I had a really good experience at this Carl’s Jr. near the border. The place was clean and well-kept, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. My order came out quickly and exactly as I asked, which I appreciated. The manager even checked in to make sure everything was good. The food was fresh and delicious, and overall the service made a big difference. Definitely one of the better spots in the area if you’re looking for a quick and tasty meal.

This is a great spot near the border. Clean, very little foot traffic from the homeless/vagrants that hang around at the Jack in the Box by the border. Service is excellent. Staff is friendly. I recommend this location.

Our group stops here for lunch a couple of times a year while traveling. There is always construction on the access road. They always seem to be one person short staffed, and in the rush, the orders often aren't correct. Having said that, they have been nice and quick to correct the order.

I've been there many times late at night and when I was at the drive-thru I was ordering and suddenly they answered me "sorry we're closed" and I replied, aren't they supposed to be 24 hours. To which they responded "we won't serve you have a good night." I wanted to insist but I'm afraid that at some point they'll spit in my food without realizing it. And another thing that does bother me is that they also don't want to charge me paying with debit/credit card, only cash after 2am is it safer to use my card. Why I would have cash in the middle of the night waiting for my food?

I’ve been coming to this carls jr for years and never had such a frustrating experience, I was so close to just backing out of the drive thru and going home. This location recently started using one of those AI to take your order and it’s incredibly frustrating. It’s slow, has a hard time understanding and gets your order wrong 75% of the time. I’ve had to ask for a team member every single time I’ve interacted with the artificial unintelligence. The human employees are kind and friendly, food was fine but won’t return to carls jr until the AI is gone.
