Customer service is poor. Employees are always scrambling around usually messing up orders. Shout out to the older lady tho, sorry I don't know her name but, she's a standout! 5 stars to her. She should run the place.

Was an okay experience. I made a special request for my pizza and it wasn't followed. I understand that they were busy but I paid extra for my requests so was a little annoyed. My order took about 10 minutes longer than given.

The girl working at the front register will make you wait longer then you have to. Ordered online waited for about 30 mins before i went to go pick up the food. Waited another 30 mins inside. I received a email that my food was ready about 15 mins in. i let the girl know she said she would help in after the transaction, proceeds to do another transaction and then goes on break doesn’t even let the oncoming shift to help me out. Very unprofessional. The lady who covered the register was super polite. I let her know about my order. It was ready she grabbed it and handed it to me.

What happened to this place??? I have been a costumer for the last 16 years, and I never had a bad experience until recently. My last 3 times I have been here to buy pizza have been horrible. The last time being the worst. I'm not kidding when I tell you it took 45 minutes to get 2 regular pepperoni pizzas. It was about 100 degrees in there, and the last 3 times they have one person at the register, getting the pizzas out of the ovens, cutting and boxing them. 1 PERSON, doing the job of at least 3 people. Which was the norm before. This review is not to bash the employees, but the owners. They need more employees, the customer service is lacking, the pizzas are horrendous and the wait time ridiculous. Also when I got to my car I noticed the bottom of one of the boxes was wet and dirty. Honestly, it was disgusting. I went back and got a new pizza in fear of food contamination. I'm never going back to this location EVER!!! It should be closed.

I love Little Caesar but this restaurant takes an hour to serve a classic but not only that, the raw dough and flabby pizza And not to mention the staff, they need a customer service course. I do not recommend this location.

Pizza was cold and hard. Pizza is supposed to have a flop to it when holding it by the crust. This pizza is so hard that I took a slice and tried to flop it and it just broke…. 7 months later, still the same issue. I used a steamer to soften the pizza. Shouldn’t have to do it but it works. Next time I’ll customer order a pizza so it’ll have to be reasonably fresh.

Ordered on the App for in store pickup, 5 items. Upon pickup, I noticed 1 item was wrong. Didn't have the time to wait for a remake, so I asked to cancel the wrong pizza and keep the rest of the order. Since I used a promo code, for 2 of the correct items, I was told they could no longer honor it if I cancelled the wrong item. Manager refuse to credit the promo code or offer a discount on a new order even though they are the ones who messed up. I was told I would have to pay full price or leave the items behind, and lose the promo code all together. Terrible customer service, ended up losing the code and leaving the items behind.

I ordered ahead and was told that my Pizzas were going to be ready in 30 minutes, I arrived 10 minutes after, they were busy.... I ordered 2 extra most b. 1 pepperoni n sausage and an order of crazy bread.... When the cashier was ready to help me....He found no order under my name, He asked for another name...n I advise that I only have one name. He looked for the order n nothing... I showed him my phone with my call history, it was the same phone number and address... N nothing... A man arrived saying he ordered online, his order was on the queue n no other was inside the online pick up order section... This was terrible... 1st time it happened to me and it was my second time coming to this location n I believe the last one...
