Deborah greeted us a soon as we walked in. Always with a big smile on her face. She explained the menu and the special to the T. She was patient with my 82 yr old mother and she is also bilingual which we also appreciated. Always so attentive will definitely recommend and request her as my server in the future.

I open the shop on Halloween night. It was extremely busy and I had to admit they maintained their concentration. They didn’t let the stress get to them and they managed to carry themselves through, but I had to try something new on the menu the crisp apple pie and of course you added a scoop of vanilla ice cream and get it warmed up. I swear to God I should’ve ordered two slices. This is so good. I sat at the counter and enjoyed my cup of coffee. They’re going to be a lot of specials to try in November but this location is different than the one I usually go to, but the service is equal to the same and everybody is really friendly… But I’m going to try that ham traditional dinner for 1999 that’s coming up next on my dream list.

NANCY gave me the best service! The food is Super flavorful. From now on I wouldn't want anyone else to attend me. She was very attentive and super welcoming. She definitely knows how to connect with customers. Perfect example of what customer service should be. Outstanding service and delicious food. Their new menu has numerous dishes to choose from. My family and I were all very satisfied with each of our orders. Huevos rancheros, chilaquiles, steak and eggs, French toast they were all very delicious. Portions are generous and hardly o wait our meals were brought in a timely manner. We will definitely be back 😃

I stopped going to Norms for a good while, because I didn't like how the food was in 2 different occasions, on top of been so loud and packed most of the time,(they don't know how to make chilaquiles) anyways today we were very happy the food was very good, my son and his dad loved it, and I was pleased. Mireya attended our table and she was extremely kind same as the lady that greet me when I came in, Mireya keep checking on us asking if we need anything, I'll come back for sure.

Not many options out there working graveyard. Luckily we have Norms and their awesome staff. Food served warm and Deborah kept the coffee hot.

This place has plenty of parking and it is reasonably priced. The servings are large and the food was good. We would usually go very late night or for breakfast this was one of the few times we have gone for lunch. It really too crowded.

New in town and happened upon this classic old diner. The place was hoping. Service was prompt. menu looked good with all the things she would expect in a diner. They did have a couple of steak and egg breakfast is which were very reasonably priced. I didn’t get a chance to see if they had desserts. If they had better coffee and apple pie, I would’ve given us a five star rating.

This place used to be a go to spot for my family, so we were excited to return after a few years. Unfortunately, the experience was very mixed. The service was excellent, and the manager was phenomenal attentive, understanding, and very professional. That alone deserves recognition. However, the food quality has gone downhill. The hash browns and sausage were cold and bland, tasting more like leftovers than freshly made food. The jalapeño mac and cheese was especially disappointing cold, congealed, oddly flavored, and unpleasant overall. Even the ketchup tasted extremely vinegary and off. The sirloin steak was another letdown. It didn’t resemble a proper sirloin cut and was excessively dry, as if overcooked or reheated. On the positive side, some items were great. The eggs, bacon, blueberry pancakes, gumbo, and berry lemonade were all delicious and clearly fresh. Overall, I’m giving this three stars mainly because of the outstanding staff and management. I recommend trying a different place unless you stick to the items mentioned above, as the overall food quality is no longer what it used to be.

We had a door dash delivery today. The driver was great. Whomever put our order together, not so great. We both ordered steak and shrimp, baked potato, gumbo and salad. The person who packed our order didn't give us cocktail sauce for the shrimp. They did not give us butter and sour cream(that we ordered) We ordered Italian dressing for our salads and we instead got ranch. Do better and double check the order before sealing the bag to make sure all condiments are included

Deborah was a great waitress! She was really nice and friendly! However the food did give me some sort of stomach virus, went to the doctor and he said my food from here must have been contaminated since this was the last thing I ate before having major stomach issues, food was good overall but the fact that it made my stomach hurt afterwards sucks to be honest /:

Food was subpar. Asked for crispy bacon, and my daughter (who loves bacon) didn't even finish half because it was still very chewy. Pancakes had a strange taste like if they were cooked on a grill where they cook everything else without even wiping it (at leas). At some point during our meal, I caught a whiff of an intense smell, seemed like body odor. And not that the staff could do anything about that, but it was so intense and it lingered that I did lose my appetite. Husband remembers eating at NORMS as a kid with his father, and so we had always said we would go to one if we were ever close to one. Unfortunately, it was not the experience we were hoping for. Restrooms were dirty. However, I do have to commend the staff, very friendly service. Maybe we'll try again, at another location, but not really convinced

Food was good. Service was horrible. I came here on a Friday night and was treated like crap. I will NEVER come to this Norms again. Woman with red hair and was a little older was so rude and didn’t want to take me as a customer (I was solo) guy you did take me at the bar pony tail with glasses and older didn’t tell me the soup was out. And just acted like I was an inconvenience was rude. I really don’t need to say anymore other than sorry I came solo? I would have given you a good tip. Absolute horrible service wasn’t even busy, acted like I was a huge inconvenience. I would never treat my customers like that EVER.

Walking in smells like urine. But thats only in the front. Now, we had a stack of pancakes and steak breakfast. The pancakes tasted sour . We couldn't eat it . I cant believe they even charged us. I told the server and then the cashier. The cashier said people have been complaining of the pancakes yet they are still serving them. This is the first time in eating at restaurants I actually feel like throwing up. I have always been a Norms person. My family have been coming to Norms for many years. To us it is filled with memories and nostalgia. When i miss my father I come to Norms. This locations food was bad.
