Know how some Whataburgers are really good and some are pretty mid? This is one of the really good ones. Order is correct, food is hot, and the place is clean. Exactly what you want from a well-run fast food location.
I saw a lot of sides of Melissa tonight but none disappointed. She was sweet and assertive and got shit done! Shout out to Melissa!! She's running this place
I order on the app for pick up and it's pretty smooth overall. The majority of the time either curbside or counter pick up, my food is ready within 5-10 minutes.
Over past few years, when I see Lucretia (name may be completely wrong) at the window during breakfast hours, I know my order will be correct and service will be quick and courteous!! She makes me like this Whataburger.
They forgot to add the tomatoes to my burger, bacon to another burger, and the kids snacks. It is kind of a bummer especially when you specify you want those things and have to pay extra for them, then don't realize it's all missing until you get home starving ready to enjoy your food.
Being from the East Coast of the country we were intrigued by Whataburger and what some friends had said about it. The service was great, friendly and fast. We tried a variety of things, a salad, honey bbq chic strip sandwich, three different shakes and the double meat burger. For me it was just like any other fast food joint. Granted you can put almost anything you want on your burgers like jalapeños. The burger tasted good, Burger King good. The bbq honey chic sandwich didn’t taste much better than the Friendly’s version in the northeast. If we got it again we’d ask for bacon on it with a side of ranch. The Dr. Pepper shake was unique. In general nothing to complain about but also nothing to get too excited about.
We had a pretty bad experience at this Whataburger. The cashier made mistakes for the 2 groups before us and also made mistakes for my group. They double charged us for drinks when it was included in the combo meal already. After ordering, it took over 30 mins to get our order. This is very disappointing for fast food. The fries were bland, it barely had any salt and was not crispy at all. The burger was fine.
Horrible! If you are in a hurry do not go to this WhataburgerWaited in the Drive-Thru line for 20 minutes with three or four cars in front of me to get to the window pay to be told to pull forward. I only ordered my daughter a kid's chicken strip meal. The sweet tea was spoiled. Drive thru cashier was rude as well. Huge Thumbs Down for me!
I can not eat onions because I am allergic and it will cut off my air way. my little bride and I ordered as normal no onions, the young lady behind the window spoke to me with out looking at us like I know everyone has had it done to them. received our food but guess what it wasn't even ours, took it back in told the guy behind the counter wrong order ( after trying to tell me that it was just a burger they forgot.... gave us strips instead) they found our order still there. so we traded drove off guess what opened our burgers ready to eat you will not believe it they both had onions??????? I guess the customer does not really matter anymore. I would like to say the young man that took care of the new burger was nice and I wished I had looked at his badge to tell him thanks.
No acknowledgment, a big tall dude that was working the grill comes up, says nothing, talks to his friend and then walks away. Whataburger you are going down big time!!!
This is my local location. The evening staff is horrible. Manager rude. Staff just standing around talking and laughing! Morning staff are incredible nice and kind. I’ll be going to the location on 2920 moving forward.
Horrible experience. I said Cobb salad meat on the side- what was hard about this? You took the salad back removed the meat and gave me the same lettuce the had greasy meat yuck! Everybody needs to be terminated who worked Jan 17, 26 at 1150pm. Whole crew had to be dumb or high. The cashier (Hispanic with black glasses) said “I understand you don’t want any meat on your salad but what about bacon!” It’s really not funny but it was something to laugh about to help us deal with getting cursed out by the cars behind us and waiting in the drive thru for 30mins. Get home didn’t has anything to eat because the salad was awful looking.
I went to this Whataburger on today’s date 1/4/2026 I ordered a chicken wrap combo and asked if it’s possible if it could be freshly cooked after waiting in the line for over 20 minutes no exaggeration they gave me cold food. I asked for a refund and Miss Rhonda stated that she couldn’t give me a refund because it was cash. After the poor service and sitting in line, I did not want to wait for them to remake my food and I didn’t trust them remaking my food so I decided to leave without food and my money. The fact that they have a so-called policy in hand that they cannot refund a customer cash. Only card is the most ridiculous thing I heard yet in 2026. It’s borderline Thief
Went through the drive thru on Dec 31st 2025 between 8:30-9pm, order chicken strip meal. Total came to 11 dollars and some change. Was told to pull into lane B, guy comes out confirms my order and total, I hand him 12 dollars. He walks off. Comes back telling me he lost the 10 I gave him... so he supposedly walkes around and retract his steps looking for the money I gave him. He goes tell his supervisor who comes out and tell me they looked at the camera and she counted his draw and he doesn't have it!! This is straight BULLSHIT! How the hell did you do all this with two lanes going. LIARS! HE STOLE MY MONEY AND I DIDN'T EVEN GET NO FOOD!!
We have ordered from here multiple times and they have NOT ONCE given us the sauces we asked for. The final straw was with a chicken strip meal my girlfriend asked for extra gravy and got none! I get it, sauces are not the biggest part of a meal, but to get it wrong this many times is crazy.
Girl working the window was extremely rude and unpleasant. Didn’t say one word to me when asked for spicy ketchup or when I said thank you. Just ignorant and rude. Also waited for my pick up order for over 15 minutes then was handed the wrong order. She was terrible.
Me and my stop here around 5:18pm on 11/8/2025. We placed order they told us to pull to lane B. The guy took out a order to a car and came to us for payment we pay. Then we set there for about 10 minutes waiting for our food. 2 or 3 car placed they order after us, received they food before us. The guy came to take the payment from person behind me, so I stopped him and asked him about our food he told me some bs about they was waiting on fries. I told him we would like to get our money back then he told me our order was ready and walked off. I go in to get the refund and another person meet me at the counter we our food. I take the food go back to get the car as I was driving off my wife got the food out and the was not hot for us to waiting on fries and they was not hot. This was some bs, I had gotten on the service road so I couldn't turn around and go back. The service was terrible. No apologies or nothing for the delay.
I usually love coming here but today on 11/06/25 5:15pm shift I ordered 2 number ones, nothing fancy or extra, and waited over ten minutes for them to come out. Other cars were getting their food behind us. I asked for a manager and she was smirking and chucking the whole time I explained the issue to her. While I was speaking, the food came and it was super cold almost as if it was just sitting out for a while. Horrible service and horrible management you need to do better
This is the worst of all the locations I have visited. They never get my order right if I visit after 5pm. I always have missing food and they rush you away from the window every single time. The operator of the location is unresponsive when you complain. She will call outside of TCPA business calling hours and doesn't leave a voice mail. This location has a no refund policy but when you call corporate they state that all locations should offer a refund for food you did not receive or for orders made incorrectly that you do not eat and give back to them. Do not recommend this location at all. If they don't give refunds they should make sure your order is correct. You should not have to drive back around or exit your vehicle. Very unpleasant and unprofessional experience EVERY TIME
July 21, 2025 went through the drive-through the gentleman taking the order repeated it correctly. We got to the window we paid and we got our drinks. We got our food. We didn’t check for food because it’s always been right. We left and got home wrong order I called and was told I had to come back. They would not credit us. Unless we brought the food back. We brought the food back not the drinks brought the food in The manager was very rude. Didn’t even apologize. I asked For to replace the drinks because by the time we got home, they would be watered down. He said no I’ll give you a refill and I said I don’t have Cups. I’ll need a cup. He said no I’m not giving you a free drink so I asked the other person to bring the food out of the car and he looked at me like I had 12 heads and I looked at him and he said OK and then the manager brought the food out rudely didn’t even apologize and replaced our food with the wrong size fries so I will be calling Corporate to complain. This manager needs retraining in customer service and politeness and all around human kindness and replacing two large drinks is not gonna cost you much when you’re ready charge almost 4 dollars horrible horrible and the replacement burger did not have enough lettuce on it. Our time in our gas to go back Ridiculous.
