This is a pick up or delivery location only. The employees provide fast friendly service. My food has always been ready quick and correctly made. The store is well kept and clean. Great place to order in or call in and grab on the go. While parking is limited it is always available and very close.
First time i called this rude girl answer me and didnt even give me her name. Then i called back this sweet girl name Darcy answer and she was able to get my order she was so nice and polite very good customer service. The Pizza Hut app makes it easy to order the pizza and pick up. Overall when I used the app it was fast and easy and ready for pick up and yes my pizzas were hot and perfect. I always recommend my peers to use the app for fast service.

Then i called back this sweet girl name Darcy answer and she was able to get my order she was so nice and polite very good customer service. Cinnabon would be ashamed if they found out Pizza Hut was making there buns like this. Pizza Hut needs to make Cinnabon rolls the way they do or stop making them. My rolls didn’t even go to the edge, come on Pizza Hut I know you can do better

Prices are higher than others for SAME amount of food, SAME quality. Medium pizza = 8 slices at most places but Pizza Hut is large pizza = 8 slices and costs MORE! Not much value at all.
Pizza Hut's food is great. It's their service and some employees that need improvement. When ordering online they have a service fee. They claim its a fee to stay competitive. When I arrive to the store I usually wait extra time to be helped. There's a lot of people working, but it seems they are all doing other tasks. Also even when I pay for extra cheese the pizzas have very little cheese.
I enjoy pizza hut and today wanted to celebrate my 2 year old daughter bday and order pizza hut almost $100. I place the order on the app and wanted plain breadsticks and I went to pick up the order and told the cashier could you please make sure they are plain. I get home and we start eating and breadsticks are not plain. Disappointed because I places a big order and something went wrong when I actually called and when I went to pick up they told me they were plain. Food also was kinda cold. Not a good pizza hut experience
What’s up with employees who can’t make eye contact when they’re speaking to other people? It’s just the old culture clash thing, but the stupid part is that acting like that creates escalated interactions for absolutely no reason at all. But regardless of the terrible customer service these employees provide, they’d never believe they aren’t the singular epitome of professional. What a joke. Meaning it’s literally sad.
I came in for the Detroit Supremo pizza for 14 bucks! But instead of Italian sausage, I asked if I could have pepperoni instead! The girl said no. So I said okay, just give me the regular 12 buck Detroit! At that point, she goes, "OK, I'll give you the Supremo with pepperoni." I didn't like that! Then when she gives me my receipt I see a tax line and a sur charge line. The girl say the sur charge is another California tax! No other pizza place in Cali does this! When Pizza Hut goes the way of Quizno's, I won't be surprised! And the Detroit pizza is just two lunch combos from Lil' Ceasers but w/o the two 20 oz sodas, and Lil' C's is 4 bucks cheaper! You lost me Pizza Hut --- off to Papa John"s --- see ya!
Not the greatest but its open until 11 p. m. I didn't feel unsafe and the location is more of a personal opinion I think. The store was not the cleanest and I was put off by the gnats on the wall in the lobby which is a bad indication of uncleanness. That does not sit well with me!

If i could put zero i would. The pizza i received looked like it was an old pizza cheese was hard not appetizing at all. Team members were on there phones chatting and not helping customers manager was rude when i called about pizza.

I asked and paid for sauces I didn’t receive two of them and I had to pay separate. Manager or supervisor on duty was not friendly in this economy things cost when they are not given. How do I get a refund?
Honestly have never had such a terrible experience ordering a pizza. Various times i ordered for delivery and would have to wait over three hours. I would call back and i would get told that for some reason “i didn’t showed up in there system” my card had been charged but it didn’t showed up in their system. The first time I thought of it as a simple mistake but this has already happened 3 time the last time I called they told me that they would give me a discount the next time I ordered today I called and they told me that I would have to speak with the manager which I said okay. I waited for a good 5 minutes only to be hung up on. I honestly think that is very ridiculous to have to wait over three hours for a single pizza. It’s dumb and honestly just a terrible experience do better Pizza hut.
Ordered online, paid by credit card. Got the Bookit deal for 25.99 for 2 pizzas and cheese sticks. Got to the store and they were saying I owed $17 more for some unknown reason. Showed them that I get this pretty much every weekend and this is wrong. 4, yes 4 pizza hut employees were confused and could not fix the issue. Refused to give me any contact for a manager or anything. Don't have time, paid and fed the kids. Plenty of pizza joints around - cya Pizzahut and thanks for the great ending to my weekend.
The customer service at this location is beyond horrible. Is it my fault your delivery driver can't operate a gps? No. So then why is the negative attitude from your employee's directed at the customer? It's uncalled for. Also, all employee's need to follow a consistent set of rules and regulations. One employee shouldn't be telling your customers one thing, when all along the food wouldn't be delivered and your business ruined a customers plans. Other plans could have been made to compensate and my time wouldn't have been wasted!! It takes one persons word. And I will make sure mine gets around. I hope you clean your establishment up. Good day.
I ordered online and it wasn't here by the time the delivery time said it was. And I still waited like 15 minutes for it and still wasn't. And I didn't get no call from them. So I called and they said I didn't put my address right, but then they repeat my address to me after i gave them my number even without me telling them. Then they said my order will get to me in 25-30 minutes. So much for a fresh order.
No plates, no napkins. Unacceptable. Even if it's the late night shift. Service in general.
Not very friendly and the service is not good by getting the orders wrong and then they blame the customer for them getting it all wrong. The manager was notified and the manager acted like it's the customers fault that they got it all wrong. I do not recommend this place at all. It's better to go somewhere else.

Terrible delivery service. Took an hour and half til i got my food. Came all messed up and cold. They forgot one of my items. Never again get from here.
I ordered carry out and was told my food would be done at 445pm and it wasn't done until 459pm and after getting home the pizza still wasn't cooked right and looked like it had old pineapples on it so I'll never let you take my 33 dollars like that again.....
