Muy buena atención y comida muy buena a buen precio, totalmente recomendable, repetiremos

Cuando vamos a comprar al mediodía , siempre paramos allí. Muy atentos, amables y rápidos en servir. A veces hemos tenido que esperar un poco, pero merece la pena. Buenos bocatas y las patatas de la casa con la salsa están riquísimas.

Today I went to eat at the Alcampo Shopping Center in Sant Boi de Llobregat, specifically at Frankfurt de Gloria... I was pleasantly surprised by the spectacular chicken salad and the apple pie for dessert. You can order sandwiches, combination plates, salads, hot/cold sandwiches, tapas, croquettes, and house specialties. I highly recommend Frankfurt de Gloria for lunch, dinner, or a drink later. Excellent and very professional service. The food is homemade and delicious.

Hi, I went today. There's a young woman there, Fatima, from what I've heard. She was lovely and provided excellent service. The problem is, I really didn't like seeing how another, older, blonde employee treated and humiliated her when this young woman was doing everything: serving, taking orders for coffee, ringing up the cash... Ugh. It really bothered me to see it, especially since the young woman was doing a fantastic job.

Frankfurter inside the Alcanpo shopping center in Sant Boi de Llobregat. The place is clean and the service is very good. However, the frankfurters are made in a deep fryer or submerged in fat, not on a griddle as they should be, although this is a very common preparation method in all frankfurters today, except for places that make it the traditional way, like Burger Niu. The sauces are delivered in single-serving portions.

Atención pésima y no tienen muchas ganas de trabajar por la tarde hora 19: 35 sábado 2/5/2026 pedí dos café y atendieron otras mesas y más encima se molesta el camarero dentro de la barra no le hace caso la camarera cuando le hace los pedidos que a tiende las mesas.

Decepcionante ensalada de "frutos secos" (revuelto de kikos). Bebidas caras. El personal muy arisco. No lo recomiendo

It's gotten much worse since last time. I was there for 10 minutes. And they didn't even try to clean it once. They had coffees, cow's milk, oat milk, and chocolate milk—basically, they should have been inspectors and shut the place down.

We ordered steak with potatoes. The steak was dry, chewy, and inedible. We told them, and they replaced it with something similar, and even without salt. It takes a long time to serve. It's nothing like the old steak, which had good staff and food. We won't be back.

Too bad, today we went for a snack and ordered the bravas, which we always eat when we go out, but when I tried them today they were horrible, it was like I was chewing gum. I got up and mentioned it to the waiter. To my surprise, he wasn't surprised by everything I told him about the taste and texture of the potatoes. He said they would make me new ones. To my surprise, they were the same as the first ones and cold, when they were supposed to make them again!!! So we left them uneaten. When we paid, I mentioned it to another waitress and she said she did notice it was the oil. Oil??? If they had made them in the deep fryer they would have been hot. Our feeling is that they put them in the microwave, so they had that texture and they weren't even hot. Now, to charge for them, yes, when they saw that they were whole. We definitely won't be going back, very disappointed. They used to have more qualified staff, but they've lost a lot.

It's true, we're not regular customers; we only stop for a bite when we're shopping at Alcampo. But today was a disgrace. We ordered two medium beers and some patatas bravas. The bravas were obviously frozen, but the worst part was they were shapeless. They were like scraps of potatoes with skin on—dry, curled, and hard—with pink sauce. They weren't spicy at all. We asked for Tabasco to give them some flavor. We won't be back, and I don't recommend it!

It's obvious they don't know how to work with the public! I won't be back and I certainly don't recommend it! Absolutely terrible!
