A San Antoni, ville disons « populaire » ce restaurant dénote du reste de la ville par son côté « trendy » . Idéalement placé , non loin de l’artère principale qui longe le port mais à l’écart dans une petite rue loin du bruit, l’accueil chaleureux et la cuisine sont une très belle surprise. Le repas a été l’un des meilleur de l’île toutes catégories confondues. Cuisine franco-Péruvienne très originale et excellente servit par un personnel d’une grande gentillesse et très professionnel. Nous recommandons fortement ce restaurant.

Un futur incontournable à Sant Antoni De l’accueil à l’assiette, tout était excellent. Cyril, Nicolas et leur équipe nous ont gratifiés d’un accueil chaleureux et personnalisé, nos papilles ont été régalées par l’excellente cuisine (et néanmoins surprenante) de leur cheffe Bégonia. La gastronomie s’invite ainsi dans tout palais! L’attention au détail va jusqu’à se voir proposer un léger plaid sur des épaules frissonnantes lorsqu’une petite brise se fait sentir!!

Découverte par hasard d’un petit restaurant tenu par des français avec une cheffe ayant travailler dans des grands restaurants en rajoutant de l’inspiration péruvienne dans la carte. Produit de frais et locale, plat maîtrisé à la perfection avec un service à la pointe. Un petit bistronomique qui vaut vraiment le détour, avec des serveurs excessivement sympathique.

Deuxième SA COVA après celui de Old Town à Eivissa, dans une rue calme entre le port et l'église de Sant Antoni. Une réussite avec toujours l'excellente cuisine "franco-péruvienne" de la cheffe Bégonia. Nicolas mène l'équipe et assure l'accueil à la perfection. On parle Francais, Anglais et Espagnol, et on se régale !!

We’ve been coming to Ibiza for years and stumbled on Sa Cova while strolling around Sant Antoni..it’s a bright shining light with its decor, white table cloths and candles in an area where the food can be somewhat touristy and mediocre.. Alex, looked after us wonderfully, he knows the fantastic menu inside out and the Chef knows how to create amazing food.. We are pescatarian and there was more than enough choice… I ate delicious sea fresh juicy Oysters with a delicate mignonette followed by mussels in a spicy marinara sauce… the menu undersells this dish.. the sauce has a Katsu curry flavour/spice to it.. I eat a lot of mussels both in restaurants and at home.. these were incredible… plump and flavoured with the light curry like sauce.. we could have eaten them twice over… Both of us had the Tubot with truffle purée which was cooked beautifully and again delicious.. we ordered the veggies which were aubergines and courgettes and chipped potatoes.. both tasted great however we didn’t really need them as the turbot was more than enough.. Bill with a bottle of white wine and two extra glasses and the tip came to €160… excellent value..Sa Cova has only been open since May 24…. We’ll definitely be back next year.. I only took one picture as I was enjoying the food so much..

GREAT Experience!! The service, the attention and the food are soooo goood… rare to find something like this…everything matching on high quality, delicious… good service and affordable price like this in a very touristic area in Ibiza… i found it randomly walking on the street and got so happy about it!! Even they were kind to give me a table for one quickly and not regarding I was wearing flip flops as was coming from the beach… not snobbish at all… loved it… (but recommend to dress properly for dinner time though… ☺️ as it has a nice evening ambience) Alex was super friendly and profesional!! And the owner also very friendly and helpful. Thank you guys, nice to be at a place like this! Keep the great work!

This is definitely a hidden gem in San Antonio. It offers an amazing, mouth-watering food experience with a variety of unique options. The ceviche is one of the best I’ve ever tried, along with the Gillardeau oysters and tuna strips. Everything is perfect, and the service is great and friendly. It's like having a Michelin restaurant experience at an affordable price. Thank you, and I look forward to returning soon!

Ici pas de prise de tête du laisser aller, un restaurant de copain tout simplement ! Mais un service irréprochable : blague, suivi du client, sympathie et organise tout ce que l’on demande en vacances !! La cuisine ? Saveur, produits frais, originalité, cuisine avec amour et passion !!! Que ça soit à la vieille ville ( sa cova eivissa ) ou à san Antony juste un régal, un plaisir, un moment de partage et de bonheur. This is a little gem in San An. The service is fantastic & the food is inventive, great quality & super tasty! Food is Mediterranean with a French & Peruvian twist. We loved it. Newly opened this year...go give them a try, even if it's just a starter. It will not disappoint. The Cava was delicious and drink choices are excellent. It's not the cheapest food but it's very special. Drinks are modestly priced for the area. Well done to your team, keep up the good work 👏 👏😀

Abbiamo trovato per caso dí passaggio questo ristorante ed è una vera perla preziosa , ambiente tranquillo e soft nonostante sia in una stradina laterale al centro di Sant Antoni , servizio curato nei minimi dettagli il ragazzo del servizio impeccabile gentilissimo e super attento ai minimi dettagli, cibo ottimo raffinato nella presentazione e nella ricerca dei gusti davvero tutto top , davvero complimenti ❤️

Nouveau restaurant bistronomique à Sant Antoni. Belle découverte! On y mange vraiment très bien. La terrasse dans une ruelle est agréable et le service est impeccable avec des serveurs très sympathiques. Les croquettes aux champignons et la « torrija » en dessert sont certainement les meilleurs de l’île! Le filet de boeuf accompagné d’une purée à la truffe est parfaitement exécuté et l’agneau de lait cuit à basse température accompagné de ses pommes et terre et sa ratatouille est très fondant et plein de saveurs. Un délice! On reviendra bientôt pour goûter les autres plats que nous n’avons pas encore pu goûter !

Alles is top tier hier. Insane. Wat je op je bord krijgt is kunst. Zij snappen het. Het personeel is super sociaal en snappen hoe het hoort. Ik zou hen vertrouwen in al het eten wat ze voor me zouden kiezen met een bijpassende wijn. Ookal lust ik geen vis, ook dat was niet normaal.

Had a meal for 2 here last week. From entry the service was flawless. The explaining of the menu was a great touch. We had the Ceviche to start and can see why it’s a menu highlight. So flavourful! For mains we had the Lobster Cannelloni and the Iberian Pork dish and I can honestly say the later was the most delicious thing that has ever passed my lips. Devine. The Lobster though was a very close contender though. To finish we had a couple of very well made summer cocktails. All in all a superb meal and best of our trip. Will return 100%

Loved the food. Excellent service. We were a party of 3 - shared the starters which were bought out individually. The ceviche, was light with delicate flavours. The red tuna with ponzu was more punchy but equally delicious and we finished with the prawns which were fresh and flavoursome. Two of us had the lamb which melted in the mouth. The steak was also good. If you want what in my opinion is a Michelin star meal then you should visit. The food, attention to detail and service was second to none. I will definitely be coming back.

It’s simply a jam❤️ How lucky I was to came across this lovely place at the first day of our trip, moreover - accidentally. We will definitely come over again whiles here. Firstly, food is delightful and every dish looks like an art. Secondly, the service requires whole separate comment. For the first time I didn’t scroll the menu, a charming server brought me a whole big board with the menu and explained every single position in details. These guys definitely know what they are doing. Even pretty busy chef found a time to ask if everything is ok. Also among overcrowded and loud places in the area this one is just a quiet shelter, very lovely atmosphere. Last but not least, I thought 5-star google reviews restaurants simply don’t exist. Figured I was wrong. Hooray to the chef, staff and manager🤞🏻

Une belle decouverte Sa Cova Un restaurant où l'on est très bien reçu par son patron chaleureux et convivial. Des serveurs attentionnés et réactifs dans un cadre chic sur le thème Marin. La terrasse très agréable. Le chef, une femme, dont la cuisine est étonnante qui nous a ravi les papilles, Des couteaux avec une sauce onctueuse, délicieux! Le thon qui fond en bouche et éclate en saveurs. Un plat de joue de porc revisité avec un accompagnement inattendu de la purée de Banane .Un sucré/salé judicieux et très savoureux. Un dessert partagé avec un verre d Herbias ,nous vous remercions pour ce bon moment .

Nagyon hangulatos hely! Amikor leültünk a pincér külön széket hozott a párom táskájának, a menü táblát odahozta majd felsorolta azt az elejétől! Nagyon jó ételek közül sikérült nagyon ízleteset választanunk ! Miközben az étel készült finom és igényes koktélt és bort ittunk! Előétel a lehető legfrissebb volt! A főétel (hal/steak) kifogásolhatatlan! Végig figyelmesek és segítőkészek voltak! Sosem voltam ilyen barátságos helyen! Visszajövünk!

SA COVA ist einfach außergewöhnlich! Das Ceviche war das Beste, was ich je gegessen habe – unglaublich frisch, perfekt gewürzt und voller Geschmack. Die Atmosphäre war atemberaubend und hat den Abend zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Der Kellner war zudem sehr nett und aufmerksam, was das Ganze noch perfekter gemacht hat. Absolute Empfehlung!

Fantastisches Lokal !! Waren zuerst skeptisch ob der hohen Bewertungen, wurden aber eines besseren belehrt da der geschmackliche Mix unglajbmich bodenständig ist, und doch moderne gehobene Küche vereint. Vom einfachen Esser bis zum Genießer kommen alle auf ihre Kosten auch der Kellner und das Küchenpersonal ist sehr herzlich und bringt dieses Gefühl auf den Teller

Lindo restaurante en Ibiza con una oferta gastronómica muy buena, todo lo que pedimos estuvo delicioso. Recomiendo el ceviche de salmón y las alcachofas. La atención de los camareros es insuperable. Totalmente recomendable.

Totalmente recomendables, muy bonita decoración pero sobre todo la comida. Platos que no pueden dejar de probar, el tiradito de atún, sublime, el solomillo, sabroso y tierno como pocos, el bacalao, exquisito. Seguimos las recomendaciones de Begoña, la chef y fue un acierto. Volveremos sin duda a probar el resto de la carta, vale la pena, sin duda.

Estávamos procurando um lugar para comer e passamos em frente a esse restaurante — e que felicidade de ter o encontrado. As mesas bem postas, uma ambientação que traz conforto, música ambiente tranquila, velas nas mesas. A experiência foi perfeita do início ao fim. O cardápio com pratos variados e deliciosos, dá vontade de experimentar tudo. A carta de vinhos é bem diversa e completa. A comida é excelente, tudo muito saboroso, bem preparado, feito com o coração. O serviço é excelente, o rapaz que nos atendeu foi super atencioso, gentil e sempre à disposição para nos atender. A cozinha é aberta e nos permite de ver a nossa comida sendo preparada, trouxe uma sensação de conforto do lar. Como disse, do começo ao fim só há elogios para esse restaurante. Se você está passando por Ibiza, Sa Cova é com certeza um lugar que você DEVE conhecer. What an incredible experience! Nicolas, the owner and server, made the night so personal and welcoming — you can tell he truly cares about every guest. We think it is a new restaurant; his second. He wants to make sure it is outstanding. Begona was cooking the meal and happened to be behind us in the kitchen. Such a lovely lady who was happy enough to advise us on the food. She was amazing. The food was incredible from start to finish. The butter was unbelievable (yes, the butter! I couldn’t believe how good the butter was!!), the octopus was cooked perfectly, and the beef tartare was spot on (no egg but amazing seasoning). The ceviche was fresh and vibrant, the raw red tuna dish was just awesome, and the pea risotto was absolutely delicious. Both the white and red wines were excellent and paired beautifully with the dishes. This place is a gem — amazing food, amazing wine, and Nicolas makes you feel like you’re dining with friends. Highly recommend! I’m pretty critical and this place is beyond words.

JUST phenomenal there are no words to explain how good the food is. We been to the Old town Ibiza spot a few times and this takes perfection to a next level. Focus on all the starters and share them. One of the best eating experiences we had on the island. Wow wow o wow. And thank you…..

Ein Restaurant aus der Kategorie zu gut um wahr zu sein! Wir waren an diversen Abenden dort um uns einmal quer durch die fein selektiere Speise- und Weinkarte zu testen – einfach alles genial! Nur der ausgezeichnete Service und das herzliche Personal konnten das Ganze noch toppen. Langer Rede, kurzer Sinn – ein Must-Taste auf Ibiza und für sich schon beinahe Grund genug die Insel zu besuchen!!! ☺️

This is the best place in San Antoni!! The food was just delicious, the ambiente was magic and our host Nikolas (i hope i don't butcher the name) was marvelous!! We felt very well and the unique combination of flavors was perfect Thank you very much for this amazing experience PS: the eggplant crocketas, the duckbreast, the sirloin and also the octopus are heavenly good!

Nous étions une dizaine d'amis a dîner hier soir dans ce sympathique restaurant. Un moment de pur bonheur. Un très bon accueil, une carte variée et alléchante. Une cuisine délicieuse et raffinée par la cheffe Péruvienne. Personnellement mon tournedos était excellent et chaque amis comble par ce dîner. Compter 30/35€ le plat. Le vin rouge était parfait. Vous l'avez compris je recommande 👍👍👍

My best friend and I were in Ibiza in July for our 10 year "friendversary" 😝 and looking for a nice seafood meal to celebrate. We had a plate of oysters, ceviche and tuna tartare and all of the food was stunningly good. The owner, Nicolas suggested a delicious rosé to pair with our selections, then was thrilled to answer all our questions about the restaurant, their history, and even brought out both of the chefs so we could thank them for the meal. We really enjoyed our chats - the team were so friendly and hospitable and made us want to tell everybody that goes to Ibiza to visit Sa Cova! We will definitely be returning the next time we visit. Amazing place with delicious luxury food. Must have and must try. Waitrose been helping with wine chose and perfectly described all dishes what they hade. Stake was amazing,my lobster seafood canelone was out of the roof. Oysters was fresh and delicious,muscles and red clumps was delicious. 10 out of 10

Sa Cova Downtown is a refreshing new addition to San Antonio. Every dish had incredible flavor and was served with perfection. The whole staff are absolutely wonderful. When we went, we tried several different dishes. My favourites included the tuna, the razor clams, and the sea bass. Don’t skip dessert! Sa Cova Downtown was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to go back again.

Encore un merveilleux moment passé chez Sa Cova. Première fois pour nous dans le restaurant de Sant Antoni. Toujours autant de régularité, de goût et de bonne humeur qu'au restaurant de la vieille ville. Merci pour ce super moment, nous reviendrons encore et encore !!

Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle: copas, platos y cubiertos de gran calidad, y un ambiente que equilibra elegancia y calidez. Probamos el ceviche, los mejillones y las zamburiñas con romero, todos fresquísimos y perfectamente ejecutados. De plato principal, el solomillo con foie gras micuit fue simplemente glorioso. Todo acompañado por un vino excelentemente seleccionado por nuestro sommelier, que supo maridar cada etapa con precisión y buen gusto. Sin duda, fue nuestra mejor cena en la isla de Ibiza. Sa Cova Downtown es una joya que combina cocina de autor, excelente servicio y una atmósfera memorable. ¡Volveremos!

Con una fusión meditarranea y Sudaméricana. Con productos locales de primera clase. El bistró es totalmente acogedor y familiar, y con esencia íbicenca. La carta de vinos es variada e impecable, acompañando a cada uno de nuestros platos. Sin duda alguna mejor restaurante de san Antonio. Agradecemos la calidez, atencion y asesoramiento de todo el personal. Excelente sitio para los food lovers, SA COVA sin duda es una experiencia!

Platos que no pueden dejar de probar, el tiradito de atún, sublime, el solomillo, sabroso y tierno como pocos, el bacalao, exquisito. Seguimos las recomendaciones de Begoña, la chef y fue un acierto. Volveremos sin duda a probar el resto de la carta, vale la pena, sin duda.

Manager is absolutely awful. The food was ok, but probably not worth what they are charging. I was having a pleasant enough visit on my birthday yesterday with my partner, so I tried to order more food, and he misunderstood me and took 20 mins to come out again at which point he then tried to take my order again (bear in mind there was literally no one else in his restaurant at this point). So at this point, I tried to explain that I think we had a misunderstanding, and in which case we’d probably go now, as we had places to get to. He got generally upset with me and asked ‘where do you have to be on your birthday’ and then stormed off. I actually tried to apologise because I was worried I’d upset him, but he didnt let me speak, and walked off. You pay these prices for good customer service! AVOID!
