Lo que más me ha llamado la atención del sitio es la excelente atención de los camareros. Hemos cenado en la terraza, es un sitio muy bonito y acogedor. La comida estaba toda buenísima, con un sabor y un aroma exquisito.

It’s a great place on 3 floors and Frank is a great host. Service is impeccable and the food is just succulent. Music is fab! The perfect place to start off with a drink, head up to the rooftop for a dinner and then go down again to the disco to dance the night away. Can’t wait to come again!

August 6th. My wife & daughter had salmon & I had incredible fillet steak. Everything perfect. August 10th. Daughter had burger which she’d nearly finished by the time our dinners finally came out. Wife ordered well done fillet steak which came out medium. I ordered my fillet steak medium to well done & it came rare to medium (see photo) The waitress didn’t once ask if everything was ok. Disappointed.

Really nice spot! Cheaper than most bars in the area, great food, great customer service and is along the promenade next to the beach. It has a restaurant, a bar, a small club and a rooftop terrace, all of which are great. If looking for a nice meal and cheaper drinks then this is definitely a spot I would recommend. They also have nice friendly shot girls, my personal favourite being Nicole!

This place is so much fun, service is super nice, efficient and fast, we went for the famous bottomless (cava) brunch and it is the best deal in Ibiza. For 35€ you get a welcome cocktail, a choice of 4 delicious breakfast plates (that are plentiful) and non stop prosecco for a few hours, let me remind you this is Ibiza where two drinks cost the same anywhere else. So if you are smart, go and enjoy this fantastic breakfast or brunch and get your day started on the right foot (open everyday). I really enjoy it there, nice music and atmosphere I cannot wait to come to the rooftop which opens at night, I am sure I will enjoy it as well as the brunch. I fully recommend it and it is a must if you are in the San Antonio area. Tip, ask for Sue for personalized service and attention from the manager, she is wonderful. Only Con is that it is in front of the Port and has nice views but the cars park right in front and block the views from the bottom floor but then again nothing is perfect. Fully recommend it and will definitely be back soon.

I absolutely love Rio Ibiza and have had many meals and drinks here which have always been amazing. It’s a fantastic meetup spot before going elsewhere or upstairs to the club or rooftop. The rooftop has fabulous views and the club area has always been a fun night with great music. In particular Sue has been incredible with helping with boat trips and advice and just so friendly and welcoming and a lovely lady.

We ate here and the starters were incredible. We were slightly less impressed with the mains as steak had to be sent back due to being over cooked however they were very happy to change and the new steak was lovely. Main stir fry had a too much sauce for me so was a bit soupy at the bottom but that may just be my personal taste. Friends enjoyed their meal. Drinks were delicious and the view was nice. Waitress very helpful. Club upstairs had good music and vibe.

We came for dinner to the rooftop bar and had a great time here! Our waiter was very friendly and attentive, service was quick and professional and the food was great! We had the meat platter for two and it was a huge portion but equally delicious. Strongly recommend it! Cocktails were also nice and the view is amazing!

Si estás por San Antonio, el sitio está bien para tomar algo. Ponen buena música, para escuchar en la terraza al aire libre. El local está bien ambientado. Tiene mucha variedad de cocteles. Mid food and poor service. Drinks were good but overpriced. Ordered a Caesar Salad with chicken, lettuce was warm and the chicken was decent until I cut one open and it was pink. Also the restaurant mentions in about a dozen different ways that they want you to tip even though the service is sub par. Waited a long time for drinks and the waiters basically forgot we were there. Surprised the reviews are so positive. Maybe just a bad day but I was disappointed.

Really disappointing meal last night. Ordered a fillet steak. Asked for medium and it came out rare. I cut it in half and sent it back. It came back and looked like a completely different piece of meat. Or at least on another plate. Everything was to much trouble for the staff, they were busy I get that but my food wasn’t right. It came back and I ate one half and the next half was fatty and running through making it hard to cut with a steak knife. I only eat fillet as I don’t like fatty bits etc I made the staff aware and was faced with attitude as if I was complaining to get a free meal. That was not the case at all. One of the male servers tried to argue I had eaten most of it. There was a decent chunk of the last half left. If it was nice I would have ate it! I don’t like wasting food never mind €38 fillet steak. I was hit with more hostility and they agreed to do new a “deal” it was 10% off like €5 euros off a €38 steak. To be fair the veg and potato was lovely and ate it all but the value was in the fillet steak. I wasn’t event after half the steak cost but 10% was a joke. The staff became rude and aggressive when they were challenged about the discount. In the end I paid it and walked out. Staff dealt with it awfully and could have managed the situation much better. I am sure the food is very nice but my experience was terrible. They just kept saying there was only a small bit left. It was 2/3rd or the half they brought back. Should have taken a picture really. Very disappointing and wouldn’t return. Staff need training in customer service. We didn’t want it for free, maybe they get that a lot but doesn’t excuse their behaviour at all.

Very disappointing. We arrived after looking for a steakhouse nearby to our hotel in San Antonio and I’ll be honest, it looked promising. Sadly the food was sub par. I ordered the king prawns and they came out covered in batter and deep fried, the prawns were not fresh and really chewy/overdone. My friend ordered the sausage bruschetta and it was soft soggy bread with some sliced sausages laid on top. The steaks themselves tasted nice and were cooked as I had asked, although they arrived already cut up and covered in onions? 2 halved medium sized cold potatoes to accompany them? Pretty rough. The sauce (which is a ridiculous €4 per serve!) arrived 4-5 mins later and was mushroom, not peppercorn as I had requested. We piped up and stated our issues to the waitress who did apologise and took the two entrees off the bill and gave us a further 20% discount which we felt was very fair. But not the premium statehouse experience we were looking forward to. To summarise - the food is not fresh and is way overpriced. Try somewhere else.

Terrific front of house staff let down by lack of kitchen staff. An hour waiting for a hot starter served cold, followed by fillet steaks served the same way made it an experience to forget.

Llegamos, nos sentamos, el bar vacío. Tardan en darnos la carta. Nos la dan, tardan la vida en atendernos (había 4 mesas literal, estaba vacío). Pedimos un mojito, nos dicen que solo hay copas, vino y cerveza (a partir de la 1 no hacen cócteles). Pedimos agua (una botella grande y una botella pequeña). Llegan con los vasos y el hielo (en ese sentido pues genial). Pedimos la cuenta, pagamos la cuenta... 10 pavos. 10 pavos por AGUA, por litro y medio de AGUA. Un timo es quedarse corto.

El servicio deja mucho que desear,las camareras están desinformadas completamente de lo que hay en la carta del restaurante ,les preguntas algo y se van a consultarlo con su superior y para que te vuelvan a atender pasan 10 minutos de reloj y tienes que llamarlas porque se olvidaron de lo que preguntaste,pésima atención al público,una lástima no tener personal más cualificado.

Lamentablemente, una experiencia muy mala en este restaurante. El servicio fue catastrófico – personal antipático, sin interés y nada profesional. Además, casi no hablan ningún idioma que no sea español, lo que es muy incómodo para los turistas. La comida estuvo pasable, pero nada especial, y definitivamente no compensa el mal trato del personal. No lo recomendamos. Hay sitios mejores cerca con mucho mejor servicio.

Tardaron muchísimo en atenderme al llegar. Hasta el punto de ir a buscar a alguien que lo hiciera. La copa me la pusieron sin saber qué me echaron en el vaso. Sentaron a otros clientes en mi misma mesa antes de haber ni siquiera pagado ni haberme traído la cuenta después de pedirla en tres ocasiones. Lo mejor es que con tanta desatención les ahorré el trabajo de tener que cobrarme....

The worst dish I had this summer , or even this entire year. It says shrimp pasta on the menu but what you get is pre-boiled mushy udon noodles with shrimp on top. The shrimps were fine. The "pasta" was disgusting. The waitress saw my reaction and couldn't care less or ask anything. It's hard to eat bad food in the area but I managed to find a place - lucky me! The picture looks good , the taste was not though.

Very Disappointing We came for lunch expecting great food but left very disappointed. My Caesar salad with chicken was soggy, tasteless, and had dry chicken, worst I’ve ever had. My wife’s smashed burger was bland with soggy bread. Even after I told the waiter it was bad, no effort was made to offer compensation or fix the issue. Expensive, even for Ibiza and definitely not worth it.

Had the pleasure of meeting the manager after booking tickets with them for a night out. A mystery array of drinks being served despite clear orders given. Sambuca in your vodka lime a soda? Sure why not... Plastic cups and poor service, asked to move From our seated zone outside to an inside space with loud questionable music with limited room. Really horrible customer service at every opportunity... I wouldn't hurry back 😂

The food was solid but not worth its price. The octopus portion size was small. The teriyaki salmon tasted bland. The drinks are pretty good and reasonably priced, so maybe come just for drinks. The service was fine, though they didn’t do a proper wine serve for the bottle.
