por la calidad de los alimentos. Además, el precio es justo en relación con la experiencia que ofrecen. Quiero destacar también la gran disposición del personal: al momento de cobrar las bebidas, una amable señorita organizó el cambio de manera muy ordenada, colocando las notas en la mesita con excelente actitud y amabilidad. Ese tipo de detalles marcan la diferencia. Sin duda, es un lugar que recomiendo ampliamente. Si lo eliges, no te vas a arrepentir. ¡Gracias, Chef, y gracias a todo el personal! Espero regresar muy pronto.

Hermoso y pintoreso lugar, en el área de los humedales, que comparte la belleza del paisaje con el restaurante Molino Viejo. La combinación de la cocina Baja Med a precios accesibles, el ambiente combina nostalgia y buen gusto ideal para relajarse. Definitivamente de los mejores lugares en San Quintin.

Es un gran lugar, su cocina es muy buena y todo lo tiene super fresco, realmente muy agradable y con una atención de primera categoría, vale mucho la pena que prueben sus platillos, tuve la oportunidad de probar la Curvina y el omelet de mariscos y los dos platillos, uno de cena y otro de desayuno, estuvieron espectaculares

OMG! This place lives up to its reputation and then some. We had an amazing dinner experience that is among the best ever. Chef Javier greeted us and proceeded to prepare an incredible meal. The blue cheese salad and clam chowder were fantastic, but when the lobster arrived we were astonished. The steamed fish and crab meat was outstanding. This is the place for meals you will never forget!

My 2nd time in a year eating here. February 10, 2025 we brought friends & had a fantastic meal & experience. Then stayed at Old Mill hotel. It was a Monday night & only 3 groups in the restaurant which was great. Chef & staff were attentive. The restaurant has a rustic Baja fun vibe. Check the critters in the fish tank…lol

Most underrated place in Mexico that most will never find. I think they do a horrible job if advertising...but if you know...you know. Amazing food by the chef. It's incredible to be honest. Especially for the location. He could be in anywhere. He's there. Serving incredible mariscos and steak. Want something special or doubt him? Ask him. He will blow your mind with truly quality food and a great experience

THIS PLACE 😍😍😍🙏🙏🙏 This is the kind of place that makes dreams come true. I had the gift of meeting the fisherman and chef of Eucalipto. He caught this fabulous blue fin tuna bigger than my 7 year old and he cooked orgasmically delicious steaks from this glorious fish that evening. As my eyes were rolling into the back of my head, I noticed the chef watching us as we enjoyed the scope of his work. I have never felt quite like Anthony Bourdain until that unforgettable day. This restaurant fed us for a few days of our trip to San Quintin. The food was always impeccable, delicious, and beautiful. It's a hotel restaurant, so of course it is pricey. They have an extensive menu and offer a variety of things hard to find elsewhere in San Quintin. We were there during the mothers day week, so it was busier than perhaps what is usual. The downside to that was wait times were long and we did not always get what we ordered... sometimes a thing would be forgotten, but often we would be so full and entertained by what we had that we didnt quite realize it till later. I'm not even sure if we even paid for those things either. It happened a few times. And they didn't always have menu items. But they made up for it with kindness, hospitality, and exquisite quality. None of the downsides deter me from loving the whole experience. I would go back to San Quintin just for this restaurant, the Old Mill Hotel, and that gorgeous view of the volcanoes over the bay.

After about four months in Baja and on our way back to the States we decided to stop by a place that I had visited almost 20 years ago called The Old Mill Hotel three miles off Highway one in the town of San Quintin. Sitting right on the bay of San Quintin right next to the Hotel was a restaurant that wasn't here when I had visited it 20 years ago called Eucalipto Bar and Grill. The interior of the restaurant was beautiful warm and inviting, but what we didn't know is that the food created by this highly skilled and talented chef was going to take us on an amazing culinary experience. We had been eating our way through Baja and had some truly amazing meals yet our venture was about to rise to a whole another level. The first night my wife had the pesto pasta topped with grilled chicken and it was some of the most tasty and tender chicken we had ever eaten. And I had arranchera, a marinated skirt steak. Not only were the flavors decadent, literally you could cut it with a fork. As seen in the photos the kitchen is open to the dining room and the chef was very engaging with the diners. Later that evening we got to meet this talented Chef Javier and his lovely and beautiful wife Adriana who are both the partners of the hotel and restaurant. So we decided to stay at the hotel in anticipation of another meal prepared by Chef Javier and things only got better. The next night was quiet in the restaurant, there may have been a few other tables filled so we sat in front of the kitchen right where we did the night before. Chef Javier asked us what we would like to order for dinner but we really couldn't decide so I asked if he could surprise us and that he did. First he brought out sashimi grade seared tuna accompanied with stone crab cakes. Everything was an explosion of unbelievable flavors. Then things just kept going further into culinary stratosphere levels. He brought out stone crab claws for which you're given tools to extract the meat; however, I instead dove in animal style with my fingers to extract the sweet succulent meat. Then chef Javier asked if we were up for more and of course we said yes and each dish kept blowing our minds. He then brought out a never created before dish, which he caringly prepared especially for us, two filet mignon steaks cooked perfectly topped with octopus and mushrooms served on a heated salt brick and it was incredible. If you ever have the opportunity while in Baja to sit down at one of chef Javier's tables you won't be disappointed.

Five star restaurant that's a bit pricey but worth it and now it's added breakfast! Want to know where to get eggs Benedict in San Quentin? Yep, you got it and all breakfast includes mamosa. Come and check it out. Right in the Old Mill hotel next to Don Eddie's.

Unbelievably great experience. Fireside table and great service from Isaiah. Shrimp and lobster in a flaming Parmesan prepared pasta. Visual and taste beyond anything I could imagine getting here. Chef Javier, Claudia and Jasmine all were top performers preparing dinner and the filet and mashed potatoes and tequila sautéed vegetables were a big favorite with our party. Finished with a flaming Mexican coffee teaming with rich flavor. Eucalypto is a must stop place for anyone traveling within 200 miles. Thank you Old Mill!

This awesome place is located at the Old Mill Hotel right next to the office. The manager of the hotel is the owner of the Eucalipto. Javier is a true chef. He serves only top quality beef, lamb, pork, fresh fish and lobster. If you truly want a great meal, stop by and you won't be disappointed. Be prepared to spend a little time there but it is well worth the wait.

Excelente. Solo abre de jueves a lunes y el menu del desayuno se extiende hasta las 3:00pm. El menu cambia a partir de esa hora.

Review: 2025 Tengo que actualizar mi opinión sobre este eucalipto. Lamentablemente, la cena que tuvimos estuvo regular, nada espectacular. Este lugar siempre lo he recomendado, pero ya no podre hacerlo a ciegas. Al día siguiente le di la oportunidad para el desayuno. Otra decepción, ni menú teníamos. La atención es muy buena, el lugar encantador, pero finalmente vamos por la comida. Espero puedan ajustarlo y espero que en mi próxima visita viva la misma experiencia de hace años. En mi huevo salio una cascara grande de cascaron, nada bien. Review 2022: Este lugar es verdaderamente encantador, con un ambiente campirano y romántico que lo hace muy especial. Aunque está un poco escondido, cuenta con letreros que lo indican claramente, por lo que es importante estar atento. Además, la calidad de la comida es increíblemente deliciosa, con platillos que son accesibles en términos de cantidad y presentación. Se puede disfrutar de una deliciosa comida en cualquier momento del día, ya sea para desayunar, comer o cenar. El menú cuenta con mariscos, carnes y pastas que seguro te encantarán. Definitivamente lo recomiendo ampliamente, ¡vale la pena al 100%!

La atención de las meseras no es malo pero tardan en atenderte, en el menú no viene el menú de bebidas y la mesera te las menciona pero como que no se sabe todo su menú de bebidas por que omitió varias bebidas y me enteré que había una bebida mas por que en otra mesa la pidieron y cuando la mesera me menciono las bebidas no estaba esa. La comida no esta mala pero no es lo más rico, las porciones están algo pequeñas y los precios si están algo elevados, a demas de que tardan un buen, hasta para llevarte el menú tardan. Puedo decir que no volvería yo pedí un molcajete y esta salado y le faltaba algo por que no sabia a nada más que a la sal.

La comida no está tan mala, la considero algo de cualquier Local, Más no algo Gourmet, el pollo que pidió mi esposa estaba reseco, mi arrachera no estaba tan mal, el servicio no lo considero lento pero Si Desatento, ya que te tienes que estarle hablando para que te puedan seguir atendiendo, la propina YA se la Cobran a lo chino, aunque me salió mas barato así que lo que les iba a dejar Yo

Tenía altas expectativas por los buenos comentarios. La comida estuvo buena, pero tardó mucho más de una hora. Aún no puedo creer que las langostas de unos comensales americanos que llegaron después que nosotros salieran primero que un par de huevos divorciados, un omelette y un plato de fruta. Pedí tres veces leche para el café y la bebida de mi hija. Le hablamos al mesero y nos dejó con la palabra en la boca por la prisa de atender turistas americanos.

Terrible servicio. Casi 3 horas en recibir nuestra comida y la "mimosa de cortesía"era un jugo de naranja caliente. Si no te ves como turista no te tratan igual

Lugar rústico, decoración mona, solo que al momento de pedir no tenían más que una opción de las entrada, todo se le había acabado, las tortillas de maíz estaban acedas y la atención aunque se esforzaban fue deficiente, personal sin capacitación! Pero pues no hay mucho de donde elegir acá, esperemos que se esfuercen y ofrezcan en el futuro una buena atención y cuiden los insumos! Decepcionada 😢

The service here is terrible, I went here a couple of weeks ago for the third time.I don't know why I convinced myself things would probably be better. There was nobody here and waited more then 1 hour and didn't get my food. I ended up having to leave without eating because I had somewhere to be. For the prices they have you expect good quality service, the service here is bad. I'm not one to be negative but save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else like "Jardines"

All review we have read, we decided have early dinner here at Eucalipto restaurant. 'Catch of the day' fish dish ($14US) was great but rib eye was not good at all. It was not worth $35 US to me considering we are in mexico. My hubby had 2 bites and street dog had rest. Worst part was trying to pay our bill. Our Waitress was occupied with other table, we had other waiter helped us occasinally during meal time. Getting a bill was very long time consuming. Seems like no one else can take care of our bill but our waitress, there was no table in our hall, couple of group at the patio, she had no time to take care our bill for very long time. Finally waiter got us a bill, another waiting, we decided to walked to the cashier to pay ourselves. A bit of confusion in a process to convert us dolla bill to mexican peso by cashier, we got out of there with dissapointment.
