Highly recommend!!! Amazing, amazing olive oil served at the table and the pictures will speak for themself! 🥳 Highlight for Olive Oil lovers: the dessert (creamy ice cream) was suggested and at the first spoon I just knew the Olive Oil would fit. As you can see, I tried it and it was incredible. Follow this tip! I’m sure that when the restaurant starts to recommend this, they will get famous around for it, a unique blend I created for you! 😏

As a yachts chef I had the opportunity to try this restaurant inside port sole. I had a good pasta with sea food, in a nice atmosphere and with an amazing service. The place was crowded at 2 pm. I would come again and try an other dish with a good wine of course.

What a surprising discovery that such a pearl of flavors can be found so close to the port! 🤩 We ordered the Seafood Tasting menu, which included raw and cooked fish and seafood. Everything was excellent quality! 😋 A normal lunch with generous portions (no worse than in restaurants where pasta alone costs 25 euros) cost only 13 euros. Everything was served quickly, and the waitresses were kind and fast. I recommend it to everyone! 🌊🦞🍣🍤

Visited Sanremo for the first time and went to Strambo restaurant via del Castillo, 17 for my meals. So welcoming and good food variety. The service was excellent, as I was able to communicate with the staff in English. The ambience so good, especially sitting in the veranda

Finally, a restaurant in Portosole that perfectly complements the luxurious setting of this location. The food was top-notch, the staff was top-notch, and what struck me was the passion these young people put into making everything perfect. I really enjoyed the raw fish, and the spaghetti with clams was the bomb! But beyond these classics, everyone at my table was satisfied. The off-menu items were also excellent, and the Sanremo prawns were TOP! ABSOLUTELY MUST TRY!!!

#aggiornamento Natale 2022 Decisamente meglio che a Luglio. Ordinazioni rapide, personale gentile, porzioni giuste, conto in linea con quanto abbiamo preso. #aggiornamento Luglio 2022: non so se abbiano cambiato gestione ma il servizio è diventato lentissimo, si perdono le ordinazioni e i piatti sono meno "generosi". Da 5 stelle a 2 insomma. Precedente recensione: Cibo ottimo, pesce freschissimo, carne buonissima, ampia disponibilità di tavoli in interno ed in esterno. Grande gentilezza del personale, insomma non posso che consigliarlo! È già la seconda volta che ci torno ma sicuramente sarà una mia tappa fissa ogni volta che sarò in zona!

Decent rostelle in a nice, quiet location but very disappointed in the service as they charged the full cover (€2/head) for not just my husband and me but also our 2 very young kids, age 2.5 and 9 months. I get cover is standard here but charging it for a 9 month old, who ate a jar of baby food that we brought ourselves, seems really excessive.

They make the best pizzas (at least in Sanremo). The staff is super nice and friendly. Came here 9 years ago and again now in 2022. Simply our favorite restaurant when visiting the area. My son agrees, too. Update 2023 What can I tell you: things have changed and not for the better. Came here on a Monday and it was closed. Online it said it’s open 7 days a week. OK no big deal. Came again on Tuesday and it was open. Yay. We sat down and wanted to order our favorite pizza. To our surprise the menu had been changed completely. NO MORE PIZZA! Imagine our disappointment driving 500 km from Switzerland and looking forward to eat the best pizza in town. What a blow. Our son wasn’t happy at all. We weren’t happy at all. We left the place. Besides the staff didn’t really speak English anymore (which is weird for a tourist destination). Obviously we tried other places just to realize: yes you guys did have the best pizza in town and you killed it. What a shame.

#2022 update: I don't know if they've changed management, but the service has become incredibly slow, orders are lost, and the dishes are less generous. From 5 stars to 2, in short. Previous review: Excellent food, very fresh fish, delicious meat, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is incredibly friendly; I can't recommend it enough! This is my second time here, but it will definitely be a regular stop whenever I'm in the area!

ho prenotato un tavolo per 9, per poi ritrovarmi un tavolino con due posti a sedere.. indecente soprattutto dopo una spesa onerosa di 300€, il personale è stato anche fin troppo antipatico e superficiale, ma lasciando perdere la fregatura che abbiamo ricevuto pur avendo speso una cifra importante, le bottiglie che ci sono state portate sono di qualità scadente, lasciando perdere che con 2 bottiglie di vodka non si posso portare 3 redbull per 9 persone.. abbiamo dovuto pregare il personale per farcene portare altre.. veramente squallido! esperienza da non rifare!

TRUST ME, EVITATE. Do una stella perché non è possibile metterne meno. Cena di laurea, tavolo da 10 persone, prenotazione alle 21. Partiamo dall’unica nota positiva: gli antipasti erano buoni. Nulla di memorabile, nulla che giustifichi il prezzo, ma almeno dignitosi. I tortellini? Sapore e consistenza da prodotto industriale aperto dalla confezione e buttato in acqua bollente. Nessuna personalità, nessuna lavorazione percepibile. La “tagliata” merita un capitolo a parte. Da quando una tagliata è alta un centimetro, priva di crosticina, stopposa, fredda e coperta da un sugo che ricordava vagamente un brasato (se così si può chiamare)? Cottura completamente sbagliata e concetto di piatto totalmente rivedibile. Il polpo, 23 euro, è stato l’apice. Un tentacolo gommoso, con la parte esterna viscida e nauseante. L’ho finito solo perché costava 23 euro. Una consistenza talmente sgradevole che più persone al tavolo hanno avuto la nausea dopo averlo mangiato. Francamente imbarazzante per quel prezzo. Il servizio non migliora la situazione: personale poco efficiente e decisamente antipatico. Una Coca Zero richiesta tre volte a distanza di dieci minuti l’una dall’altra, ignorata fino al momento in cui ho chiesto anche una bottiglia di vino. A quel punto, improvvisamente, sono diventata visibile. Totale conto: 42,70€ per un tentacolo e un contorno appena decente (p.s. alcool e antipasti pagati dalla festeggiata). Il locale, a fine cena, si trasforma in una sorta di discoteca togliendo i tavoli. Spazio poco, musica discutibile, un solo bagno per sesso in un ambiente notturno affollato (sporco, senza carta e senza sapone). Usciamo un attimo a fumare. Quando proviamo a rientrare per recuperare le nostre cose lasciate al tavolo e salutare gli amici, il buttafuori ci urla contro in modo arrogante “OU OU OU NON SI PUÒ ENTRARE”. Spieghiamo che abbiamo appena cenato lì, che dobbiamo solo prendere i nostri effetti personali e andarcene. Risposta: “Direttive. Le forze dell’ordine lo impediscono.” Assurdo. Dopo aver cenato e pagato cifre non indifferenti, dover litigare per recuperare le proprie cose è surreale. Le ha poi recuperate la festeggiata rimasta dentro. In sintesi: qualità del cibo non all’altezza dei prezzi, servizio scortese, gestione post-cena imbarazzante e condizioni igieniche del bagno indegne per un locale notturno così affollato. Un consiglio sincero per i titolari: fate più bella figura a non rispondere. Perché se la risposta deve essere sulla linea del trattamento ricevuto, forse è meglio il silenzio.

ATTENZIONE! STRAMBO' NON C'È PIÙ...è cambiata la gestione e anche il nome. Poco più di un bar ,fronte porto,che prepara piatti anche di pesce,ma...tutto molto molto spartano e uno Chef un po' confuso che interpreta "Mare e Monti" in "zucchine e gamberetti" per una sua interpretazione estiva...dice...ovviamente piatto rifiutato! Consigliato per una cena Easy.

Ora si chiama Trust ed è gestito da dei dilettanti allo sbaraglio, da evitare come la peste! Servizio pessimo, il coperto è a livello di una mensa di scarsa qualità, i camerieri sono improvvisati, vagano da una parte all’altra senza ordine o esperienza. Disorganizzazione totale in cucina, tempi biblici e confusione nel gestire le comande. In 2 ore abbiamo mangiato solo gli antipasti, tra cui delle cozze non fresche senza un piatto per i gusci, salviettine x le mani solo a richiesta. Visto che avevano dato i nostri piatti principali a un altro tavolo e si sono dimenticati di noi ci siamo alzati e ce ne siamo andati. Il peggior ristorante in cui sono purtroppo incappato….unica nota positiva è che non abbiamo pagato e ci mancherebbe!

Cena pietosa. Niente da aggiungere. Fritto misto surgelato da vomito. Polpo in crosta di non so cosa.. penoso. Servizio altamente indecente, nonché dopo aver ordinato un bicchiere di vino non mi è stato neanche servito. (Eravamo l'unico tavolo occupato in quel momento) Lo consiglierei? Si gli consiglierei di chiudere.

Terrible food, I think it was the worst food I've ever eaten in my life. I wonder if the chef even tasted the risotto before serving it? We left hungry. There's little to say, our New Year's Eve dinner was completely ruined. (We even paid €140 for it.) Pure madness.

Just went here to get a quick lunch. We ordered some non fizzy water and then it arrived fizzy. No biggie. But then realised not kid friendly for lunch and then asked me for the bill. Charged 6 euros for us to sit there. So total 9 euros for a bottle water we didn't want. Not nice attitude. Deserved to be noted that there not nice and friendly.

Slow service, food is not fresh, served cold, tasted like it was cooked 2 hours before it was served. Portion was ridiculously small. Calimari had the consistency of rubber and was inedible. The manager should be ashamed of himself. Never going back
