La Madame es un lugar espectacular. El servicio que recibimos fue impecable, el personal fue excepcionalmente atento y profesional en cada momento. La comida es excepcional, los platos están cuidadosamente elaborados y tienen excelente sabor. El ambiente es elegante y muy sofisticado, perfecto para cualquier ocasión. Los camareros nos trataron con un respeto y dedicación admirable. Definitivamente un restaurante que recomendamos altamente a todos nuestros amigos y conocidos.

Restaurante curioso, con un ambiente distinto y una carta también distinta. Nosotros tomamos una tosta de burrata para compartir, el meloso de cerdo ibérico y el solomillo Wellington. De postres la piña y la tarta de queso. Todo muy bueno y el servicio también excelente. Más tarde nos enteramos de que los nigiris de foie eran la especialidad de la casa. Buena razón para volver…

Exactly what I want when going out to a restaurant, attention paid to the ingredients and creative cooking, a fun and exquisitely executed menu with delicious cocktails and good wine. After a few meals of pintxos it was a delightful change. We went on a quiet Sunday night to celebrate a birthday, and they didn’t disappoint. Thank you for a great evening! Definitely worth a visit.

If you're debating on where to eat in the endless options of san sebastian, do not sleep on la madame! We walked in towards the end of lunch service without reservations and had simply one of the best dining experiences! Cesar took incredible care of us and ensured we got to explore the tastes of la madame in a comfortable setting. The staff didn't rush us and explained all the dishes to us! We highly recommend their scallops, hake and ceviche. Their grilled pineapple dessert stole the show! From beginning to end we felt welcomed. We highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Make a reso to ensure a table.

Exceptional San Sebastian experience. Great retro vibe. The food was inspired. The Huevo a Baja Temperatura a la Carbonara in particular...like nothing I've ever eaten...so delicate and complex. Delectable. The service is second to none...anywhere. Ceasar was the perfect complement to the evening...everything you want...nothing you don't...always attentive...great stories about the restaurant and the dishes...never intrusive. The cheesecake is a king in a town of cheesecakes. Highly recommend. Thanks for a lovely evening La Madame and team!

What a special treat! We decided to splurge and have a nice meal. We split the burrata starter which was divine. I had the paella special and he had the butter chicken. We split a bottle of txakoli. It’s right off the beach and some of the seats have a view of the ocean which great during sunset. It’s not super stuffy as some patrons came in shorts and a button down.

Small, very thoughtful menu - modern continental European. EXCELLENT wine list. We had a miss on what was ordered vs what was made, and when we asked for the dish we ordered, we were told it was no longer possible. Our alternate turned out to be excellent though. Owner was very gracious. Would definitely recommend dining there. If you are into cheesecake, the owner's recipe is a lighter version of a traditional Basque-style. Very good.

The best restaurant ever! Every dish is recommended especially the tuna tartar. Their cheese cake is amazing too, worth trying. We love the staffs. The service is great. They introduced every dish with details and patience. The host Cesar (I hope I make it correct) is friendly, warm and full of passion. With him, we understand how the sentence ‘Feel at home’ truly means. I can see how he is so proud of the restaurant and it is such a pleasure to be served by him and all the other staffs there. We will come back again for our next trip to San Sebastián. And all the best to this restaurant and all of you!!!

Wow wow wow!!!! Wow!! what a great meal. One of the best during my 3 week European trip through Spain and France. The “egg” dish was one of the most delicious pasta dishes I ever had, with really wonderful tasting guanciale and perfectly cooked egg. So tasty, it was hard to describe. The scallops were outstanding!!! The shrimp ceviche was unlike any ceviche I had ever had. This really was an outstanding meal. Even the cocktails were amazing. And the service was top notch. The waitstaff was all super friendly, spoke in different languages and were always attentive. I loved this place!!! You will not be disappointed!! Make reservations so you don’t miss out on such a delicious meal.

Great food and great atmosphere but it’s advisable to book in advance. We turned up here late on a Monday evening (many other restaurants were closed) and were lucky to get in as they were extremely busy. Fortunately they were able to squeeze us in because there were only two of us. Service was a bit slow to begin with but the wait was worthwhile because the food and wine were really very good. I had scallops to start with (delicious) and a tuna tartare for mains (equally tasty). Thoroughly recommend and thank you to the restaurant for letting us in at such short notice!

My husband and me had a very enjoyable dinner at La Madame. Good atmosphere, attentive staff, delicious food, nice wine pairing, all made our night. The chef made special adjustment for my husband, who is vegetarian, this is really considerate and flexible.

Probably the best restaurant experience we've had in spain so far and that says a lot since we have been here for 5 months and have traveled all over. We've been to Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Grenada, Seville etc etc and even the Pyrenees. The food here was the best amongst them. We had the steak tartar as an appetizer and my wife who is polish and grew up on the stuff said it was the best she's had in europe. I had one piece of foie gras nigiri. Yes, that's right they made foie gras into a nigiri and it had this amazing unagi sauce. As mains, we had the scallops and the hake. Price was fair with the average entree at around 25 Euro and it was on par with some of the more expensive restaurants in our home town Toronto.

If you pay 35€ for one dish you have to expect a proportional treatment, which we received! The waiter is very polite and the food is delicious. We paid 113€ for two people but we ordered two starters, two main dishes and two desserts, a coke and a cocktail! The main dish Washington is very tasty!

Absolutely amazing, I rarely give 5 stars to a restaurant but this place wowed me with every dish we tried. The host Cesar (hopefully got it right) was as amazing and the food was also the best I’ve had in the last 3 weeks spent in Madrid and Barcelona. What a delightful experience. Our waiter was an excellent host, who took us on a culinary journey, explaining each dish with great enthusiasm. We had perfectly cooked seafood, burger and pork. The best dish were the scallops in a Thai sauce. The pork crackling wasn’t cooked enough, so it was soft and not crispy. The cocktails were tasty and the atmosphere was cool with a great musical soundtrack. The foie gras on crispy rice, as well as the salmon starter were also favourites. They were so good we ordered more to take them away

This place is simply amazing from the magnificent and pleasant attitude of the staff, making you feel welcome and well cared for from start to finish, to the incredible good quality of the products. From my husband's and my experience this place has everything you need to have an awesome evening. Their cocktails are very tasty, you cannot leave without trying one. El lugar está genial. Muy buena música y ambiente agradable. La comida está, en general, estupenda. Sin embargo, es evidente que sale más rentable pedir unos platos que otros (en el brunch) para el precio que se paga. El precio es algo elevado, comparándolo con otro lugares. Compensaría si las raciones fuesen más generosas o todos los platos igual de impactantes. Aún así es recomendable visitarlo por su calidad y ambiente.

Atención cercana de diez, te explican cada plato con mimo, eso ya suma. Los huevos a baja temperatura con perlas a la carbonara, panceta ibérica, espuma de parmesano fina, y una yema cremosa embolvente es puro vicio. Las vieiras en su punto exacto, con ese toque sutil de citronela, aceite de bogavante que eleva el plato. Como final, volcán de chocolate y helado de vainilla… El local acompaña ambiente cálido, moderno y muy cuidado. Producto de calidad, bien tratado y una experiencia que invita a volver.
