Booked a table last night tried twice before and has been fully booked and now I know why ? it’s situated in a old sleepy Spanish village the food was so delicious and the ambiance is to die for. The restaurant itself sits maybe 25 to 30 covers so book well in advance.
Man kann nicht viel schreiben. Lokation Top, Service Mega und Essen Exzellent. Von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert ein wahrer Traum. Wer auf Genuss steht, ist hier genau richtig. Wir sagen Danke für die tolle Genussreise, macht weiter so und wir kommen gerne wieder 👍

Book in advance for a sumptuous dining experience. You will not be disappointed. The hostess (Gesine?), was very attentive, speaking Spanish, German & English. I can’t wait to go back next time I’m in the area. It’s a small intimate restaurant so be sure to make a reservation, it’s a very easy process online.

Kann man nur empfehlen... ein Traum das Essen. Die Besitzer sind so was von Top...kommen jetzt seit 4 Jahren in den Ort und waren das erstmal dort essen...wir könnten uns in den Allerwertesten beißen.... Die Küche hätte einen STERN verdient...ein Dankeschön an Gesine und ihrem Mann für den Schwabenbonus.

Aquest petit restaurant francoalemany (propietaris alemanys però cuina amb un toc francès) ens ha agradat moltíssim. L’ambient és tranquil i la carta és curta però molt variada i completa. Tots els plats tenen un alt grau d’elaboració i ens van agradar molt! Hi tornarem segur.

We ate here last night (6/11/19) for our friends birthday. We were warmly welcomed and seated to our lovely table. The menus were fabulous, I chose from the main menu and our friends chose the Game menu with the set courses. Food was amazing and cooked to perfection! The service was professional from start to finish and it really was a lovely fine dinning experience. We can’t wait to go back and try the lunch menu.

Geweldig gezellig restaurant met super lekkere gerechten met passie bereid. Omdat t niet te groot is is reserveren aan te raden en krijg je persoonlijke aandacht van de gastvrouw die meerdere talen spreekt. Europese standaard prijzen maar zeer in verhouding met de kwaliteit van de gerechten en de goede service en bediening. Een aanrader!!!
Sehr gutes Essen und auch der Service ist unschlagbar. Preis etwas höher jedoch sind hier Chef und Chefin voll involviert. Wir werden zum speziellen Anlass bestimmt wieder kommen.

Dîner samedi soir 25 mars avec des amis dans ce très chaleureux restaurant. Accueil sympathique et souriant, cuisine excellente. Tout était parfait. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.
Nous avons passé un très bon moment au restaurant Ratatouille. Tout était parfait, la cuisine excellente, le service assurè par la femme du chef était parfait. Cette dame est très souriante, parle très bien le français et s'occupe très bien de ces clients. Nous reviendrons, merci pour votre bon accueil.

The food is superbly cooked and the hosts, a husband and wife team, are welcoming, friendly and very attentive. It is well worth a visit to Sanet y Negrals to try this gem of a restaurant - highly recommended.
Een restaurant waarvan je wenst dat deze bij je in de buurt ligt. Wij waren 3 maanden in Spanje en hebben hier enkele keren gegeten. Gewoon fantastisch. Zoals al geschreven wordt, gastvrije bediening, geweldige keuken en voor mijn vrouw elke keer andere vegetarische opties. En de porties zijn ruim voldoende. De "gebeizte Lachs" in het voorgerecht is om te smullen. Mooie begeleidende wijnen. En nu weer wachten tot het winter wordt, dan weer snel naar Spanje en dus naar Ratatouille !

Wieder und wieder, immer fantastisch! Das was aus der Küche kommt, genau so wie wir es gerne mögen. Das beste Rinderfilet weit und breit, zusammen mit geschmackvollen Zutaten, eine wahre Gaumenfreude. Was aber wäre ein gutes Essen ohne den exzellenten Service. Auch das wird uns im Ratatouille geboten. Wir kommen wieder, verlasst euch darauf!

Fabulous meals. We have visited twice during our stay. Food and service are excellent. Husband and wife business and they know about food. It is mouth wateringly presented and the combination of flavours are amazing. Quiet and intimate in a small town. Would be a regular visitor if I lived nearby.

We (me, the wife and her parents) were staying in Sanet y Negrals for a birthday treat (father in law's 70th) and decided to eat out as a change to the usual BBQ fare. What a great idea! This restaurant opens at 19:00 for dinner service and we arrived at ten past. We were immediately asked if we had a reservation - a reservation? It was early March and the town was deserted! People must come from miles around to eat here, and now that I have, I can understand! Anyway, the manageress managed to get us a table and we settled in to study the menu. The choice was awesome, there was something for everyone, including vegetarians! We decided against a starter so we could have a dessert instead - clever - and the house red to drink. The wine was fantastic - one of the finest reds I have had at home or in a restaurant! We chose the rack of New Zealand lamb (twice) and the fillet of beef (also twice). Both choices were, by unanimous decision, some of the finest food we have ever eaten, I have never had a better steak in my life and I didn't even need a steak knife - the meat just fell apart when the normal knife went anywhere near it! I also had a cheeky taste of my wife's lamb and that, too was awesome! Once the mains were out of the way, we were presented with the dessert menu and chose four different delights, all of which were fabulous! We had a great time at the restaurant - about 3 hours all told - and at no time did we feel rushed or in the way despite arriving without a reservation. Our meal included 2 bottles of the house red (awesome), mains and dessert (and also a fab salad and pate, speciality of the chef which we were not charged for) and it came to a very reasonable 160 euro. If you are in the area, you simply have to eat here. You would regret it if you missed out, trust me!

Sehr zu empfehlen. In der Tat ehrliches Essen zu fairen Preisen! Die Qualität und die Zubereitung der Speisen zählt in der Umgebung von Orba/Denia zu den Erstklassigen! Wenige Tische, daher auf jeden Fall frühzeitig reservieren! 5 Sterne + *!
Sehr gutes Restaurant. Die Speisen werden mit großer Sorgfalt zubereitet und liebevoll serviert. Die Salatsosse war leicht und ertränkte den Salat nicht. Das Lamm war auf den Punkt gegart und das Gemüse hatte noch etwas Biss. Das Dessert zum dahinschmelzen. Alles in allem war es ein perfektes Menü. Hierher komme ich garantiert wieder.

Es war wirklich alles 1A. Salat, Suppen, Gruß aus der Küche, Hauptgang und Dessert war wirklich alles hervorragend. Service/Bedienung war auch sehr zuvorkommend und nett. Hat uns sehr gefallen. Wirklich zu empfehlen. Update: meine Schwiegereltern waren nun auch da und wir waren auch nochmals da und sind wirklich alle sehr sehr glücklich darüber dieses Restraunt gefunden zu haben. Wir kommen Im nächsten Urlaub wieder:)

Wir, meine Frau und ich, waren heute angenehm überrascht von dem guten Essen das uns im La Ratatouille geboten wurde. Neben dem schönen Ambiente ist auch noch die freundliche Bedienung erwähnenswert. Wir kommen wieder.
Wir waren heute das erste Mal im La Ratatouille essen und sind total begeistert! So lecker haben wir schon lange nicht mehr gegessen. Wir haben ein komplettes Menü genossen und alles war mega lecker. Auch der Service war hervorragend! Vorweg warme Brötchen mit gesalzener Butter und dazu noch ein Gruß aus der Küche, perfekt! Vielen lieben Dank an das nette Betreiber-Paar, wir hatten einen wunderbaren Abend und kommen gerne wieder.
Zum erstenmal im Restaurant. Alles sehr stimmig und auf sehr hohem Niveau. Die Eigentümer machen alles mit sehr viel Leidenschaft und Erfahrung und Hingabe. Tolles Restaurant, jeden Cent wert und absolut zu empfehlen. Man muss lange suchen, um sowas tolles zu finden. Höchste Bewertung.
Kleines Restaurant im Ortszentrum. Kein eigener Parkplatz. In umliegender Straße fündig geworden. Wir waren am Abend hier. Kleine Menükarten mit 4 gut zusammengestellten Variationen. Wir hatten als Hauptgericht Rehragout mit Rotkraut und Spätzle bzw. Rindersteak auf Pfeffersouße und Kartoffelgratoin. Dazu einen regionalen Rotwein und eine Süßspeisen als Dessert. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet zubereitet und sehr lecker, die Portion gerade richtig. Der Wein dazu stimmig und der Nachtisch ein süßer Abschluß. Der Service aufmerksam und zügig. Es kocht der Chef selber, der Service wird durch die Chefin selber geleistet. Preisniveau etwas höher, aber angemessen. Das Ambiente rustikal ohne Schickschnak aber gemütlich. Alles sehr sauber, sehr gut!
Ce restaurant propose une cuisine délicieuse de l entrée au dessert ! Une carte très variée à des prix très abordables. Les assiettes sont copieuses. La patronne qui sert est chaleureuse, très agréable et serviable et de surcroît elle parle, allemand, anglais espagnol et français ! Je le recommande vivement et nous y reviendrons assurément aux prochaines vacances.
Da fehlen mir die Worte. So was findet man äußerst selten. Wir waren gestern Abend dort zum Essen und waren total begeistert. Wir sind von vorne bis hinten perfekt verwöhnt worden von Frau Janasik, die das Lokal mit ihrem Mann betreibt. Der Service, die Speisen und Getränke sind von allerbester Qualität. Unser bestes Essen seit langer Zeit. Sehr aufmerksame Chefin, die sich Zeit nimmt für Erklärungen. Ohne Reservierung normalerweise keine Chance reinzukommen. Schön wäre es, wenn es auch Sitzplätze im Freien geben würde.
Wie alle vorher beschrieben. Gehobenes leckeres frisches Essen zu einem super Preis. Wer gute Portionen in Sternequalität essen möchte und ein familiäres Restaurant sucht, ist hier Gold richtig. Danke

Se localiza en un pueblecito cerca de Denia, en la planta baja de la casa. Si estáis hartos del bullicio de los restaurantes de Denia y queréis calidad esta es una excelente opción. Tomamos merluza y rape y la experiencia fue exquisita. Os lo recomiendo, por un poco más tendréis tranquilidad, buena comida y un servicio agradable y simpático. El vino a su precio, un muy buen Pasion de Bobal de 2020 a 17 euros.

Lugar acogedor, cocina excelente y trato exquisito. Fuimos a ver "La Cueva de las Calaveras" que está cerca y comimos aquí. El precio es algo elevado (menú de 17€ sin bebidas) pero la calidad de la comida realmente lo merece. Como punto negativo pondría que la bebida no está incluida en el menú y que sólo hay un plato de postre por lo que si eres alérgico o no te gusta te limita un poco.

El precio es algo elevado (menú de 17€ sin bebidas) pero la calidad de la comida realmente lo merece. Como punto negativo pondría que la bebida no está incluida en el menú y que sólo hay un plato de postre por lo que si eres alérgico o no te gusta te limita un poco.
